What happened to this place? They used to be of high standard. Now, quality in food and especially in management has gone down. We ordered the prawn salad, Yang chow fried rice, roasted duck, steam fish, and the lamb. none of my family were impressed. Even the gentlemen I think head of staff was condescending and rude. When asked how our food was, he dismissed our critique and said, "this is how we cook it", smirked and walked off feeling so proud of himself. This kind of service and attitude leaves a bad taste. Maybe because we are not Chinese, they treat us this way. I can sense the bias from the staff. We don't get the same attention and care unlike other Chinese guest. Not worth the time and money.

Luxurious, spacious and accommodating. It's a great choice for family gathering. Its location is very strategic; they're hidden from the main road. It has a panoramic seaside view, quiet ambience and an ample parking space. Private rooms may be utilized if the bill is above β‚±20k, which is fairly easy to achieve due to the place's premium pricing. It's recommendable to eat here after graduation in PICC.

If you loved Chinese cuisine then you should probably want to try it here. We are in the VIP room as you can see, it has a bay view where you can see the city lights there. The environment outside the restaurant is peaceful because if the bay view and ornaments such as the fountain with a bridge where you can take a picture. The food served there is delicious and satisfying. The restroom is also 5/5 because it is clean and has paintings along the way. There is also an aquarium where you can see the fishes so it is guaranteed that the ingredients they serve is fresh. The staff there is also accommodating. Overall, it is recommended.

Really Great place to have family style Chinese food. My highlights are their cold cuts dish, steamed fish, Buchi, crab soup, birthday noodles, braised pork with quapao. Really lovely service. Sadly we didn't order Peking duck and Yangchow Rice. And had taho for dessert .

The place is ideal for city events especially for formal meetings. Is very pricey πŸ˜‚ This place would give you a great view of the bay at morning plus you’ll also get to see the place where helipads take off or drop off. Food does not taste as fancy as it’s price but looks like very tasting. Ps. Haven’t got a photo of the food itself or place itself because it all got our faces. Anyway, this review is based on what I saw, feel and had when I was there.

(Translated by Google) Really delicious I ate a real Chinese lunch that I couldn't eat in Korea. The fried rice was alive with grains of grains, and the fried pork skin had no smell of crisp inside. The best is garlic mud crab. It really tasted like you're going to suck up the sauce. One of our most memorable Lunch dates with the late husband when we used to live in Roxas Boulevard. We often go this area but this branch hindi masyado napapansin kasi tago. But it's a nice big branch coz they have thet Seaside view like in MOA. Now, if you love Chinese food mejo fine dining then this place is something you should try. I love everything that we ordered. Masarap. And the service is good too. I'm glad I kept my photos, this definitely brings back memories.

Ya gotta get the room in the corner overlooking Manila Bay. Sweet view there when it's not night time. Food is freakin awesome of course! They're offering authentic Sharks fin Soup at a discount now and it's *chef's kiss*. Pair it with black vinegar, da bomb!!

I visited Gloria Maris Shark's Fin restaurant during my stay in the area and read many great reviews about the food, which is what compelled me to visit this establishment for a late lunch. The entrance was clean and well maintained. Upon walking up to the entrance, we were greeted by the friendly staff and guided to our table. The atmosphere within the restaurant was quiet and relaxed, as there were only a few customers dinning at time of our arrival. We ordered Beef Tenderloin, which was smothered in a sweet, savory, and thick sauce. The tenderloin met expectations, as it was well done, tender and well seasoned. As a side dish, we ordered the seafood fried rice, cucumber spears drenched in a sweet and spicy duck sauce composed of slices of ginger, garlic cloves, and crushed red peppers. We also ordered Beef with broccoli, which was made with a light sauce, that did not over power the freshly steamed broccoli. I thought this combination made the meal well balanced and enhanced our dinning experience. The prices were aligned for the amount of food provided. Unfortunately, we were rushed to make a selection and could not select other items in the menu because the restaurant was closing; perhaps as a result of another event. Although the staff was friendly, attentive and professional, we could not fully enjoy the food and engage each other in discussion, because the wait staff hovered over our table, thus giving us limited amount of privacy and diminishing the value of the overall dinning experience in this fine restaurant. Nevertheless, I recommend this Gloria Maris for anyone visiting the area.

The food quality here have decreased massively from years ago. The price they charge you'll expect higher quality foods.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I have dined here for the 5th time, and they haven't failed to impress me every time. It was a great place with great food. On March 7, 2022, we had our dinner here at Vikings in the Mall of Asia branch. It was already alert level 1, so they weren't that strict about the age of diners. However, the...
