Update- When i complain hotel manager block me in social media. They only want how to earn money. Now my next step is i am going to court and turism ministry in thailand. ------ Disappointing Experience at Baywalk Residence in Pattaya, Thailand I recently had a disappointing stay at Baywalk Residence in Pattaya, Thailand, and I would like to share my honest review of the hotel. Room Condition: Upon entering my room, I was immediately disappointed by its condition. The tiles in the room were broken, which not only looked unsightly but also posed a safety hazard. Additionally, I noticed cobwebs and spiders in various corners of the room, indicating a lack of cleanliness. The overall state of the room was far from satisfactory, and it was evident that proper maintenance was lacking. Poor Customer Service: To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns with the hotel manager about the room condition, I was met with an unsatisfactory response. Instead of addressing the issues or offering a solution, the manager suggested that I pay an extra 1000 baht to be shifted to another room. It was clear that their primary concern was extracting more money from me rather than providing a satisfactory level of service. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction left a bitter taste in my mouth. Lack of Service Orientation: Throughout my stay, it became apparent that the hotel staff's focus was solely on monetary gain rather than ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. The lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to rectify the issues were indicative of a service-oriented mindset. It is disheartening to see a hotel prioritize profit over guest satisfaction. Lackluster Facilities: Apart from the disappointing room condition, the hotel's facilities also left much to be desired. The fitness center was poorly maintained and had limited equipment available, which was a letdown for those seeking to maintain their fitness routine during their stay. The overall ambiance and upkeep of the hotel could definitely use improvement. Conclusion: In conclusion, my experience at Baywalk Residence in Pattaya, Thailand, was highly disappointing. The poorly maintained room, lack of satisfactory customer service, and overall lackluster facilities left a negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers who value cleanliness, good service, and value for their money.

I've stayed here a while back before the pandemic, finally made it back to Thailand. The rooms have been renovated very spacious with new AC units. You won't have an issue with keeping your room cool while you stay here. Roof top pool and right across the street from the beach. The mall and restaurants are in walking distance of the hotel.

Location is super duper amazing. It’s right next to walking street but yet still very privacy to rest all night. Breakfast place at 5th floor is such a great view!!! The room is so roomy. And reasonable price especially promotion rate after Covid-19. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Only hotel sign from the main street is not easy to spot.

Baywalk Residence Pattaya: Location, location, location! This residence could not be better situated – across the road from the beach, close to convenience stores, the beach, the baht bus (aka songthaew) route, the bustling nightlife (Walking Street) etc. The view across the sea while enjoying the buffet breakfast cannot be beat. The rooms are comfortable, large and clean and the bed is firm. We had a balcony with table and chairs, though the air conditioned room seemed like the better option to unwind in after a long, humid day! Our spacious bathroom came with a toilet sprayer. The only fault we found here was the shower water pressure could be improved. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The pool was refreshing and clean. You will not just keep returning to Pattaya, you will re-book this very accommodation on your next visit… definitely!

If beach front location and a nice big room is what matters to you, this place got it. Rooftop breakfast bar warning: nice view, foot is watermelon, toast, fried rice or spaghetti, and as mediocre as it can possibly get. This is so lousy that I will call it disrespectful to the guests, and that cost the place a star in my book. Other places with similar location and price would likely be more charming.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. decent room at great location and good swimming pool. It's right beside the beach, restaurant serves breakfast with awesome beach view. Pity they serve only breakfast and no lunch or dinner. Walking street and boats to coral Island are walkable. Sanctuary of truth is around 7 kms from hotel. Over all good experience

Two best things are the view during morning breakfast and the location for walking street. Room is old but large with a lot of storage space. Most of the rooms have no good views but do have a balcony. They use old fashioned keys but you can drop it at the receptionist when going out. The bed was extra firm. I only had a shower. Room Safe worked. Pool was smaller than what I expected but it was clean. Very noisy, had to use ear plugs at night. The only quiet time was when the sun started to rise. Overall a decent location and breakfast while the room was a bit old fashioned. I'd probably rather stay somewhere else next time but would keep this place in mind.

Was a great place to stay opposite the beach and only a short walk to the action. Rooftop pool was a bonus to relax away from the hustle and bustle.

Dated yet clean hotel. It's right smack dab on Beach Road and it is very accessible to all the top attractions. The pool is OK, but it's very hard to get out of. The latter is too short and the floor outside the pool is slanted; I about broke my leg trying to get out. I will say that the breakfast buffet is extremely good. Not only are you gazing at the Pattaya beach, but the western breakfast good is spot on. It's better than most 5 star hotels IMHO.

upgraded & paying 4600bht per night for mini suite overlooking beach road staff so slow to receive us and baggage - we did it ourselves then in both 1st room & upgraded 2nd EXPENSIVE room >room safe didn't work again- had to get technician >tv in sitting room didn't work - had to get technician - >go to use tv in bedroom late that night doesn't work - had to get technician >go to make coffee in room 2 satchels of coffee only no tea bags? seriously? asked reception told hotel doesn't have tea bags nor did they comprehend why we upgraded im not sure as road works and construction work going on all day on this hotel & next door DOES NOT MAKE FOR A QUIET holiday pleasant or restful stay. Staff seem to think we are unreasonable to ask for these things fixed? seriously its 7pm at night has no one checked these things work before they rent such an expensive room or in any other less expensive room?? AND on arrival we are handed a paper flyer - plse excuse hotel construction -during 1st-30 September >>> NOISE is terrible with concrete grinding & very loud concrete drilling felt thru the whole building and other massive construction noise all day>> Simply lairs this is the 2nd Sept today and they have clearly been in construction with scaffold everywhere for min 60 days and NO WAY will be finished for 3-5 months with ground floor infrastructure not even started - plse excuse us between 1st - 30th Sept thats taking the piss WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE EVER - right on beach but right on nose for any guest satisfaction rather spend my $200 Aust dollars on a tent or earmuffs & at least 2 tea bags ! glad we only booked 1 night just in case sadly proved right again

Avoid breakfast on the 5th floor open air eatery with humidity , during wet season. Great views , but the 250 baht breakfast buffet,in reality only worth 25 baht . Limited selection ie ham slices in water ?? Limited food offerings . Big disappointment !

This hotel has everything you need except and iron, who needs it anyway lol. The wi-fi is unlimited and the signal is very strong everywhere (swimming pool, room, gym and restaurant). The rooms are very clean and aircon works very well. The beds can be a bit hard if u r not used to a hard bed but I found them to be therapeutic (hard on the right spots of the body) after a very long day. The rooms have a refrigerator, kettle and cellular charging points on the pedestal of the bed (convinience). You have an option of using a shower or soak yourself in a hot bath after a long day. Wardrobes/cabins had enough space for all our luggage. The restaurant is spacious, clean and has the most amazing view of the beach. The breakfast has enough variety, however, the menu is the same everyday. Another challenge is that they take cash only. The swimming area is very clean with a spectacular view of the ocean. You can spend the whole day admiring the view. The gym is equipped with basic equipment that one needs. There is also an air conditioner. However, it would be nice to have a water point or tap. The location is the best. U cross the road and u r on the beach. 5 minutes walk and u are in Walking Street. There is an international Atm machine less than 50 meters from the hotel. 7 Eleven is also less that 1 minute walk. Very close to public transport. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely book this hotel again.

Locatio: 5 Facility: 3.5 Staff: 4.5 In Pattaya Baywalk continues to be a charm close to everything needed. Close to all amenities, easy transportation and food everywhere. The best part about this hotel is the STAFF, especially front desk reception who are always ready to help and accommodate. It makes the experience much more enjoyable. They all speak good English and extremely helpful and respectful to all their guests. Overall lovely hotel, no complaints and will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you Baywalk Staff for a pleasant and memorable time.

Great location and good hotel overall. You get what you pay for. The room is very spacious with ample storage and a very big table. The pool is quite deep and very clean. Issue I faced: - the bidet was leaking the whole time. - no dental kits - only 2 complimentary waters per day

Sad but true food is not for westerners they only catering for Asian people. I spill n little wine on the blanket they charge me 1300 baht. For the 7 days stay there I only had 4 day hot water.I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. The only best thing about the hotel is its location. 3 out 10 for this hotel. The Cleaners didn't even cleans the right. Food again is poor

Went here for breakfast buffet on the rooftop of the hotel. For 1 person 250b, but if you come 2 or 3 pax it's cost you 200 each. Good range of food and fresh coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. View to Pattaya Beach and Pratamnak Hill were amazing.

Location wise, no complaints. It has to be one of the best located hotels - it’s on the beach and near the night spots of walking street and Soi 13. The rooms are large and open spaces are fantastic. This is primarily due to it being an older hotel, but it is well maintained and clean.

The place was good, location was best, rooms were spacious but the manager of the hotel was literally frustrated person I ever see who don't know how to talk to their client and also have no manners to serve in hospitality industry so would like the owner to recheck their staff and see how they behave with customers. Rest all was perfect. As customer staying for more than one week and paying in advance everything and keeping security three times more than asked and after that also have to bear such rude and bad attitude and words from a third class manager wasn't accepted. Even the blanket wasn't provided on ask while the person feels cold in evening so can understand such hospitality and behavior from staff.

This place is conviniently located, all the places you actually need while your stay in a hotel is there. The best sea/beach view you can get it is from the swimming pool and the restaurant. To get into the beach just cross the street and you are done. Just beside this hotel there is shopping mall named Grand Plaza, Ripley's Believe it or not is there and you will find all the Big Brand food chain in there as well with regular sales offer from different clothing Brands. Here breakfast is pretty decent, seven to eleven is there, walking street is just 10Baht away. Recommend to stay if you are okay with bit old run down type hotel but still ensures all the amenities.

Th location is the best. The rooms are nice and clean with good Air Conditioning units in the rooms. It's very quiet without the noise of walking street and pedestrian traffic of Beach road but still only 2 blocks away from walking street in the heart of the action. It's on Beach road overlooking the ocean with a roughrop pool and lounge. They even have overnight security. The price was good very and they provided breakfast every morning. The staff was very accommodating. The only thing that I would criticize is that the elevators are very slow and they dont have air conditioning.
