I found C MON YOGA while exploring my blog dedicated to the 15th arrondissement, and it is without a doubt one of my favorite rooms. The peaceful atmosphere, accompanied by birdsong, creates a relaxing and beautiful setting. The teachers, friendly and certified, offer the opportunity to practice different styles of yoga.

A haven of peace hidden at the back of a courtyard in Paris which allows us to recharge our batteries and regenerate the energy within us. Delphine is adorable and all the teachers take great care of her. Special dedication to Magali 🫶

The studio: Very nice studio, cozy, all the equipment you might need is provided and booking lessons is easy. Lessons: A truly zero-level beginner, the gentle yoga and yin classes with Marie were my first introduction to yoga and thanks to her very caring and educational approach it has become my little Sunday evening relaxation ritual that I can no longer do without.

Yoga classes with Ana are always incredible. She is passionate, funny, and very professional! I highly recommend!!
