    Today I went to see a neurologist dr Hernandez and It was a horrible moment the dr didn’t care anything about what I was feeling he didn’t say anything about my situation. If I was fine or bad... nothing.... the most he did was to said let’s do 3 more studies and come back later..... I spent 180 € ..... for a very bad service....

    2 hours waiting in emergency with strong stomach pain is normal here. 24 hours after arrival with appendicitis, in pain, and still no appendectomy surgery. And impossible to get exact information about when the surgery will be done. All the personnel is nice and friendly doing their best, but the management and organization is a disaster. According to US study, appendectomy delayed more than 18 hours since presentation to the emergency unit leads to the extended length of stay (and overall more money for the hospital). So QuironSalud, is it about bigger revenue while providing poor medical service? Or you are just unable to organize the work properly? Don’t accept more patients than you can handle! Manage the expectations properly. And don’t tell me about covid, it has nothing to do with intestinal surgery workload and availability.

    This hospital is a joke. I took my wife in at took her out after 9 hrs at 2 am. There is no care given at all. She was in pain, not diagnosed and I found at at 12 am they only have 1 Dr in the while hospital taking care of admissioned patients and Er. I took her to Hebron hospital., public, and they are serious hospital It is not as glamorous by at 3 am they were on top of things good her diagnosed and she is being treated there now. Guess what the bill is for 8 hrs of pain and no service 2500 euros

    Waiting for more then 2 hours in labaratory for Cita previa con COVID-19 antigen test department despite the fact that we had paid in advance for a few days. Now we have to sit in a closed room where there are about 50 people and only one laboratory works!!! We are regular customers and there have never been any complaints, but this is just a disgusting attitude!!!

    High prices for absence of service and attention to patients. Big queues, prolonged anticipation, and abrupt appointment without much help. I think that paying 110 EUR (after paying 250 EUR for the first one) for the appointment that lasted 10 minutes (the doctor was running to the operation just after) and receiving no answers is rude and inappropriate. Btw, I waited 30 minutes, although I arrived on time. There are big problems with time management and work organization. I literally cried because I feel unheard and abandoned. The thought of paying 560 EUR makes me outrages. Shame on you, Quironsalud Barcelona. Update: they will send you the wrong report and won’t upload the correct one. they won’t reply to your emails and will never react to compensate for their inadequate service

    Five ⭐️ seems little to me for Dr. David Barastegui, a member of Dr. Cugat's team specializing in traumatology. An impeccable professional and a human quality like few others. As a patient, I observe that it has a great load at the level of agendas. I would not like anything to happen to you in the long term due to this issue, I recommend the care of this professional as it adds value to the hospital.

    Don't ever go to this hospital. Doctors are completely incompetent apart from that the service is a joke. I had an appendix surgery here and I caught Kleibsiella in their operating room. Three doctors told me this bacteria is caught exactly there but the doctors in Quiron, especially doctor Lorente, told me it is because it happens to women and that's it. Policy of the hospital of course don't let them tell the truth. Furthermore they made me drink around 5 different antibiotics without giving me protection for the liver, stomach or intestines. The result - half of the year struggling with this Bacteria whivh was constantly mutating, three times pielonifritis, complete dysbacteriosis and finally had to come to my country to recieve a proper treatement. Another story happened with my husband. He got a very serious food poisoning - fever 38 every three hours, vomits, pain in the intestines...When we went to urgencies, they made us wait for half an hour although there were no people before us and in the end the doctor came and told us : Well, you have to vomit a lot and to deficate the bacteria out. WHAT THE JESUS? When we asked him to take some analysis or simply give us some treatement he said it was better to wait and check the symptoms. Result - came back home 3 hours later, temperature is 40, I have to use my own meds brought from my country to help him, injections, etc. because the pills he cannot drink due to vomit. In the end - he is feeling better. DOCTORS, WHERE DID YOU BUY YOUR DIPLOMA? GREAT HELP, DOCTORS. THANKS A LOT.

    This is the worst hospital that I have been. Even one star is too much for them. Almost every employees can't speak English at all and they gonna be really rude to you If you can't speak Spanish. When I had to do blood test for 12week pregnancy, they couldn't deliver my results on time so I had to do one more time.

    I delivered my son in Hospital Quiron Salud. My doctor during the pregnancy and the delivery was Stefan Iliev Savchev and my matrona during the delivery was Soledad. I can not express my gratitude to them for bringing my son safe on this world. I was in severe pain and Soledad never left my side during all the difficult hours. I will never forget their professionalism, encouragement, empathy and kindness.

    Never get spine surgery at this hospital. Dr Clavel is a horrible surgeon. I had surgery in April 2018 and Dr Clavel sold me a failed surgery. The artificial discs implanted were defective from the beginning. After a rough recovery I still couldn't bend very well and Dr Clavel told me it would get better. Then I started having issues before the year mark. I had some extreme pain on the facet joints. It was extremely difficult to get a consult because Dr Clavel seems to always prioritize new patients who pay a lot of money. Dr Clavel recommended nerve ablation and I knew it was not a solution. I finally noticed that the 2 implants were completely stuck. The implants were simply defective and Dr Clavel was in total denial saying that the implants were fine. Dr Clavel lied all the way and refused to refund me. A 56 000 euros supposedly covered by some insurance if the problem happens before the year mark. I asked Dr Clavel to replace these implants and he said it was too risky and that the new disc we could use would be too small for me. (See the x-ray imaging, the new disc fits perfectly). Dr Clavel never responded after that. Dr Clavel doesn't own his mistakes. Appart from that having a surgery with Dr Clavel was a total nightmare. He had 2 failed surgeries on the same day. Dr Clavel did not check on me after the surgery. Nurses were extremely lazy ! Instituto Clavel turned into a big factory. I will stop here.

Takes ages to contact them over the phone and not to mention the fact that I had a MRI which was SUPER IMPORTANT the results to come back on time and of course they DIDN'T and that was on 27th of January!!!! Still waiting for my results to come out on the hospital app just God knows when .

    One of the wort facilities I ever encoutnered. They are more thievies than doctors. They refuse to even see you, without deposit 1000 EUR and more. And thats even after our insurance company spoke with them and tried to make it right. Do not recomand, they care only after your money.

    I went twice for a gestational diabetes test. For the second one, I needed to be over 3h there without eating, with a prior 12h without eating. I had to wait almost an hour to be attended, even after they registered me and passed my insurance card, so they knew what I was waiting for, I still had to wait 20 minutes more; even though I was pregnant and with a potential diabetes diagnosis. The lab for doing blood tests could really improve their waiting times.

    My 1st time there and it was a great experience in the Cardiology department! I haven't had many great experiences in the hospitals in Spain so it was a pleasant experience. I got in early which they allowed me to seat in the waiting area. The nurse who helped me for a Holter test was very nice and patient as I asked her to speak a little slower so that could hear everything she said. The front desk girls were very helpful as well.

    Medical treatment in the hospital was great. However, as a war refugee from Ukraine, I would ask, if it is possible, to provide discounts in hospitals for such category of people like me, because, for example, one visit of a gynecologist plus histology test costs 240 €. This is almost two minimal month salaries (after taxes and fees) in Ukraine. The only alternative for refugees is to wait long months to visit a doctor for free, and to have no treatment during this time. For example, my husband has an inguinal hernia, and has been in line for the operation since July 2022. In January 2023, he had to have an operation. However, his blood test before the operation showed hepatitis C. As a result, the operation was cancelled till the time he will be healed of the hepatitis, and my husband received a free appointment regarding hepatitis on 26/04/23. He doesn’t want to wait such a long time. However, only one private consultation with a gastroenterologist (without tests) in the state hospital like yours costs 250 €. I suppose this is a problem not only for my family, but also for many other war refugees as well. So, discounts in state hospitals for refugees from Ukraine would be a great deal.

    I visited emergency room in this hospital. Had an acute abdominal pain. I do not speak Spanish well and was afraid of misunderstanding but all hospital staff, physicians and nurses, were very polite and tried to speak with me in English. Also all analysis, CT and medicines were done in a timely manner. Finally, I went home with required treatment. Thank you All!

    The worst hospital… I have Saguru .first few month they deal very well my doctor is nice but they did not told my delivery date to saguru policy. At the end movement they told me your insurance is not working. And when I was in labour pain they told me you go your own hospital (vell the Hebron )if you can give a birth baby you can pay extra charges. Moreover when I ask for a ambulance then the answer is Noo you can go on (taxi) we can not provide ambulance .When I talk (Sanitas) it’s my insurance company .they told me your hospital do not send any documents regarding your delivery… even they cut my balance around 120€ every month Eventhough my insurance payment is just 65 € every month .I don’t no why they cut my balance ..and now I take a step for hospital and Sanitas .

She then IV’ed a fluoroquinolone (floxed me) w/o my knowledge or consent. I now have permanent disability (FQAD), which includes peripheral and small fiber neuropathy, tendinopathy, vitreous detachment (floater) and myriad other disorders and symptoms. Nobody cares, they gaslight you. Be careful.

    En urgencias 25 min sin que cambien de numero con una lentitud asombrosa. Super lentos y torpes en agilizar procesos administrativos.para una prueba de analiticas, 1 hora y 10 min para que atendieran en la mesa mas el proceso de 2 horas y media para los resultados. Es desmesurado el tiempo de espera. Medicos profesionales pero algunos muy torpes y con poca delicadeza. Tienen un poco de falta de comunicación entre doctores afiliados al hospital; ya que en cierto papeleo hacen muy evidente que son empresas distintas y se lían un poco con el papeleo. Por lo demás muy bien. Espero no repetir, pero si lo necesito sin duda volveré.

    I came with a broken bone in my hand, the doctor was super rushed and wasn’t even careful with my hand and put me in much worse pain that I already was. I got the worst cast that made my thumb numb because it was way too tight. She told me to come back in a week to check if I need surgery because my finger was into the wrong direction. I felt not well taken care of AT ALL, went to a specialist the next day and guess what? I needed surgery. Wouldn’t recommend this hospital. Also paid way more for this 5 min visit than 1 hour at a hand specialist.
