I went to a meditation class at this place and I just have to say it was AMAZING!!! I honestly came out soooo relaxed and ready to take on the world. The woman conducting the sound guided meditation was super friendly and she knew what she was doing. I definitely recommend this place and will go back as soon as possible to try other classes since they have a wide variety from yoga meditation and other mindfulness practices. The place is really cute! It just irradiates peace and tranquility and I would've loved to stay longer and read a book or just relax after class but had to rush. It has everything you need and it's a pretty quirky place as you do the exercises kind of in the basement area which was converted into a tranquility cave with daylight (trying my best here to explain haha). Anyway I definitely recommend this place!! Oooh and if you have time, you can go right after to Season (which is like 1 min away almost directly across from this place).

Incredible space that offers quality vinyasa services at a great price. Would highly recommend for everyone. If you’re traveling and don’t speak French, Camille does a great job of translating the name and working with you regardless :)

Great session and a really comfortable environment to practice in. I highly recommend trying a Sophro session with Florence because she makes it very comfortable to express yourself.

Privatized location for a seminar. A very soothing, relaxing and very cocooning place... Florance was very attentive all day long! A place where we work without, realize it... Very spacious and very warm! Thank you Florence!!!

The vibe for Camille's Vinyasa class is so welcoming and cathartic! The underground setting gives it an especially cozy atmosphere, taking you away from outside life for an hour. I am relatively new to yoga but it seems to be a friendly place for all levels. Will be coming back here throughout the winter to give my weekend a little energy boost and reset.

Unique place which brings together a range of activities around well-being and personal development (yoga, sophrology, etc.). I tried yoga in a magnificent basement room, a magical place. The lessons are taught in small groups which is very pleasant. The sophrology workshops in Florence are very useful. I particularly appreciate Florence's wise advice and her attentiveness. She understands everyone's problems very quickly. I highly recommend this place, a break of well-being and sweetness.

Space is nice but working staff is very unprofessional and unpleasant. They are not helpful and ignoring the requests.

It's a beautiful place, already just coming gives me a good feeling. I love the sessions with Florence, she takes her time to really see each person and to give great advice. I always leave this place with more lightness, and positive feelings. I highly recommend Les Liens!
