Overall we had a wonderful stay on our mommy vacation away. The beds were comfortable, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and we enjoyed the spa! We also ate at all the restaurants and used the pool, definitely no complaints there. Few areas that could be improved: our room was great and we had no issues but you could tell it's time for some renovations (new carpet, curtains, etc.). Again, we had no issues but the hotel has clearly been "loved". Additionally, we spent a LOT of $$ at the spa and didn't appreciate not being able to choose our gratututy amount. While my massage was great, my friend was quite disappointed by hers. Our facials were both fantastic and we enjoyed the other amenities of the spa. Overall, we'd certainly come back and had a nice time!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is outstanding. The food in all the restaurants was very good. Now the bad news.. my husband and I were stung on our faces by scorpions while we slept in our room on the second night of our stay. This was reported to the hotel manager, and we were compensated for one night. The following day, another large bug was found in my closet. Again, I reported it to the front desk, got lots of apologies and nothing else. On the third day, while I was showering, another scorpion appeared on the bench in the shower. Again, this was reported to the front desk with lots of apologies in return. We moved rooms and there were no more incidences. I would have expected much more in the way of cleanliness and protection of guests at a resort like this. I did ask for additional compensation and was given an additional night. This trip was not what I was expecting.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Omni Scottsdale. It was so nice to have great customer service as it's so rare these days. Great service from our ambassador, Kaylee from the time we scheduled, checking in and checking out. So helpful, friendly and a delight to work with. Doug gave us a tour of the resort, helped us with our bags and showed us around the room when we arrived. He was super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and staff did a nice job daily. Only thing I might comment is the rooms are a bit tired and need updating. Overall great stay and we would recommend this resort.

Absolute heaven on earth! This resort is by far my favorite in Scottsdale - the practitioners are awesome, I think the prices are very fair and the service is incredible. The whole experience is a true joy, everyone takes care to make sure your experience is memorable and are so nice. The pool is heavenly as well as all of the other amenities. I truly cannot say enough good words about this place!

We had a lovely time here. Beds were really comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean, the views were gorgeous. Resort is in close proximity to the different places we wanted to get out and see. Food and drinks were a little on the high end price wise, but I suppose that is to be expected. Massages at the spa were excellent. Only mishap was that our early check in was not honored, but we made do despite that. Would recommend and stay again :)

Not worth the $$$ to stay here. Service is subpar for such a beautiful 4 star resort. 1. I was overcharged for a split of prosecco with my in room dining order. I didn't realize until the morning due to little sleep and a long flight (yes, this was my fault for not paying closer attention when the food was delivered to my room). I called guest services, I was transferred to the front desk, then I was told I'd be called back, I wasn't. I called again, I was told I'd be called back, I wasn't. I called again and was told to call Prado. I called and left a message and never heard back. The next morning I called the front desk, spoke with Vern and he was able to figure it out and take care of the situation. 2. A bottle of wine was delivered to my room with a letter addressed to someone who was not me. I called the front desk and was told someone would be coming to pick it up. It was after 8pm and I wanted to go to bed. I set it outside my door. In the morning it was still there. That is a safety issue if kids were around. Also, picking up the miss delivered item is tacky and not good customer service. 3. There were no towels available at the 18+ pool after Sunday. I was there Monday and Wednesday - no towels. 4. I took a cold shower Wednesday morning. I called the front desk and was simply told, "thanks for letting me know". Why didn't someone come to look at it? Why wasn't there an apology? For the cost and rating of this hotel, I expected better service. Service fell short each time something went wrong. Very disappointing. The event I was at was managed incredibly well. Great service and delivery there. That's why I didn't rate at a "0".

My mom and I went to Montelucia Resort and Spa for a wonderful day! Our treatments included massages and facials. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! I left my favorite earrings in my robe and the staff was nice enough to dig through the robe basket to find them for me! The rooftop pool and lounge had great food too! we got the Shrimp Tacos and Sweet Potato Tots! Yum! I definitely recommend this spa :)

Such a beautiful resort to visit, even if you are not staying. I love all the vines and colorful vibe. We came here for a quick coffee meeting and ended up staying for lunch. The chicken quesadilla was extremely delicious!! And their drinks were awesome. “The punch” was refreshing and just the right sweetness for a hot summer day. Make sure to check it out for a relaxing outing.

Very happy with our decision to stay at this resort as a couple and with friends. It provided excellent views, great service, and mostly quiet relaxation. The grounds and rooms were very clean with a luxurious ambiance. We enjoyed the adult-only pool and the spa was spectacular. Would not recommend this resort for small children or late-night entertainment. I would definitely stay again.

Resort was beautiful and the rooms were very nice. It was a ways out from the downtown Scottsdale area so you had to drive/Uber for any dining or activity options. But you could easily stay within the resort if you wanted. Staff was courteous and helpful. Pools and hot tub were nice. Grounds and building had a beautiful Morracan feel.

Very clean, peaceful and beautiful views. The staff were all very friendly and eager to be a source of help. Since my stay was in mid June, the resort was relatively quiet.

If you are looking for above and beyond customer service, Omni Scottsdale Resort is the place to go. We had some special needs on our trip that were happily met by the staff. We consistently received excellent service with a smile. The resort is absolutely beautiful. While it is on the cusp of becoming outdated, they are currently working on updates, and it should not deter anyone from visiting. Rooms are sizeable and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the balcony. As soon as you sit down on a lounge chair at the pool, you are greeted with a container of ice water to keep you cool during the hot, sunny days. I was underwhelmed by the food. There were limited choices and what I ate was disappointing, though my guests thought the food was fine, so it may just be me. I enjoyed the complementary exercise classes overlooking Camelback Mountain. We also loved having the option to take a quick bike ride on the complementary bikes provided. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Had an amazing time at the Omni. The staff was top notch, especially Carlos who took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable of any resort I’ve visited and I so appreciated that! Gorgeous spa and I loved that they had an adult only pool as an option also. Poolside service is a must, and I’m glad they offered it. Food was delicious. The whole atmosphere was beautiful and everyone treats you like family. It was close to restaurants and shopping which was a plus.

We went for my wife’s birthday. Brunch was exceptional, the omelettes were the perfect size and absolutely delicious. Service from everyone was amazing. The restaurants were great, pool was very big and the water was cool. We listened to the live DJ until my wife went and had a massage so relaxing she didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back!!

The property is spectacular! The rooms were very nice and the staff very friendly. The grounds are vast and much of your movement between buildings and amenities is outside. With this extreme heat it would have been nice for staff to use golf carts to shuttle guest from their room to valet. There were some AC issues. One of them main restaurants was closed. The AC was not able to keep up with the heat in our room. It was said to 65° but it felt more like 78°. It wasn't until around midnight and 1:00 a.m. the room felt really cool and comfortable.

This place is amazing. Attended a wedding here and it was so well done. The staff were attentive and polite. Even for a country boy, I felt welcome and respected. The presidential sweet was a perfect venue for an amazing couple!

I had such an amazing time at the resort today. However, I noticed that my party were cheated with hidden fees. My breakfast cost extra from what the menu said at Prado, we were promised parking validation but still had to pay upon exit, and we were mislead regarding the cabana. We thought the price we paid for the spa amenities included the cabana, in fact, that’s what it says on the website. Very disappointed with the hidden fees. I will be contacting corporate. Thanks.

Highly recommended if you wish to pamper yourself with a facial or massage. I had a 55 minute facial and my daughter had a 55 minute massage. The spa is absolutely beautiful and all amenities are included - pool, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, whirlpool and "whisper room" for relaxation. Of course, showers, fully stocked with products, dressing areas with hair products and lockers for personal items.

For many years now we celebrate Thanksgiving Eve extravaganza at the resort and we love it . It’s also our anniversary month so we have decided to book a room as well. We had the best experience ever. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful suite and we were extremely pleased to see champagne, candies and a hand written card from the staff. So amazing and thoughtful. We also received two free drinks and great service everywhere we went. The resort is absolutely gorgeous. One of my favorite places in town.

Only stayed the night here for the Thanksgiving Eve party on 11/22. Overall really nice property with amazing views of Camelback mountains. The room was very nice and huge which I appreciated. The bed was super comfy which is an added a bonus. Nice front staff and valet staff who were really helpful.

I attended a wedding at the Omni Scottsdale. The room was lovely. The venue is all you could want for a romantic, family-oriented wedding. But the best was the service. Our dinner - which was fabulous - was served outdoors, under the stars and a full moon, by a staff that provided absolutely impeccable service. The first course - a potato soup - was the best I've ever had. And the rest of the meal was equally well cooked and well presented. The cocktail party on one of the verandas, the pool area, the lively yet tasteful eating and drinking stops, and everything else about the Omni Scottsdale was spot on. I highly recommend this resort for a family gathering, a special occasion, or just a wonderful getaway.

The first night I checked in, the front desk person checked me out at the same time…the next morning, after getting in late the night before, I had to answer to security banging at my door (in a robe) yelling “this room was supposed to be vacant, why are you still here.” Additionally, I was here for a wedding and they charged me the full rate instead of the room block rate - which I was guaranteed and had email proof. Cherry on top, myself and several other wedding attendees ended up getting norovirus from the resort. As of 11/11/23 they were still not taking the necessary cleaning precautions to keep guests safe. Stay at your own risk!

We loved loved loved this hotel. As an Amex Card holder, we got a free room upgrade and had a PERFECT view of camelback mountain. The brunch on Saturday was amazing and the grounds felt like we were in Europe. Beautiful place.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and never wanted to leave. The staff was so sweet all over the property. We got so many congratulations and even a free glass of wine and dessert at Prado! The food was delicious for every meal we ate on site and the hot tub was open until 10 so we would relax in the cool weather outside and look at stars to finish our evenings. The spa was also spectacular with everything you may need to relax and then freshen up after in their showers. The entire property was spotless and smelled like tangerines and honey suckles. We are already making our arrangements to visit again and make it our annual anniversary trip!

Such an amazing resort! We had a lot of fun. The rooms as well as the resort is extremely luxurious. They had a bunch of events going on when we were there like Holiday movie night with smores, evening market, etc. Would like to specially mention the in house restaurant Prado. They had the most amazing food. We tried the Thanksgiving brunch and everything was top notch!

We didn't stay inside of any hotel rooms but got there for their Thanksgiving feast and it was absolutely fantastic!!! The ambiance of the whole place is breathtaking, whoever the interior designer the management used thought of everything; you go outside and it's cold-bam! You have multiple elegant fire places and heat lamps, the views of the sunset are gorgeous. When you go inside, more cozy romantic places around fireplaces and restaurants. Was super impressed with this place and I didn't even start describing their choices for Thanksgiving dishes, which was superb. 5 out of 5 stars.

The massage & facial were AMAZING! ALL of the staff were fantastic & good at the jobs they performed. The lunch not too bad. Not exactly a high class meal, but decent. However the pedicure surely lacked the "spa luxury" it claimed. For $100 I expected more. To be honest I could get a much better one down the street for$45. The options for polish were very limited, the soaking of the feet is in a mini kids pool & only soaked for maybe 5 minutes (that's being generous). The only thing I got there that was better or different was the foot massage. Only lasted about 10 minutes tops, but much better than the pounding of leg the other places do. All in all, good experience. IF I ever go again, I'll go just for the facial & massage. I'll stick with my local pedicure lady & eat before or after I go.

This place was absolutely stunning and very relaxing. I loved everything about except for the fact that we could hear kids above our room constantly running back and forth and it sounded like a stampede. We had a room right by the adult pool area which was very convenient and it was very lovely having a Lanai, but the next time we go we will definitely be making sure there's no rooms above us. We had brought this up to the cleark, but I guess there's not much you can do about it. It is a family friendly resort, so if you are alone or just without kids, I highly recommend getting a room either on the top floor or in a building with one story.

Heck of a view poolside. Came here for a work conference and had a nice time. Very well kept and clean Spanish-styled rooms/grounds. The restaurants provided some nice options as well. The Camel Back Mountain trailhead is only a short distance away. Appreciated the parking structure as well.

I got the best massage from Gary. He truly is so great. Left there feeling so grateful for my body thanks to the care and attention he gave me during my session with him. The whole team was so helpful. It was my first time visiting Omni and they made me feel so welcomed and made sure to answer all my questions. I’ll definitely be coming back. It has become my favorite spa!

Our second stay at the Omni. It's a really nice place and the staff is amazing. But there are some hidden fees so please read the fine print. We were charge an extra 100 dollars for facials because of weekday vs weekend rates

We love LOVE Omni spa! We have visited the spa many many times and we always come back. From a girls day out, to a mom's day out and a couples day out!! The pedicures are always amazing and then we have to opportunity to enjoy the private pool and quiet room. Price is totally worth it. Go and relax... You won't regret it.

My husband and I stayed at this resort for 4 nights and it was AMAZING!! The room was spacious and clean, and we had a great patio overlooking beautiful plants and grass! We spent time just walking around the resort taking in the beauty of the landscape and buildings. The pools are well maintained and relaxing, and the service is top notch. We requested extra toiletries and towels multiple times, and they delivered with a smile each and every time! When we went to confirm check out time, they even offered us a late checkout unsolicited, and free of charge! We were so grateful. Thank you Omni for making our stay in Scottsdale so special. We cannot stop talking about the fun time we had; we already cannot wait to come back again!

I daughters and I checked out of this Beautiful resort today. We are members of Omni and I must say this Resort out of them all well, from what I have seen, is amazing, food is amazing, and let's not even get started on the beds which sleeps amazing. We had a double bed room with a beautiful view and was upgraded to a suite with a greater view, clean, staff is very friendly. I would suggest many of you visit.

Pros: Perfect view of Camelback Mountain and an easy 15 minute walk to the mountain if you choose to hike. The grounds are nice and staff is pleasant. Poolside service is convenient. Front desk was very responsive to requests. Cons: The room decor is dark and seems a little dated. The ceiling fan on the balcony doesn't seem to be stable and shakes as if it may fall down. Several pool towels had stains and were worn out, needed to be tossed. We had a few tiny black bugs in the bathroom/room, not sure what they were. Wish there was evening entertainment and a better music selection at the pool. We didn't eat much at the resort, not a diverse selection of food. The food we did eat was good quality though.

Had a wonderful 3 days of relaxation and pampering at the Scottsdale Omni hotel and spa. The spa area was wonderful, treatments all done professionally and with friendly vibes. The food was delicious at all of the restaurants. There were 3 weddings in the time we stayed there and while it was clear there were extra guests around, in general there were no major interruptions to our stay from the services / receptions, aside from one which took over the 'adults only' pool area for half of an afternoon. As we had reserved a room next to the adults only pool, it did mean being forced to listen to the DJ and the party for a few hours. Would have been nice to be informed by the hotel of this ahead of time so plans could be adjusted, if needed. Fortunately, the music was good but I could see this not being good for everyone. Everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful. Would recommend staying here. Things were pricy but I feel that is to be expected at a luxury resort in general.

My experience at the Omni was awesome. My daughter and I enjoyed the top terrace under the huge umbrella. While sipping on our amazing drinks, and fruit tray looking out over the terrace. The views of palm trees and mountains were breathe taking. I will always remember this place and visit again on my next vacation. Loved this Resort!!

Had such a good vacation at Omni! Absolutely beautiful area with camelback mountain in the background, and beautiful pool/grounds. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Jordan (night shift valet, hopefully I got his name right) was fantastic, one of the employees that went above and beyond! Made me feel like I was pulling into home every night, I really appreciated him. Also really appreciated all the men who helped us carry things to our room and drove us there on golf carts! Our group had an amazing time, so sad it’s come to an end. Thank y’all for a great week!

This resort and spa is the epitome of relaxation. From the moment we arrived all employees made sure all questions were answered and we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. The room was spacious, food was excellent, pools were beautiful, everything was so clean, and the Camelback mountain views were breathtaking! The spa experience is like no other as well. We've been here before and will definitely return soon!

Everything was perfection. From getting a text preparing for our arrival, the golf cart ride to our room, free water bottles, impeccable rooms, the service, the views!!!! All so amazing. We went for our babymoon, and we couldn’t be happier. We felt the true luxury with just stunning grounds. It was definitely worth it!

Beautiful hotel. The Spanish design/architecture is gorgeous. The pools are quiet. The restaurant, Prado is excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Had a very nice week-long stay w my girlfriend.

Beautiful resort, and amazing staff. I can see why this is a hot-spot for weddings and large events. Delicious food on property, staff is great and remembered our names & preferred drinks day-to-day (nice touch). Only reason for not 5-stars was the bathroom in our room was subpar; Faucet sink & shower issues, and leaky AC unit onto tile floor. Bedding was amazing, and nice room overall.

The property is beautiful with amazing views. The restaurant and Spa provided outstanding service. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the ambiance was a pleasure. It is a wonderful place for a nice escape! Above all, the staff was very especial and extremely attentive to details.

Had an amazing stay at this resort. Beautiful mountain views surrounding the property. Property has multiple pools multiple bars /restaurants. Food and beverage service was excellent. My company has weekly retreats here, and my experience was top notch. Will return for a personal trip.

We stayed at the Omni for my husbands birthday and also for our anniversary. We had the best experience and it exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the view from our room was perfect. We had such a hard time leaving and will definitely stay here again.

Throughly enjoyed our visit. I was worried before we arrived based on a few reviews but I can't figure out what those reviews were talking about. It's not the Ritz but it was a fantastic stay. Would be a great place for a girl's trip. Pools, restaurants, spa, great staff, nice rooms, well landscaped.

My niece was visiting and we booked blow outs for our spa day at the Joya Spa. We read online that it was 65+ per service. Our hair dresser told us both to pay before leaving for the day. She washed, dried, blow dried, and curled our hair. She asked us if we wanted our hair curled, but was not upfront about an additional charge that we were unaware of. When checking out for the day we received our bill of $260 dollars. She charged an additional $25 per blow out which is confusing because neither of us have extensions or long hair. Then we got charged an additional $20 for toner(that we did not get) and $20 for hot tools. When asking the gal about the charges on check out she said something to the effect "oh that is what it's like at salons" as if it was normal to be completed blind sided by additional charges at salons, which I do not find to be the case at other salons. I left feeling like I was being taken advantage of without full disclosure of what our service included. I spoke with a manager who was really nice and accommodating as our hair stylist had left for the day. She did credit us back for the toner/hot tools. I feel that when there is no full disclosure, it leads to stress, confusion, and feelings of being taken advantage of.
