Good location. Overall experience positive except way too many russians. Most of the staff very attentive and friendly especially guards,bell boys and pool staff. Staff at the reception were slightly pretenticious and seemed a bit stressed. Beautiful decor and safe environment.

This is a great place to bring your families or even for solo travel. I think the number one priority when traveling to a far away country is feeling safe. The staff, reception, and room cleaners spoke clear English and always catered to my needs. the pool is amazing and they hands down have the best breakfast. WIFI was great, shower in mornings were just warm but at night really hot (not a big deal). highly recommend.

Great location, old rooms, love the swimming pool and breakfast, hope the front desk ppl are more friendly and professional. The longest checkout ever. We were literally waiting at the front desk for them to check our room. Just never see that before for a 4-star hotel!

The hotel and its service is way beyond expectations. Very polite and gentle staff. Buffet breakfast is also good, you can get Indian breakfast as well. Property is well designed and managed. Pool and pool bar is also awesome. Overall very good experience. Must visit.

The hotel is well located with walking access from and to second road and Pattaya beach road. The lobby is really stunning. The rooms however are quite dated and in need of a refurb. Mattress on the bed definitely needs replacing. I stayed in a Deluxe city view room. The room is quite large but the bathroom is tiny. The balcony is also very small with one chair so couples wont be able to utilise it together. WIFI keeps dropping out in the room. The hotel itself is VERY heavily catered to Indian families and large groups of Indian men. There is lots of pushing in during queues for the buffet breakfast items and it can get VERY loud in and outside the breakfast area. The staff do their best for the guests and were all very friendly. Would I stay here again? No......but it has nothing to do with the staff or the hotel itself.

My stay at this 3-star hotel was not bad overall. While it had some limitations, it offered a decent experience. The absence of elevators in the standard rooms made late-night returns or access for elderly guests less convenient. Additionally, the rooms were on the smaller side. However, the redeeming factor was the delightful city and sea views from certain rooms. The hotel's ambiance was pleasant, and the overall experience was fair. If you don't mind a few inconveniences, this 3-star hotel could still provide a comfortable stay with its charming vistas.

One of the best hotels in central Pattaya. 1. Loved their breakfast spread including Indian food like Poha , Dal and Puri 2. Hotel has nice ambience with many facilities like big swimming pool, snooker, children’s play area, beautiful lobby, quite spacious not cramped like other hotels 3. They staff are quite nice and warm 4. The room facilities are quite good just the bathroom is bit small 5. They have a small balcony and nice beach view

Good location. Nearby beach and shopping center. Walking street is about 15 minutes away by walk. We got upgraded room with two big windows facing children’s swimming pools on 3rd floor. Breakfast is good with lots of fruits.

More of a family/indian/middle Eastern hotel with many guys hanging around the foyer dressed in bathrobes. No lifts for the Garden Wing so PIA for carrying luggage. There is however a helpful bell boy. Staff are helpful but perhaps the hotel is under staffed overall. Car park will flood badly during heavy downpours

This hotel is over priced. First it’s in a condition of a 3 star as it’s old rooms, old gym and average linens. The breakfast was good but at 400 baht it should be. The parking was secure and the staff were efficient but not overly friendly. The room was fine just over priced

Present on the main street of Pattaya. The hotel was beautiful with spacious rooms and all the offerings. The pool was huge and gym was there. The view of the hotel is really good. Cafe has Snooker tables. The reception area is well decorated. And the location is 5 star Buffet breakfast was good. A lot of options provided.

The stay here was great! The staff was very friendly and nice, they always answered all my questions with a smile. No complaints about my stay here. The room was very clean as well as the rest of the facilities. I was upgraded to a better room free of charge! They upgraded me to an ocean view room which was awesome. The room included a safe and bath robe, and all kinds of toiletries like toothbrush, soap, hand soap, shampoo, etc. The hotel is well located in Pattaya. A walking distance to nightlife areas, Central Festival mall, gym, laundry place, restaurants, and Beach road. Would definitely stay here again. I had an excellent experience.

Major concern is that there is no lift for garden view n pool view rooms . You should request city view n sea view if u need lift. Pool is well maintained. Breakfast don't have many options but tastes good . Hotel provided cabs were very reasonable price .

My favorite place to stay in Pattaya, central festival 5 minute walk. Very quite and great sea views.

The hotel is in a good place and the staff are very friendly. But I did not like the breakfast, as we do not have any veg items. Indian vegetarians should only have only bread, jam, fruits, and pancakes. They say they have 3 Indian breakfast items but had only poha that did not taste good.

Amazing hotel to stay at! The rooms are super clean. The pool and the hotel areas are also great. We did have some issues at the breakfast regarding the food service and the air conditioning in the room but the service was great here. Would definitely recommend this place to others when visiting Pattaya

Very spacious and excellent location for shopping and eating and the beach is across the street!

The hotel itself is very nice, very well decorated, and pool area and restaurant next to the pool were beautiful. The staff was friendly and the location is great, short walk to the beach through the pool area and the nightlife is a short walk from the front. Okay, the room we stayed in was okay, the bed was large and comfortable, the view was amazing, and housekeeping did a great job. The furniture in the room was very old, lots of scratches and the cushions had stains on them, the shower/bathtub was small and had a leak that got the bathroom floor wet, and the walls…. very thin, could hear everything happening in the hallway. Overall it was a good experience and could see myself booking here again, rooms just need a little work.

It's a good hotel. Service is also good. But hotel people have a rationing of water and for tea, coffee you have to wait and asked them to clean the bathroom, which after following up they didn't come, that is why I am giving Service 3star.

Maybe I've just got bad luck with this hotel, because from pictures and reviews it seems nice, but my experience was quite bad. Arriving at the hotel and no one came to the car to help with luggages, I'm not a person that like to be served but it's very unlikely for an hotel like this one, the service workers was just standing on the steps talking each other despise they saw our car. We did the checking, booked already via agoda, and got a key, when arrived at the front of the room there was some cleaners that warned us the room we was going to open was not empty, we was surprised saying we just checked at the reception, at the end they went downstairs to get us another room. Very incredible that they gave us the key of a room with people still inside. There are only two lifts, very small, and often with a long line of people. The room was little but clean. Swimming pool area overall is fine. Other problems at the restaurant, we ordered beef burger, chicken steak, fish steak and some rice. The beef, despite I've repeated several time I want well done, was still raw inside, so they took it back and cooked it more. But I've to leave it after first but cos the beef taste really strange. Chicken steak was hard like it was old, and fish also was not very good. The fried rice was ok. I'm sorry but i feel the quality and service I've experienced at this hotel is very low. I won't recommend to anyone

Yousef Alkhoori: Firstly the receptionist “PUI” was really polite and helpful towards us. The resort was amazing & its location is in the middle of town where malls are close by and the sea is close and its view is amazing. The only problem is that there are mosquitoes everywhere whether it was room, garden, pool, restaurant.

Excellent customer care services. Food and rooms were superb 💯. Has a friendly environment with beautiful swimming pool for children and adults both. Very well located hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel 👍👍

This hotel is a older hotel by Pattaya standards but it has been incredibly upgraded and maintained, and has a level of excellence and luxury that few of the newer modern more plastic hotels can provide. The Bay view is now my go-to when I visit Pattaya

Room and ambience is top notch. I'm only cutting off 1 star cause of the hospitality provided by staff. Some of them where a little rude. For example, my dad, my brother and I went to play some pool and the guy at the bar started saying things like you can't play if you don't know the rules and there will be fine if you break anything. Like seriously? We already know that. Just cause we're not putting on a suit before night time and went to play in our pajamas doesn't mean that we don't know stuff. Similarly for basic complementary things such as tea and coffee packets they told it would be charged more. Like we are already paying you enough or what? This is the first hotel I've come across which treated us like that.

It's great. The staff were terrific. Pools are good but deep. 3m in parts. Breakfast was very good with Thai and western food. Very clean and set well back from the road. We were on the first floor overlooking the pool with frangipani trees giving shade. We will definitely come back. Why not 5 stars? The bathroom is small and shower over the bath. And hot water took a long time to reach shower. But I still recommend.

Got myself a 2 single bed room with booking an inferior room and got the City view since that was much more of an affordable package I could find on the internet. Though that isnt a complain since the room was amazing, had all the things you'd need and want from a hotel. But I wished there were more electronic outlets to charge my devices.

Totally unsafe hotel no safety in hotel miss place your bags by hotel team sent your luggage in other room no safety about your luggage. Zero service If u lost your bag by the happening of hotel staff they say I don't no so never suggest you to go there for unsafe place and zero responsible by hotel team....

The Bay View is located within walking distance of the beach, Walking Street, Alcazar cabaret, Ripley's Believe it or Not and the Pattaya Night Bazaar in a happening part of town with massage parlours, restaurants and sundry other shops all within striking distance. The hotel is right next to Central Festival mall, and is walking distance from one of the best street food areas on Beach Road. It is a spacious and large property with two swimming pools and a separate kids' pool and play area and is great for a relaxing stay. On the whole we had a great stay - if anything is there that can be improved, it is the communication from the hotel. We had asked for an early check-in over email a week prior to our journey but never received a reply. When we finally reached the hotel after taking a red eye flight from Calcutta, the concierge Ms. Pui initially said that the hotel could not provide early check-in since they had not confirmed on our mail (which was true) and then said that the hotel was full which is why they would be unable to provide an early check-in. However, she then immediately said that it would cost us 1000 Baht extra. When we said we were willing to pay the 1000 Baht she again said that the hotel was full. While this was in itself okay, (though we found it strange that she mentioned the money when she had already given a valid reason for not checking us in) what we did not like was her attitude when she mentioned the money which was slightly disrespectful and condescending. Definitely did not leave a good feeling and this is one reason why I have docked one star. The other reason that I have not given a 5 star rating is because the wing we stayed in - the Garden Wing, did not have an elevator and while for us it was ok, this may be a hassle for those who are not physically fit. The main building has elevators and we felt that a hotel of this size and quality should have done something about providing elevators in the other building too, even if they needed to reduce a room in each floor to retrofit it. Anyway, both of these were small irritants in an otherwise great stay. On the positive side, the breakfast is excellent, the lobby, common seating areas and other places in the hotel are spacious and tastefully decorated, and barring the issue with the early check in, every other interaction with the staff was great. In fact Ms. Noon who was at the front desk the day we left was gracious enough to give us a late checkout and the hotel also organized a drop to the airport at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend the hotel and stay there again.

Rating it bad just because of the front desk attender. She was placing many people who had pre-booked via a tourist package in some other smaller rooms saying that the ones that should be available are full. Not great hospitality in that way. Otherwise the rooms and services are great here. Editing the review because the same thing happened this morning at the reception desk.

Nice Location, Super Property, Ms. Nataya (Noon) on reception desk was very supportive. All Staff was really good. pool was nice. room was also good in price.

Very beautifull hotel. The location is very strategic & just 10 minutes away by walk from The Walking Street. The room was clean,the staff are very friendly & helpfull. Breakfast was really nice. Very suitable for family with kids.

Have stayed here a number of times. Excellent location, superb facilities, staff always very friendly and helpful. However this time alot of noise as parties in the rooms with the doors open, all of were Indians.I realise a party town and good to have a good time but not good in your hotel room with the doors open. Considering we are still aware of covid, I would also have thought that bringing up mucus at the breakfast buffet(5 times) and then spitting in the garden is not a good look.
