Only stopped for the one night for the COVID 19 restrictions but the service and staff were all excellent friendly and respectful the hotel is very clean and tidy even though the entrance was having a bit refurbishment l would recommend this hotel to anyone great stay I would stay again in a heartbeat

It seems like a five star hotel when u check in but it’s a complete eye wash. Rooms are old and outdated. No room to move around in the washroom. Old and rusted bathroom amenities. There were cockroaches running ard in the bathroom. When asked for a manager was informed he was not available. Would not recommend this place. You should focus more on improving infrastructure and collecting deposit amount.

Super creepy vibes, full of creepy men. I wouldn’t stay here as a female. Not a safe hotel for female travelers. Stayed here with a group of friends and got harrrassed by a group of men opposite our room and had to move rooms because we felt unsafe. Staff were really nice about the situation but I’d stay away as it really is a hotel for Indian men.

Location: excellent (less than 5mins walking distance to the walking street) Bed: clean and comfortable, however the surface around the bed is dusty and dirty, specially the top part. Floor: ok but it can get more cleaner Staff: very friendly and helpful, specially the ones who were working during breakfast buffet. Price: reasonable (great offering for its low price) Breakfast: great, the lady who makes omelette is very friendly and kind If this hotel can focus little bit more on the cleanliness then it would get 5 stars for sure but overall we were very happy with our stay at this hotel

This hotel is great in my assessment. All the staff are nice & well behaved. They gave us an excellent reception & all. One feels like going there again. Two friends & I stayed there for 4 nights. We are very happy that we selected this hotel for our stay in Pattaya.

Hotel looks so good outside. Rooms are very clean. They charge a deposit amount of 1000baht when you check inn which will be refunded. Breakfast provided was nice and Indian food was also there. Not recommended for family as walking street is very nearby and there will be lot of noise made by other rooms.

Very Popular among the Indian visitors. The hotel is in the centre of most things like Walking Street. Easy access to the Beach Road and close to the ferry connecting to the Coral islands . People will enjoy lots of activities like para gliding and underwater diving and fish feeding. So a really convenient place for tourists to come and enjoy a weekend. 6/10 over all

This hotel is a perfect package. 1 minute from walking street, 7 eleven outside the hotel, good food (Thai, Continental , and Indian, very helpful, understanding, and polite tram of employees, awesome swimming pool (with Jacuzzi and beach chairs), and guest friendly. Room was spacious and clean with all amenities that can be used. I would recommend to go for the the upgraded room for amenities like pool view and bathtub

Cancelled booking as procedure .. they e mailed me 3 times to tell me refund is in the bank process … a month later no money … similar reviews on tripadviser .. scam hotel be wary of booking plus its right on top of major roadworks .. you have been warned

Rooms are really good. Service is also great. Lot of indians stay here. You get Indian food all time.very near to walking street. After 9pm it's tough to go out with family, because the local girls will be in front of the hotel. You will see lot of girls come in and go after 10 pm

It’s nice hotel and well organised. Swimming pool is awesome and nice decorated. But the room is too small and washrooms space is also small. But it’s little expensive. All the spars are good & well trained . Walking street is only 3 minutes walking distance . Also beach is 10 min walking distance. Mac Donald’s and Pakistani also Indian restaurant you can find here easily. There are also many hotel surrounding this. If you want cheaper rate hotel just play a visit near you can find . I always suggest to find hotel in agoda online.

Exceptional Rooms, Exceptional Service. The hotel is located at a fantastic place, very close proximity to Walking Street. Rooms are spacious, Staffs are courteous. Don't believe the online fraud stories on social media, this hotel is very professional. They try to manage every request of the guest. It's a guest friendly hotel. Special likes :- 1. Beautiful hotel with good services, maintaining hygiene in rooms & food is good & delicious. Swimming pools & other premises are maintained very clean and green with plants.

We booked this hotel reading the ratings here plus the location as it is near to pattaya beach walking street etc. and it is a 4 star hotel. Its just a scam room size is too small, no balcony, washroom size is also very small,breakfast buffet is awful, TV antenna is gone, poor quality of lifts and old property rest things can be managed but the staff and crowd here is cheap. People here stare at girls with lust even when you’re with your husband. Make you feel so awkward. Same price you pay for a good hotel. Highly disappointed, not worth the money at all. Don’t book if you want to feel safe. Also cherry on the top is poor interior like lamp just above pillow on bed headboard, so everytime you wake up just be cautious or get hurt. Can’t sit on your back resting on headboard for sure.

Location, Service everything is good here , You can find lots of Indian restaurant near by also inhouse indian foods as well and walking street and beach are very close to this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for every one who is looking the best property to stay.

Rooms and bathrooms are very small. I lost 1000 baht from my wallet (which was placed in the hotel room), and the hotel was not responsible for the theft (which is, of course, a bad service from the hotel - not providing a preventive measure). The hotel staff asked me to put the 'clean my room' badge outside to clean the room, but even without the badge, the cleaning staff went inside. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk away from the walking street and just 10-minute walk from the coral Island speed boat entry point. Get yourself a 1000 baht bill with you since they ask for a caution deposit (no cards accepted). Overall, apart from the location, I won't recommend the hotel especially for those who are coming with family.

Stayed here with family in June. Its best place for Indians who want to enjoy luxury at affordable rates. The location is the best part with many Indian restaurants nearby and the whole street is hustling bustling 24 hours. Walking street is 5 min away by walk and the beach is 8 min away. Breakfast is good too with many indian options. Seven eleven stores just a minute away. The swimming pool's water is too salty with many chemicals. Request to do something about that.

The hotel is in South pattaya with good location and minutes from famous walking street. The room given 2053 was excellent. Indian Breakfast was good in Andaaz Restaurant, but staff was rude and not friendly, especially Bestin, who works in breakfast restaurants. The beach is walkable and there are lots of Indian restaurants/ shopping nearby. The hotel is recommended . Overall, I'm happy with the hotel. As most of the tourists are Indian Indian tea should be complimentary with breakfast and not charged. 7-11 out side of hotel. Also, the front desk shouldn't be forced to write reviews for TripAdvisor as soon as I check in. All hotels take Security Deposit on CC without fees, but this hotel charges 3% & insisted cash deposit. The hotel has lots of Indian groups and too much noise in the lobby, not a peaceful hotel. Also, many people are taking breakfas items by hand, which is not good.

However, I had a disappointing experience with unexpected charges. I recommend taking photographs of all items provided, especially those in the mini fridge, as I was wrongly charged for a beer I never consumed. This discrepancy left a sour note on an otherwise pleasant stay. Despite the billing issue, Beverly Hotel remains a suitable choice for its location, pool, and delicious Indian food. Remember to be cautious with extra charges and capture evidence to avoid any potential billing discrepancies.

Hotel was good and clean, although during the evening girls were seen at the hotel gate. main reason of disappointment was the rude receptionist. I was asked for a security deposit. which was really strange to me, even after full payment why should I deposit was not clear to me. Anyway I was out of cash so I refuse to provide the exact amount of security deposit which they were asking and they refused to accept full amount. As an alternative they asked me my passport, although I was not okay to give my personal documents to them, still when they started pressuring me I had to accept. after that surprisingly they refused to provide me any receipt against the passport deposit. The lady receptionist was so rude when I asked for the receipt. As payment was done so I had no option other than staying there for the night.

It is a lovely place to stay, nearby to all Indian restaurants. Everything is nearby, including 7-11 and currency exchange, and it is within walking distance to Walking Street. There are loads of clubs nearby, and they have an Indian restaurant on the premises as well. They also serve Indian breakfast. The swimming pool is clean, the rooms are good, and the service is excellent.

Very bad hotel.. the room is very small.. the shower in our room was working like a sprinkler.. the beds were the most pathetic beds u could ever sleep in and had wheels due to which they were constantly squeaking and moving.. most of the rooms are occupied by guys who want to explore Pattaya nightlife and they keep banging the doors at night.. so you might not be able to sleep with all the noise.. the corridors smell of smoke.. the cleanliness is very poor.. housekeeping will not clean ur room.. they will juz fold the bedsheets.. u have to call them separately and force them to do it.. please don't go for this hotel.. we made a mistake.. P.S. the lobby and the restaurant are juz an eyewash.. rooms are pathetic!!!

Hotel is very close to popular place, like the mid of city. Food shops and taxi are easy accessible. Hotel is also very clean and good vibe. Also there is an Indian restaurant which have Halal food available as well as Buffet in breakfast and rest of the dining too.

It wasn't very bad neither that good. Rooms need to be upgraded. Initially the receptionionist allocated us a some outdated room despite of booking a superior room.when I showed her the website pics she gave some invalid reasons and finally shifted to the booked room. Money exchange counter with very good exchange rate is just 10 steps ahead. Good Indian food options available nearby. In total good experience. Most of the residents were Indian when I checked in.

It's India away from India. So many indian restaurants. Very close to Walking street and beach road. Ripley's is very near. Nice and cozy stay. The staff was so nice to us, especially to my infant. Should be considered for longer stays.

Property - 5/5 Excellent location near to Walking street and Pattaya beach. Upkeep of the property was excellent, especially, the swimming pool, which was a highlight. Beautiful ambience at the reception, good for various photographs and gives you luxury feel about the property. Very good hygiene in the property overall inside and outside the room. Note: early check-in is available but its on a chargeable basis of 500Baht. Food - 3/5 Very average quality of food, decent spread for vegetarians (breakfast) but long wait for re-fill. Even the al-a-carte order was underwhelming, it was served just warm and spaghetti was literally noodles served with tomato puree on top and this took them 30mins to serve.

Amazing hotel. Best part of this is the location of the hotel. Everything is so nearby that you can just walk and go. The pattaya walking street, the beaches, the club's everything. The hotel itself is lavish and the food the provide that as well is pretty amazing.

1) Staff: - Cooperative staff. - Receptionists can understand English. - On request, allowed to check-in 1.5 hours early. 2) Lobby: - Beautiful and clean lobby with fans, sofas colourful cushions. - Beside lobby, there is a restaurant area and swimming pool. 3) Swimming pool: - Swimming pool timings are from 8 a.m to 8 p.m. 4) Room: - Room was clean, tidy and well managed. I will definitely recommend to stay in this beautiful hotel. 5) Breakfast: No. Of varieties in breakfast i.e salad, bread, butter, jam, eggs, yogurt etc. 6) Recommendation: Kindly arrange some halal items in breakfast for Muslim guests. It will definitely enhance the selection of this hotel for guests. Wish a good luck for the hotel management!
