- The location is good, next to BigC, 7-11. - The room is quite old, there is a strange smell in my room if we turn off the AC (when we go out). In general, it brings you the feeling of insanitary. - The bed and pillow are amazingly good, bed is quite spacious, pillow is comfortable. - Staff are good - Breakfast is 1-course-menu, but it's good though

I recommend this hotel if you will go to Thailand for shopping as this is near (walking distance) to malls like CentralWorld, Big C, Platinum mall and Siam Paragon. The staffs are accommodating, friendly and polite. They greet you always when they saw you. The room we booked is good enough for two people and has a big bed enough for three people. At night, it gets quiet so you can have a good night's rest. Free breakfast included and has a several menu you can choose from.

Had a 5 nights stay .. Excellent location, Big C, Central World, Erawan Shrine, Platinum Mall, Pratunam and Massage shops, Seven 11 and more are all within minutes of walking distance. Paragon or even MBK is also accessible via Sky Walk. Clean room, however it's rather small. Friendly staff and communicate in English well.

Everything was great except the fact that we suspect one of their staff stole one of our shirts. We double checked our bags if we misplaced the shirts but so far we have not found them at all. Suspected staff knocked on our room with a smile but since his English was limited, we don't know for sure. However, they made up for it by paying the equivalent amount of the shirts. Always keep your bags locked and don't leave valuables. I hope the hotel management will look into this matter closely for improvement. Other than that, I'd still come back to this hotel as their service was great! Very close to all malls and they could help book transportation for you to get to your destination.

Great location - just next to Big C and within walking distance to Central World and Platinum mall. Staff are generally helpful and friendly. Room was not throughly cleaned, seems like no vacuuming was done. We saw the same dirt and dust everyday. We had mosquitoes in the room. Sound proofing of room was almost non-existent.

A beautiful boutique hotel right in the center of Bangkok's shopping district (across from the Central World, next to the Graysorn, etc.). BTS train station is within a short walk. Service is excellent with attentive staffs. Plus, they have great cooks.

Great location across the street from Centroworld. It was a phenomenal value when compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean and quiet.

Room feels vintage but bed n pillow is good, service staff is excellent especially the front desk staff. Very polite and speak good English. Very helpful too. Location is super good n convenient but don't expect beautiful window view ya. Aircon took longer while to on...maybe the building is old.
