A Strange Case The Vogue needs renovation. Its lipstick is cracked. Its close proximity to one of Pattaya’s hottest night-spot areas, the notorious money-grubbery / grabbery that calls itself L. K. Metro and Soi Buakhao, means The Vogue should be packed. It isn’t, even though I was turned away at noon and asked to come back two hours later. I had to put down a deposit of 1000 baht. Never heard of before for a cheap hotel. The room was spotless. Good Thai cleaners are seemingly everywhere. Good for them! The wifi was easy and fast (like the adjacent ladies of the night). The safe didn’t work. A list of charges for nicked or damaged hotel-property made for frightening reading (photo). Two machines in the fitness centre were out of order (photo), and the centre itself messy and ailing. A hole in the wall may have been where an aircon had been removed (photo). Next to the centre two swimming pools had broken tiles and the wooden flooring around the pools seemed ready to drop a leg down about six inches (space between it and a wonky foundation?) (photos). Rubbish was piled in one corner (photo). On my balcony the surround was rusting and the towel rail same same (photo). Maybe just another suffering Pattaya business but I got the feeling the staff could do more. My reception was unfriendly. My departure was smiley. What more? For a similar price but a better deal choose The Beston.

Location is very good in the central Pattaya. The hotel has 2 pools and a gym. The rooms are very clean and with comfortable beds, fridge and water boiler. It is within walking distance to the bars, massage parlours and eateries. Convenient stores are everywhere.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights but unfortunately we were being treated disrespectfully on 2 November 2023 during breakfast. A lady working in the restaurant was rude and demanding. She had a darker skin tone. Only mentioning this because it would be unfair for the other hotel restaurant workers to take responsibility for someone else’s bad behaviour. Looking Asian could also be a disadvantage in our case. I’m not sure if this is an isolated case or due to lack of training from the hotel management team. We would not return even if we were getting paid to stay here

First contact very disappointing... Booked on Agoda, I was blocked in street after checking out from another hotel. I write email and agoda message to see if I can check in earlier. No answer... So i drive there and staff tell me it's not possible because have to wait check out... Weird... on agoda room available, same on booking and same when call hotel ((( Just happy to say no to a client and make a favour omg ... So after check In i discover a double bed instead of king size I asked by Agoda message too. This afternoon my business partner come to visit me and the woman at the desk ask for her ID card and shout at her because I didn't pick up the phone... Phone who was wrong plugged... I came to tell her to clam down but I bother her while she was looking Instagram... So professional. Edit 2: after a good night on the small bed, let's go shower before business meeting. No water pressure and no hot water... I call front desk. Sorry the guy in charge of water arrives at 10am... Great... This stay in this hotel looks definitely as a bad joke

Great hotel with friendly staff, rooms are a good size and cleaned daily with bottled water provided, the fridge came in handy for keeping it cold. A/C worked well, room was cool within 5 minutes. No smoking on the balconies but a smoking area is provided on every floor. Daily breakfast included in the price was nice on occasion. Will definitely stay here again

Jr King Suite for 3 nights 1. Location is great 2. Room Ok Ok, could be a lot better. 3. AC is the hall is just there for the name sake it never worked. AC in Bedroom is better. 4. Not soft beds, hard spring mattress 5. In 3 days of my stay I was locked out of my room TWICE because of battery issue in the door lock 6. Staff are friendly though but useless when asked for anything else like, change for 1000B to pay for taxi, or help with ticket reservation and all…asked me to go to Seven Eleven. 7. So called Jr King Suite, doesn’t provide brush and paste to guests. 8. Breakfast isn’t fancy, just basic 9. Yeah no smoking in the balcony of your own room. 2000B fine if you do so. 10. I would rank this no.5 out of all my stays in pattaya from previous visits. Many better places for better price and services around the corner.

If you get the rooms under 600 baht a night you are lucky and it's worth it for the price ! Rooms are cleaned sloppy every day, but they clean! Water, coffee powder , water cattle provided ! Swimming pool is old ,gym is from last century, but location is where everything is happing ! All the bars around here ! Don't come if you want honey moon feeling, pay more ! Price quality is good ,if you get the deal !

A nice hotel, friendly staff. You are not allowed to check in before 14.00. We stayed 16 days in a superior room, bed and pillow was pretty hard, shower head was full of chalk. The pictures of the hotel overall is misleading, it’s much more worn down than the pictures show. The gym is just a small room by the pool with a bit of equipment and no air conditioning, very disappointing. Breakfast was not included, even if it said so in the booking. It’s not a bad hotel, just not what we were expecting. We spend most of the days outside of the hotel anyways, we only wish that the gym would have been better.

Good hotel to stay, only if you are a non smoker. Also, don't expect rooms before checkin time. Pool is good and clean. If you are a smoker and want to smoke in room please avoid this place. Rest all things are good.

You will not find a better or more friendly staff. Willing to help with your needs, all done with a kind smile The room gave great view, good tv with channel for everyone. The huge shower and rain like shower head is nice. They actually provide towels and wash cloth

Booked king size, got twin bed. Phone not working etc. That are small issues though. Room completely filthy. Thick dust. Stains everywhere. Terrible sewage smell in the morning. Didn't dare to touch anything. Happy to get out. Whole hotel really dirty.

Fantastic location for night life. Large hotel complex. Parking OK. Good room service and food on site was good. Clean room but did smell a little bit of smoke but wasn't too bad. Pools OK. Really good location for people looking to experience the local night life.

Room was functional, aircon kept making a loud bang every 15 mins, water was leaking up from the drain next to the toilet, and cannot smoke on the balcony only in designated smoking areas, ok hotel for a couple of nights especially if you're on a budget.

Water is leaking from the ac. The service was very bad. Pool dirty and the gym was awful. The bed small and the blankets was very small. Would not give back money when try to change hotel.

This hotel is more near the 3rd road. But still a good location to walk around in center Pattaya. With the car the hotel is easy reachable and they provide a lit of parking spaces. The rooms are not the newest, but still look good.

Lot of wifi problems poor wifi for such a big building. Excellent service

  • 3/5 Jeremiah L. 1 year ago on Google
The service is great for the price and it's close to the beach. It's also not far from the shopping malls. However the room I got had a bathroom with a huge glass window. There are curtains to cover the window but still. Bathrooms should not have windows!

Needs a lick of paint here and there, but overall, a nice clean hotel that's fantastic value for money. I paid £320 for 22 nights in January '23. Located just off soi lenkee, it can be a bit tricky to find first time if you don't know the area. Only a couple of minutes walk to soi buakhao and about eight minutes, and you are in the treetown bar area. There's a cheap laundry opposite the hotel. I stayed room only, so I can't comment on the food available. I would 100% stay here again.

The place is roomy, clean, there is a fitness room, 2 pools, and cable tv. It is in an excellent location for restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. I don't know what else you could ask for.

Clean and cosy rooms are very social prices, big carpark and in the middle of the action.

Good place, not noisy and not expensive. No problem with the wifi.

Noisy as (on two main roads) No water pressure. Booked a queen bed. On arrival was told they only had two single beds. Which the pushed together. When I asked why? Told 3 different stories. Booked out 3 months ago. DUH...I booked it 6 months prior. Loud doors. People shouting at 4am in the hallways. Pool water was murky. Never used the pool. Fitness room with no aircon! Had to pay 500 Baht extra for 2 girls who massaged me in the room and only stayed for 1 hour.

I booked this hotel correctly with a promotional price. A few weeks later, the hotel canceled my booking, saying the price was wrong. I will never book this hotel again, you can be sure of that.

Rooms were ok, but if you don’t get hepatitis from the fitness room go buy yourself a lottery ticket.

Good location and affordable tariff; it's not been properly managed with enough employees and receptionists are not very professional (it seems like they have little system)

Room is awesome with balcony, service is excellent and price is very low so i think it's a best hotel in pattaya

  • 4/5 Chris C. 1 year ago on Google
The value was excellent. I stay junior suite 3 nights. Very good size room, good size balcony, clean shower and bathroom very good very close to the action. Friendly staff. Safety box two air conditioning units . Two tv safety box two swimming pools. Bed was comfy... if want to be over critical, slightly tired room, easily make the room better with little effort.. I.e more art on walls and sofa in bedroom as it was big room.. apart from that would Highley recommend
