Extremely slow. Took our order and gave certain orders before giving the rest. So while my dad ate I was just waiting for a good 25 mins before leaving without having received my order. Instead I shared the food with my dad. They also gave the appetizers after the main meal? Lol food wasn’t even all that good either. They had macaroni and cheese and a Milk With Chocolate, at a Cajun/Bar restaurant. This place feels and tastes like one of those seafood restaurants in the middle of the US with no ocean. Shrimps weren’t juicy and the sauce was mid. They also didn’t have the King Crab. I don’t how this place survives in LA with all our good food. If you want good seafood without having to wait an hour for it go to Crab Avenue in Glendale, they have Juicy shrimps and buttery/spicy sauce. Seriously this place sucks /:

Half lbs of peeled shrimp with sausage and potatoes were pretty good except the water down sauce. Parmesan wings were not that great. Zucchini were pretty good. Our free dessert never came around even though they told us about it.

They served us raw shrimp! We ordered bacon wrapped shrimp and the shrimp was still raw and uncooked! 🤢 Before the pandemic, my brother and I would come at least twice a week. After the pandemic, the taste, customer service, and quality have all significantly declined. We were served raw shrimp this past weekend and I am disappointed and disgusted. The issue was not even resolved properly. At the point of discovery we had already taken a bite, while the waiter was standing at the table. He was also mortified and did not now how to react. We were sick the next morning and it was horrible. We will not be returning.

Gumbo had to much salt and the taste was very off . Went into the location in parmount and the man said he couldn't do refunds due to the Manger being in TJ . He was the guy that made the Gumbo fyi... his words my gumbo is good I don't get complaints. Then young lady name Jen came to me and ask me what is the problem and when I told her everything the guy said she shock her head and look confused when I said Manger was in TJ. But she gave me my refund with no questions ask. Thank to Jen .... I will never go back to this location there is nothing Cajun about their gumbo ....and the customer service is horrible .

5 stars because the food was AMAZING. However, the service was very unorganized and slow. I ordered online in advance and still waited more than 40 mins for my food 😕

Food is pretty good, but the cleanliness of the seating area is very poor. Old crusted food splattered on the windows, seats, and edges of my table. There were knats consistently flying in my face at the table as I was trying to eat as well which is pretty nasty when trying to enjoy seafood…wonder how the kitchen looks.

The experience was vastly different than what I expected. They count the number of Sausage slices that they add to your Gumbo. (Who does that?!!) So I had to order a side of sausage. They served us on cheap plastic dishes with cheap plastic flatware that bends from the weight of the food. The Crawfish Boil is served in a large plastic bag. They dropped off the bag and just walked away. No plates, no flatware, just a bag of food. Maybe they're trying to save on the cost of Real dishes, flatware and a dishwasher, who knows? Or maybe I just expected something different. Nevertheless, I was not impressed.

Place is bomb! I had Cajun shrimp from other places and surprisingly when I eat at the stinkin crawfish I don’t get tons of gas because the excess garlic they mix it with. The spicy mix is not that spicy, I can eat it with no problem. One bad thing was the shrimp was over cooked, dry, and hard to peel. The customer service was A+, all the servers were super nice. And we got free desert.

The food was good. My party had crab, shrimp and lobster. The lobster was especially good. But, the crab legs were tough to open, and someone cut their finger and bled. At that point we asked if they had a tool to crack them open and they had to search all over the place for them. And we had to keep asking different waiters for things we needed because our assigned waitress didn't bring us our drinks right away or check on us ever. We definitely won't be going back to this location. Very disappointing since it was my first time trying a restaurant where our food was served in a bag.

Went today for lunch at 12:30, mind you they open at 11:30, and the only good food was , corn and Cajun fries. There sauce looks like water, just NASTY I was upset. My friend liked her margarita tho. Spent $80 total waste of money..will NEVER eat there again

Definitely not worth the price!!! Gumbo was small portion, lacked flavor, only got 2 shrimp and one piece of sausage!! Catfish and garlic fries were nothing special. Garlic noodles were absolute trash. Smoke and Fire next door smelled amazing and was full of people, my mistake we'll be going there next time.

Boiling Crab is MUCH BETTER ! 😋 Went today 3/28/22 for the 1st time hoping this place wouldn't disappoint. Truth is, the white rice wasn't cooked right. It was "mooshy", ordered 1/2 pound of the shrimp. Shrimp was OK but there wasn't enough flavor. Fries were sooo bland. Ordered mac n cheese for my son. Even that was nasty. At the end they give you ice cream and a fried oreo. The dessert was my favorite. Everything else was terribly disgusting. I will never go back. It's worth driving to Rosemead for Boiling Crab 🦀. You can also try the place next door. It's called Smoke n Fire. That place is very good.

Only had one server and told us a 45 minute wait with most of the restaurant empty! If service is important to you, go elsewhere.

The waitress didn’t give us the plastic bib, no disposable plates and forks - you need to ask for those! Unlike in otter Cajun places they automatically give you what you need including plastic gloves! I’m not coming back there , there’s many more Cajun to choose from

Always a favorite. $1 oysters are pretty good, not the best, but you can't beat a $1. Seafood is also pretty good. Great place to watch sports as they have tvs all over the place. Bring a jacket, though. It's freezing in there.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. As they don’t actually care about giving the right people the correct orders or even look for confirmations. And if ur a scammer this is the best place to go get free orders. Worse customer, and wait for this!!!! Tell me why the establishment like this place gives the person grief for being scammed by someone else . So I come pick up my order. The service work BREEANA is coloring in a coloring book. They then say we don’t have ur order. I say I have an email. So they tell me someone picked up my order. Of course they didn’t look for confirmation they just legit handed my order to some person that they claimed asked for my order I don’t have an easy name by the way. So she proceeds to tell me that I sent someone for the order. Um no. She she decided to give me attitude for they’re mistake. Lord it went down hill. She couldn’t give me a refund and had to call HR and doesn’t tell HR they handed the order to another person with no confirmation but yet I’m the wrong one. Man talk about stupidness. Im glad they pay people to color like children while on the clock and not check orders! I will be calling the bank as this is a scam and they don’t seem to care or even give you good customer service. I hope you really like that coloring book you were so stuck on coloring in your 30 year old looking 20 something adult. This establishment is a joke… BEWARE BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE they don’t care if they did the mistake or not.

My family from out of state really enjoyed the food here. Was a bit disappointed with the lack of service, though. We had to constantly flag down our waiter to order more drinks while waiting for our food. Food took a little longer than the 15 minutes stated by the waiter. Other than that, it is a great place to feast with the family.

Had high hopes for this place. Me and the Mrs went there one evening. Food is pricey which would be ok if the food was really good. Unfortunately the food sucks... which is saying a lot because my wife pretty much likes all food... I'm the picky one. She was unhappy with her food too. Workers were friendly the one time we went and the inside was clean. My wife thinks we should give it another chance but I refuse.

07/13/2022 Very bad customer service when we sat down at the table no utensils we had to ask for it.The food took a long time before we got it and when we did get it the food was cold and the orders wasn’t right.Told the lady that were serving us that the order wasn’t right she said it was petty cause we were complaining about it and walked away. She had an attitude we asked to speak to the manager come to find out that the server she was the assistant manager we were shocked. She was very rule and real nasty when we told her that the order wasn’t right. We asked for her manager her manager was siting down eating at the table I walked over to her. I said excuse me I don’t want to bother you but I need to speak to you.Her response was I’m on a 30 minute lunch you have to wait and she pointed at the assistant manager told me I have to speak to her.I told her we spoke to her about the issues and we got no result.I told her I were a manager and this is not how a manager suppose to handle business you suppose to be able to handle a situation this is very unprofessional. I asked for corporation number the manager said they didn’t have a corp I need to speak to the assistant manager since she were on lunch smh. All I can say is the food was horrible garlic butter had no taste no flavor to it and they didn’t give us no butter. The shrimps were very dry taste like they had been frozen watered down and the sausages were very hard over cooked. One of our order the sauce was so salty. And the garlic noodles very dry the whole order was just a disaster the sad part it was a birthday celebration what a bummer. This place save your money and time not worth it a total waste. They should close this place down my last time coming here my suggestion to you take your money else where please don’t waste your time.Boiling crab is way better than this place. Customer satisfaction always and this was not the case. If I could give this place a zero I would a very unsatisfied customer!🥲😡

I should have read the reviews first. I was completely disappointed. I asked what I should order my first time here and was told Tacos; should have listened. Gumbo tasted like chili Verde with Farmer John sausage. BTW don't order oysters unless you want them without horseradish. The popers were good. Don't come here expecting New Orleans. Just get the tacos! Oh the music in Spanish was very loud, where is the Cajun feel I was expecting?

This is a great place to come and feast!!! They have great music and food. All the servers was kind and very attentive. I would recommend this restaurant any time fill your sea food craving. I did feel a little rushed due to the fact that I got there 30 minutes from closing time. When 10:30pm came, servers was already setting chairs on top of the tables.

This is similar to all of the other seafood cajun spots, except they have so many other items on the menu! I tried the cajun garlic fries and they had little pieces of garlic with cajun seasoning, they were very tasty, I would definitely get them again. We also tried the veggie spring rolls, eh- they were not the best but I'm saying this only because they werent freshly made and I knew that because they weren't hot, had they been; my opinion might of been different. So I got the crawfish and shrimp, stinking special (which is a combination of all seasonings), medium spice. The shrimp and crawfish were huge(see pic). I felt it missing something, the sauce was really liquidy and although it was still a delicious meal, it didnt have enough flavor but I'm not sure what it was missing. In general my experience was really great, I enjoyed the food, and the staff was attentive and so nice! I loved that they gave a free fried oreo with a small scoop of ice cream as dessert, it was a nice gesture to wrap up the overall experience. In addition, they have an awesome happy hour! I'm excited to go back and try something different!

This place was virtually empty when I came in .The service was slow and well there was barely any service to Rate honestly .no one asked if I wanted another drink or asked how anything was tasting. The menu is super deceiving you have many options however none deliver in flavor, taste or quantity. This place is also overpriced and they charge you a service fee ontop of tip . I'll be sticking with boiling crab

The catfish dinner was very good. I had the lemon pepper fries. The fries were tasty, but a little salty. I will definitely go there again.

We just walked in right before they were closing tonight. Jose welcomed us in & said for us to take our time looking at the menu, no rush. He remained patient even though we were having a hard time deciding. He recommended some of their best foods and we took his word for it! Also, they’re one of the few restaurants who still honor the military by giving a military discount! Thanks Jose, You’re the best!
