Loved the hotel, i arrived at 10pm full drenched due to rain, they were nice enough to give me a discount cause of solo, food is amazing. Housekeeping hospitality is top notch. Even tiny details such as buttons control all lights / fans right next to your bed. Only tiny issue was few things needs makeover as hotel is old

The Ambience was Fabulous over here in this Hotel. The Environment was Clean. The Food was Good & huygienic in this Hotel. The Service was good. Awesome Hotel.

Comfortable rooms with lots of extras, The staff a fantastic and always ready to go over and beyond to fulfill your requirements and your comfort. Location is excellent. Close to the centre where all is happening. Though being a Hotel that's over 40 years old, the property is well maintained and extends a warm sense of hospitality when you enter Thanks Hotel Venice for the comfortable stay .

no hot water during entire stay. no internet in room. all bathroom fixtures leak, broken. passages dark and dingy. service below average. just avoid stay as this hotel needs a complete overhaul - personal and maintenance

Very nice and affordable place, we had four bed room taken with very decent price. The food is good and you can also take your own booze to their bar & lounge area. Everything is reachable from this place and has a nice staff.

Rooms are spacious , service is a little slow and as per my view food is good but dish size needs improvement as per the rates.

This hotel is good choice for stay but if you are planning to order something from here through Zomato or swiggy than you will regret, i really expected so much from the Hotel Venice but felt so much disappointed after receiving my order. Firstly the packing was worst, all the butter chicken gravy was leaked due to poor packaging like come on, hotel can't even afford a good packing tape. Secondly; I got more disappointed after comparing quantity of my order with the amount I paid, they don't even have value for customers money, this place was known for its quality & standards but they lost everything they used be known for in my view. I paid around 444 rs in the name of full plate but got half plate instead & without even little salad or mint sauce. I not gonna do the same mistake ordering from this place next time, will recommend people to order from green hotel or maybe capri next time but never this place otherwise you will regret later. I recommend it's owner to really focus on this issue as it's creating very bad image.

First Impression was created by Menu card itself. Just few coloured printouts steppled together. Washroom was substandard. Even Hand dryer was not working. Though the staff inside the restaurant was courteous and taste of food was also good but they need to work on other aspects to create a better experience on customers. For instance even fingers bowls were not offered after dinner which is very common practice even in average quality restaurants.

Best hotel in the pathankot to stay with AC room facility and minimum 3 star room facility and good parking area with adjoining SBI bank with ATM facility and in the centre of pathankot city and good place for dining at any time

Third rate stuff. Not worth even 1000 bucks.when we landed up here we were told by the guard outside “First get down check if you have a booking then only park the car”. Right. Rooms: AC wouldn’t work despite multiple visits by staff. The AC was a 1 ton in a 500 sft room. Bathroom: has music playing in it non stop. No hot water in the shower which was pointed permanently at the celing, not for humans below. When we called the reception repeatedly he said “In the past one year no one has asked for hot water so possibly the boiler has got spoilt” wow. Breakfast will be served at 8:30, really? Early risers eat dry fruits in your room. The entire exp was rather sorry. Avoid.
