    Jyotis is not just a #Yoga class but rather a global support including the practice of Yoga. The seasons, moods, ailments, horrors and joys of the world, nature, humans and animals are taken into account and make this practice so much more integrated and adapted. Alignment ++++ Flow and Balance. We savor these classes like moments 🍬 a treat for the mind.
