Stayed 2 nights. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in Thailand and around Asia and this hotel has to rate as one of the worst. Extremely unfriendly staff. Free WiFi didn't exist. Property was overgrown with weeds. Room was not clean at all, actually it was disgusting. Yuk! Only gets extra stars from me because of good location. The lowest ratings are the genuine ratings. I will never be a returning customer, even if I'm offered a free room.

Do not go there under any circumstances! This is the worst experience of my trip around the world. There were a lot of ants and cockroaches. There were old stains on the sheets and the duvets smelled of cigarettes, even though this room is non-smoking. No toiletries. Not even toilet paper. In the reservation it says that they give water every day, but for 8 dinners i only got two 600ml bottles of water. The wifi doesn't work and the woman at the front desk has a disgusting attitude towards customers. There is a safe, but this safe is just a safe placed on the table and not attached to the wall. Stay very far away from this hotel.

Normally a very quiet place to stay but close enough to all the places that are still open. Staff very helpful, room super clean, no restaurant on site but plenty nearby. I enjoy staying here Stayed here many times now. Lucky this time it was quiet so easy to park. Its in a dead end soi so parking can be an issue. Personally never had a problem but I can see them. Now the building site has closed down it's a good place to stat.

It used to be my favorite place but it changed after getting the worst service from a 50s Thai female at reception. The way she talked to customers both in Thai and English was rude. No service mind was shown upon night check in. She acted like she was the boss and looked grumpy all the time. The hotel supposed to give 2 of free drinking water every day and daily cleaning as it advertised, but they didn't do it. They used excuses of COVID situation for not cleaning room. Towels? They gave old and smelly towels with a big damage and holes on it. Did housekeeping not check towels when prepare a room? Internet? It doesn't work, especially if you use it at night. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
