The
name
is
Opulence
Hotel,
but
the
cleanliness
of
hotel
was
very
poor
and
we
found
cockroach
in
hotel....photo
attached
and
we
clearly
asked
to
the
hotel
guy
that
we
need
good
clean
room
and
we
checked
in
12
at
night
and
made
us
convinced
that
rooms
are
clean
but
as
we
entered
in
room,
they
were
smelling
badly....and
washrooms
were
with
used
soap
and
refrigerator
were
filled
with
old
food,
it
means
we
were
given
the
rooms
which
were
not
used
for
long
and
even
not
cleaned.
Even
after
the
complaint,
the
front
office
manager
did
not
take
any
action
and
started
discussing
badly.....we
have
been
requested
for
one
big
room
and
same
size
room
was
given
and
with
dirt.
We
have
been
given
a
discount
of
200
after
all
the
feedback,
so
the
front
office
manager
was
again
and
again
saying
us
that
he
has
discounted
a
lot.....and
we
checked
out
before
9
due
the
quality
if
services.
so
all
the
bad
smell
and
amenities
were
of
200/-.
I
recommend
not
to
book
the
Hotel
Opulence.
It
is
not
worthy.
Please
read
my
comment
carefully
and
go
for
another
option,
as
what
they
called
luxury,
it
is
worse
than
a
Daramshala,
It
would
be
good
to
stay
at
a
lounge
rather
than
Opulence.
They
are
cheating.
No
water
provided,
glasses
were
also
used.
AC
was
not
Working
and
washrooms
were
dirty,
taps
were
also
not
working.
