Best places: Yoga studios in Paris, France

🫤 Called in advance to check for a class in english also & teacher anne so barely used any english queues. Also pretty aggressively shushed me when i translated for my partner a little bit. Class was ok. Felt mechanical rather than flowy and relaxing.

👍👍 I have known Christian for many years and enjoy his style of teaching. I particularly like that a classes are longer than average yoga classes and that they include breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. If you are curious about more than just asanas then this is a great place to go!
