I
was
not
really
appreciated
since
step
in
the
hotel.
First,
I
drive
into
the
hotel,
park
the
car
at
the
car
park
underground
and
the
doorman
just
follow
me
and
ask
me
tht
do
i
hv
any
luggage,
i
said
i
hv
one
carry
bag
and
he
just
went
awayโฆ.
Second,
I
booked
as
a
double
bed,
the
lady
at
reception
just
told
me
that
I
booked
as
a
twin
bed.
I
said
no,
and
show
Agoda
booking
to
her
on
my
phone.
But
she
told
me
to
show
as
an
email,
(
yes,
she
didnt
believe
me,
very
disappointed
on
tht
even
i
showed
her
my
booking)
then
i
showed
her
the
email
confirmation,
so
she
just
believed
me
and
ask
me
to
wait.
And
no
one
leads
me
to
the
lift
or
help
me
carry
my
carry
bag.
I
was
the
one
who
ask
the
staff
where
is
the
lift.
Moreover,
when
i
step
into
the
room,
I
was
looking
to
the
slipper,
and
quite
surprise
tht
as
the
pandemic
covid
situation
like
this,
the
hotel
still
keep
reuse
the
slipper
and
not
sure
they
are
clean
or
not.
At
the
end,
i
dont
dare
to
wear
it
anyway.
Next,
toiletโฆ.
The
decoration
is
fine
but
the
cleanliness
isโฆ
as
you
may
see
on
the
photo,
there
are
some
mold
in
toilet.
Plus
the
towel
and
face
towel
are
terrible,
old
and
dirty
including
bathtub
and
shower
floor
area.
The
wall
inside
the
room
is
spoiled.
This
is
will
be
my
first
and
last
one
to
stay
at
this
hotel.
Really
disappointed.
