Their pool access room is amazing, but unfortunately the access is only between 8am - 8 pm. The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean with all the standard amenities. The bathroom has a tub that's comfortable for a single person. The shower area was very small. Their breakfast buffet was disappointing, not many options and the only thing I found tasty was the made to order eggs.

I was going to just give it four stars... most average four star you could expect and call it a day, but then the cracks started to show. Firstly lobby is hot and you have to sit and sweat while you wait until 2 to check in (or leave your bags and sweat elsewhere. Fine But later on my room had a leak and there was a bunch of liquid on the ground. Likely from the AC, but ironically they probably knew of this issue because, there’s a hole drilled into the ceiling, (either to help with the issue directly or maybe move an electronic away) and I would’ve been livid if I had set my stuff there and it had ruined my electronics. This is something they should solve. Cart was left randomly blocking stairwell. Random small things, like the lamps being crooked. At least the switches are mostly in logical places. The positives: It does get really dark and surprisingly quiet for the location. It's pushed back away from the main street and just far enough from the clubs. The bathroom floor is lightly textured to make it not slippery. This is the first In my month of south east Asia. AC works well aside from leaking. Pool is nice Breakfast buffet is mediocre.

The hotel is a 5 minute walking distance from the beach and is almost 15 mins from Bangla walking street. Located right opposite a 7/11 and a bunch of restaurants. It takes about 1hr to reach from the airport. Some of the rooms are slightly old and the air conditioner can leak. But the rooms are spacious. The food is very reasonably priced and delicious. The breakfast buffet is average. The pool is 5ft deep but shuts at 7pm. The concierge are knowledgeable and helpful.

Location was close to everything so that was good but i havw to day all around i was dissapointed in some aspects. Front desk- Great service and responses. Room Service- Good when they clean but they do not get started till 3pm or after. Room- Poolside room has great view of the pool, howewr the room has small mold spots and there was a strong sour water damage smell. Resturant- Breakfast was ok but i saw why no one ate there at any other time. The food was horrible I had to send a chicken burger back twice. In their defense, they only have a small kitchen but the simple meal preperation was the worse. All it all, its was ok but when I think of any place that is called a resort, I expect a little more. Not bad (except the resturant, that was bad) but not great either.

Rooms were good and large. Pool was nice and clean. Staffs were courteous. Breakfast spread was normal but adequate. The only drawback the restaurant got closed at 8:30pm which is too early when you are on vacation.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for their price with good staff. Only thing to take care is, if you’re a vegetarian there will be very less options for you during the breakfast, mostly fruits, cornflakes, bread and if you’re lucky then spaghetti . So you might want to consider if you really want to pay extra for the breakfast.

During my 12-night stay in the poolside room, I encountered significant issues with the overall condition of the hotel room. The state of the room was subpar, with a vanity tap that fell apart and an ant infestation. Despite these issues, when I requested a refund to secure alternate accommodations, it was regrettably declined. While the location is favorable, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the unsatisfactory condition of the room and facilities.

Very good, quiet and clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day.The restaurant is particularly noteworthy. The breakfast is rich and very good. A big compliment to the staff in the restaurant. It is very friendly and always attentive without exception. I have only very rarely experienced something like this. I would love to come back!
