I am also satisfied with my second visit. The resort is comfortable and cozy. The staff are very kind and the owners also take good care of the guests. Access to the beach is very easy, and the coffee taste of the cafe « ganj » reminds me of even after returning home. My son and my dog both love this place and we will stay here again without looking for any other accommodation in Pattaya. We had a great time thanks to the friendly staff and the owners. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful experience here. Walking into the resort, you will be surrounded by variety of beautiful plants, and the chic wooden cottages are hidden among them. The shrubs of appropriate heights ensure sufficient sunlight while ensuring privacy. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and tidy, and the handmade cotton bathrobes are so soft and comfortable. The hostess is warm and hospitable, she greets every guest cordially in the restaurant during breakfast time, and efficiently solves any requests asked by guests. Every employee here is very friendly and ready to serve at any time. My dog was well treated here and he was happy playing in the yard and on the beach. They don’t charge additional cleaning fees for pets. It’s a nice place worth visiting again, 5 stars without a doubt.

This is a nice pet friendly resort in a quiet part of the city, which is what I prefer. If you're looking for Miami or key west style party block then head to the main beach Dr section. The resort is right across the beach where you can lounge and have food or drinks delivered to you. This is a cash only section as it's not run by the hotel. The rooms are smaller than I found at other similar resorts. Beds are not comfy. Lots of mosquitos outside which enter the room as soon as you open the door. So bring your own anti-mosquito gear. It's also more of a pet accomdating hotel than a pet friendly one, as there were no beds or blankets or treats for pets. At our other pet friendly resort stays, the pet's got pampered. Note: the rates at hotel website are often lower than those on amex or other 3rd party sites. However, once reserved, do call and confirm.

Can't say enough good things. Owners were nice and gracious. Smiled and waved to all the guests. Staff were amazingly nice...seriously, where did find such nice staff? My parents and I came with our dog and they were all so friendly to him. Gave us water in a bowl just for him and we're attentive to all our needs. Rooms were cozy, and the shower was great. Big thing for me is water pressure for shower heads and problems with hot water but those weren't ever an issue here. Literally a 15 second walk to the beach (the couple in front of the resort that manages that little beach area were incredibly nice as well). Thai food was pretty good. The burger looked nice as well. Breakfast was pretty decent (pretty good coffee, considering most places use instant powdered), but I'd say the only so-so thing was the eggs Benedict. Eggs were overcooked and the sauce broke. Out of a five, I'd give them a solid 4.5 and am definitely staying here again next time I come back to Pattaya.

We stayed here as part of the new Test & Go package, as we decided we would like somewhere with a pretty view. Our room was spacious and well stocked up with bottled water in the fridge. The free WiFi works really well and the garden views are lovely. Nice touch was being left a mobile phone to contact reception in case of problems or wanting room service. The owner is attentive, so friendly & helpful - she goes out of her way for her guests, as do her staff.

AMERICANS BEWARE!! I stayed here with my mother on vacation. We were planning on staying 2 nights because, honestly, the rooms are nice. The resort is divided into an adult section and a family section. A family was in the adult pool, their kids splashing water all over our things, screaming, crying… it was ruining the atmosphere that was provided for ADULTS ONLY. We asked the family to go into the family pool, and they got aggressive so we told the hotel management. They didn’t do anything, so we left and went to the beach. The husband of the family followed me out to the beach, tried to fight me, and spit on me… in front of my mom… which terrified her and made her afraid to leave our room. I told the owner of the establishment and she was very understanding. Her husband, a Thai man assured me that they were going to take care of it and that behavior would not be tolerated. They said they would come to my room to tell me what happened. After not too long , both her and her husband showed up. I invited them inside to talk. They told me that they would not ask the family to leave and said that I should leave instead… when I told them that it was really not okay to have someone in a nice resort who spits at people and tries to fight people, the husband went on an extremely anti-American rant that ended with him yelling anti-American rhetoric and his wife having to physically pull him out of my room. I told them to leave many times and the husband became increasingly aggressive to the point that I didn’t feel safe. Their saving Grace was the wife, she was sympathetic and really tried to mend the damage her husband caused. Needless to say, I will never return here and I strongly urge Americans to stay somewhere else.

The owner and her staff welcomed my family and my dog. The facility is not new but well-maintained. About the location Dongtan Beach is in front of the hotel, so it is convenient. There are a few restaurants near the hotel. But, in other words, the hotel has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. It is suitable for families. (Night markets and restaurants are not so far from the hotel.) I truly enjoyed staying here. Thank you.

Staff made a mistake with my room and it really made it hard for us because my 80+ year old grandma has trouble going upstairs, but suprisingly the owner came, handled the situation well, and took all the responsibility. (Nice staff, Nice food, Great Owner)

On the beach. Resort is good. Staff very nice. Owner sweet. Breakfast could need some variation. Min is there is nothing near the resort anymore. Nearest 7/11 is 2 km away.

Lovely peaceful location, each room and villa nicely located in amongst a tropical oasis next to the beach. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Kap khun krap / Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. See you again:):)

I stayed at the Rabbit Resort for two weeks in September 2022 and absolute loved it there. Thank you Deborah and Paisan (and all the staff) for making my stay a memorable one. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the landscaping is lovely and it is so tranquil that one would think the place is in the middle of a bustling town. I would highly recommend the resort.

Very expensive for run down old chalets that need completely refitting from the bathrooms to the rusty padlocks on the doors. Maybe the chalets were once nice, but not any more. Same with the grounds, which I imagine were once quite magical but now just look a mess. The breakfast too is very basic and poor quality. The location is nice for Jomtien and if you go in the quieter months as we did, it is not an unpleasant place at all. I asked about the maintenance issues and I was told a lot about the owners. I think I was supposed to be impressed by their story....so I asked to speak to them but was told I couldn’t. So I asked for a direct email, and was again told no. I followed this up with another member of staff later and was told the owners don't like complaints. Okay, I'll leave a review then!

Wow, what a great place. A little oase in the middle off Jomtien hectic. Beautiful garden and bungalows/rooms. Beach is right across the road, but we preferred the tranquility of the pool. Great breakfast also. And last but not least.....what a wonderful and super staff, each one of them. Compliments to the owners to achieved such a wonderful place. We will be back.

Excellent, private, quiet oasis featuring quaint bungalows with private patios in a rustic Thai style located on the main road across from South Pattaya Beach in Jomtien, close to shops and restaurants. Features an excellent swimming pool, restaurant, and cafe, with a deluxe breakfast included in the room fee. Host Deborah and her Bunny Team make sure guests feel welcomed and appreciated. My favorite place to stay on the east side of the Gulf of Siam. Can't wait to visit again!

My first time staying at Rabbit Resort and I could not fault it. The location right on the beach and a short walk away from lots of local amenities.. the room was stunning, like staying in a beautiful traditional Thai house with all mod-cons. The room itself was situated in a wild tropical garden setting, an environment that immediately lends itself to rest and relaxation. I did not have the opportunity to use the pool during my stay as I am a bit of a beach bunny - the sand literally starts out in front of the hotel. The breakfast was basic, yet sufficient and tasty. I had the privilege of meeting the owner, Deborah and her husband who greeted me warmly each day and made me feel like long time, welcome resident. The moment I checked out, I could not wait to come back. See you soon Rabbit Resort, you have won my heart.

Great experience in this beautiful resort. Next to the beach with amazing swimming pool and facilities. Super clean and comfortable. Good restaurant and breakfast. The staff was excellent and the owner was super helpful and nice. I would repeat it without any doubt.

Rabbit Resort is like a tranquil oasis in what it must be said is quite a busy area. Thai style architecture surrounded by lush exotic planting, beautiful flowers, gardens and pool area. A great restaurant, super breakfast, friendly helpful staff. The owner is also friendly. And then of course the location is literally just across the way from the beach.

Superb resort hotel, beautiful rooms, relaxing pool, lovely plants flowers and fragrance, greeted by friendly owner and staff upon check-in, located right by the gay beach and close to Jontien nightlife. Standard Thai breakfast options. Recommended. I'll be back.

Review is for the restaurant, not for the resort. We stopped by for a drink. The location is nice, right in front of the beach. Prices are higher than average, because this is a resort, but still reasonable. You can get a plate of food here for under 200 baht. Cannabis coffee is available in the menu. My husband said he felt a little lightheaded after drinking it, but it is not something he feels he must try again and again. Will update review when we come back for a meal.

Rabbit Resort was absolutely beautiful. A tranquil oasis tucked away and still conveniently located directly opposite the beach. Our rooms were beautiful , clean and bright - tastefully decorated with big comfortable beds and lots of pillows. I am very glad we chose to stay here! The beautiful gardens, the resident squirrels and an assortment of four legged canine guests made for a unique and relaxed experience. Debra and the team at Rabbit Resort were just so lovely. Polite, helpful and always accommodating - going over and above our expectations. We will definitely be back again.
