Not
worth
the
$$$
to
stay
here.
Service
is
subpar
for
such
a
beautiful
4
star
resort.
1.
I
was
overcharged
for
a
split
of
prosecco
with
my
in
room
dining
order.
I
didn't
realize
until
the
morning
due
to
little
sleep
and
a
long
flight
(yes,
this
was
my
fault
for
not
paying
closer
attention
when
the
food
was
delivered
to
my
room).
I
called
guest
services,
I
was
transferred
to
the
front
desk,
then
I
was
told
I'd
be
called
back,
I
wasn't.
I
called
again,
I
was
told
I'd
be
called
back,
I
wasn't.
I
called
again
and
was
told
to
call
Prado.
I
called
and
left
a
message
and
never
heard
back.
The
next
morning
I
called
the
front
desk,
spoke
with
Vern
and
he
was
able
to
figure
it
out
and
take
care
of
the
situation.
2.
A
bottle
of
wine
was
delivered
to
my
room
with
a
letter
addressed
to
someone
who
was
not
me.
I
called
the
front
desk
and
was
told
someone
would
be
coming
to
pick
it
up.
It
was
after
8pm
and
I
wanted
to
go
to
bed.
I
set
it
outside
my
door.
In
the
morning
it
was
still
there.
That
is
a
safety
issue
if
kids
were
around.
Also,
picking
up
the
miss
delivered
item
is
tacky
and
not
good
customer
service.
3.
There
were
no
towels
available
at
the
18+
pool
after
Sunday.
I
was
there
Monday
and
Wednesday
-
no
towels.
4.
I
took
a
cold
shower
Wednesday
morning.
I
called
the
front
desk
and
was
simply
told,
"thanks
for
letting
me
know".
Why
didn't
someone
come
to
look
at
it?
Why
wasn't
there
an
apology?
For
the
cost
and
rating
of
this
hotel,
I
expected
better
service.
Service
fell
short
each
time
something
went
wrong.
Very
disappointing.
The
event
I
was
at
was
managed
incredibly
well.
Great
service
and
delivery
there.
That's
why
I
didn't
rate
at
a
"0".
