Atrocious. Food was 20 mins late, no lettuce or tomato on either burgers, no sauce with the nuggets and no straws with the drinks. Chips half empty (no not in the bottom of the bag). Young Manager, Piper said they just had a big rush, hmm so why was the food cold and like cardboard. A rush would suggest fresh hot food. I was told to go to Uber eats if I wanted my money back, although the delivery was perfect. The issue was the quality and standard of the food (not fit for consumption!!!!) McDonalds... employ staff who care about and respect their jobs. Do more to ensure the quality of your food is being respected in every store. I have photos if needed.

Signs out by the freeway say it's a 24hr maccas. But it's shut at night. Also it's in a 24hr service centre so It should be providing a 24hr service

Absolutely nailed my order (which has way too many changes to the actual burger sorry) with not only the most perfect looking burger but everything was fresh. I don't think I've ever been more impressed by a Maccas experience in my life! My boss also had her 2 burgers cooked fresh and perfect as well

Poor service, the burgers look like they were made buy someone withno arms in the dark. Would not recommend. Does not even deserve a one star.

Very quick service using the non-personal order machine. Order provided very quickly Muffin was hot and tasty.

Could only order using the self service machine which could not print out a receipt. Order pick up announced by number only so had no way of knowing when my order was ready. Sorted out in the end but a frustrating time

I understand that I shouldn't expect high quality from McDonald's, but I expect my food to at least be palatable. The burger I got thrown together so messily and so clogged with grease that it was seeping from the outside of the buns. The bottled water was great though 👍

Food is consistent and expected McDonald's taste. Nice fresh fries and burgers so meaty. Playground is helpful to entertain and occupy the kids, while I relax with a coffee, which is excellent. I take it black so no where to hide. Or sometimes we come just for an ice-cream.

Spacious truckstop service station Maccas, service prompt and food good.

12:45-12:55pm July 10th watch footage of worker making burgers, then takes order, handles cash, goes back to making burgers. Same pair of gloves whole time. I let the manager know, this will also be in the footage. It looked like they both just smiled at each other. God knows what else happens if that's the attitude of food safety?? You've got to be kidding me.

Food was so fresh and hot, my order was correct. How can one McDonald's do it so right, yet 10mins south, its just piss poor. Good work team

They are going to full self service. No signs telling us what you can buy. The only reason I didn't give you 1 star in all sections is the service we got from the young server. He was really courteous and helpful. They also replaced my burger as there was things in the burger that was either bones or......who knows what it was. You need to be more customer focused.

Busy, noisy, and crowded. A come stop in place for all travellers. Sometimes, unclean because of the high demand

The staff were lovely, especially the Kiwi lady that served us, was very helpful and approachable. Was greeted with a friendly smile. The food was cooked fresh for us and the service was outstanding. We will be adding this to our travel plans when we're travelling through that way again. The site was clean and tidy with no shortage of tables to sit at and enjoy your meal.

The kiosks here won't scan QR codes for some reason and trying to order via the app I was informed by the app that this location was closed which it clearly was not. Aside from that it's a good location, not too busy, decently clean loos, plenty of space to social distance.

Yes it was dam nice , because when I went to MacDonald's after a long bike ride and I had a craving for some ice cream so I brought , 2 lots of the ice cream cones at $0.70c each for myself and it was so nice and refreshing I went and brought another 2 ice creams from the great staff that work there. They were very busy on the day , I would be going back to the same Macca's again for more of there ice cream as it tastes very creamy..

Great place to stop for food, fuel, and plenty of tables to sit at. There's a great variety of different food, and coffee shop. The picture in the toilet was amazing. I'll be back

Best mcdonalds in Brisbane. Everything was fresh, properly made and had an appropriately fair wait time to get it that good. Very impressed, don't change a thing.

Staff were the usual, but McDonald's are getting worse, the first time I've been to McDonald's in awhile and I ordered a Big Mac, big shocker it's not the same size it used to be. It was 2/3rds of its old size, and they think the rip-off will go unnoticed, won't shop at McDonald's again

As this McDonald's does not have a drive through you need to go inside to order, I don't know if not having a drive through removes a level of stress from the staff but they are always friendly and happy to accommodate and the food just seems to be fresher as you aren't competing with orders from a drive thru. I have yet to receive cold food or a bad meal here.

After a long drive I decided to stop here for a bite to eat. I decided on Red Rooster. Best meal - lovely and fresh.

Ordered 2 hash browns yesterday morning and threw 1 in bin should have ditched both if im honest but i was starving at this point. Tasted like they had been soaked in oil all night and just been left for the following morning when we arrived.

Didn't have the meals we wanted, which I found strang we for Mecca's, no hashbrowns , none of the brekkie burgers
