Good budget hotel for those who love to stay very nearby to Walking Street. In fact, it is situated in the Walking Street. Room condition is quite good with air conditioner, two wall fans, microwave oven, two televisions, freezer, locker etc. But staff quality is not at all satisfactory.

This guest house is situated in the middle of Walking Street but don't let its location fool you into thinking that it is some shady, dirty place. On the contrary, rooms are small but have a private bathroom and they are spotless, probably the cleanest hotel rooms I have seen on my entire trip in Thailand. Due to its location it's possibly that certain sounds are heard coming out of other rooms when walking through the hallways. But the noise from the outside is manageable and one can get a good night's sleep here (maybe with some earplugs). Lastly it's also really cheap to stay so I fully recommend this guesthouse fully when you want to take a look around in the nightlife of Pattaya.

The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Although it was on the smaller side, the layout was cleverly designed to maximize the space available. While it may not be ideal for a longer stay, it was perfectly suitable for a day or Had a strong and reliable WiFi connection. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Another highlight of this hotel was its prime location. Situated almost on the walking street itself, it provided easy access to the vibrant atmosphere and various shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. This made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. In summary, my stay at this hotel was a pleasant one. The neat and clean room, coupled with the strong WiFi and friendly staff, made for a comfortable experience. If you're looking for a short-term stay and wish to be close to the action, this hotel is definitely worth considering

Nice atmosphere, specially at night for fun loving people. There is lot of sound from outside till 3 am so good for music lovers. Lot of stuffs outside. Cheapest and best location for fun loving people. Rooms are good but not excellent as ac took large time to cool the room effectively as the temperature outside is 27 degree.

It is situated on Walking Street. You exit the door and you are where all the action are. The staff are friendly, what's new ))) The only drawback is that walking street go to sleep at sunrise meaning that if you can't sleep under the sound of heavy music, then rather stay somewhere else. If you don't intend to sleep till sunrise, then no problems. The room is pretty dark, so you can sleep the whole day. They have a nice aircon, so you can sleep till late - the heat or sun wont bother you. But I actually had no problem with the music, so could sleep normal. Security is fine. Never felt in danger. The key chain is huge, so you won't lose it, but carrying it around you do need good pockets.

Cozy & budget hotel in the center of walking street. Secured, Very neat and clean hotel. Not a good place for family. You can enjoy whole night just sitting in stairs at ground floor.

Pros: -Near to everything -It’s noisy outside but if you get a nice room you can’t hear it -cheap and aircon was working Cons: -we tried to do an early check out but instead of giving us a reasonable price, the staff asked us to pay 60-70% of the total night’s cost Overall we just didn’t like the staff lol

In the heart of walking street, I took the superior room at the back, quiet but 4 floors up and no lift, I am ok with that. Great customer experience. Cheap rooms. Housekeeping on request (that's great for me, I usually asked them to do it night around 10pm) 2, 7/11 within distance. Room had had plates, cups, spoons, fork, microwave, kettle.

The rooms were pretty small and staff was not at all helpful had to carry our luggages to 2 nd floor!! Overall it was an ok stay!! They have oven, kettle n u can cook in the room itself with cutlery already available, there are no breakfast!!

What can I say about this place except exceptional! Frontdesk is open 24x7 and very very friendly and helpful. A few things happened and I had to cancel my flight two times. The staff was super kind enough to accommodate the changes in my reservation. There is a lot of vibrance and music here pretty much till 2am, definitely not a place for families but the rest will enjoy!

Perfect Location, Clean & Good Room ,AC ,TV, Fridge everything is here. Budget friendly & Management really cares for you. Last but not least Guest friendly ;) Go for it .

Especially for those who love to crowd. Neat and clean bathroom. Although bed room not so big but comfortable. Best of the best value for money. If you are solo traveller you can enjoy. Its beside of bar, club, pub, show etc. And very near to Pattaya beach. But be careful, this guest house have some simple rules. Please abide by these rules. No worries, unlimited enjoy.

Location is too loudy as it is in main walking street so you will feel the DJ beat till midnight.

My stay at this hotel was filled with only positive emotions. Thanks to the polite staff. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Amazing service from the cleaning staff and the two ladies at the reception. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Right on the strip, sandwiched between go go bars. Youre staying there for the experience and convenience of the area. Plan to only go to bed after 3am

Clean and hygienic rooms r the speciality. Location is centre of walking street almost near to all the activity places. Hotel staff is very very professional and even rfused direct tip. Had a real great stay. All the food joints, bars ,beaches nearby. At this price it's a steal.
