This hotel has no manager to assist those staying staying who need help. I don't recommend anybody staying here as they don't have enough stuff and apparently there is nobody in charge. Receptionist won't connect guest to anybody in charge. How can a hotel not have a manager on site to help disgruntled guests? The hotel is also located next to hardrock cafe which holds pool parties from 6 30pm to midnight with loud music over on Saturdays and don't inform guest when booking regarding the noise from the hotel next door.

Quick Review. We went in there on the 1st - 2nd November 2023. First impression was not really friendly from the security guard how he did not advise us that we can use the U-ground parking. The rest off the staff were all friendly except off the restaurant department (Breakfast). Because we were a Thai couple they gave us a weirdy look. Room - Overall the room was good. But the view wasn't really as expected. We asked for a room with a good view and this is the best they could give us. The bathroom was nice and clean but the blinds were dirty. Mold was collecting there. Breakfast - Was good and tasty. A bit disappointed that they didn't have cream soup. Was expected to dip my bread in. The rest were totally fine. Parking - Mostly were filled with staff bikes. When I was looking for a spot I nearly had to park by the car park. My bike was a bit big and wide it couldn't park next with others well. They should've separated the staff and customers'parking place. Service & Facilities- Was very good from the receptionist section. They supplied us extra towels for the swimming pool. But without sneakers, they wouldn't let us enter the gym which was understandable.

Nice modern aesthetic of the hotel, given that's its a new construction. However the built quality is cheap once you get into the room. Parking is cramped. Breakfast is really good and so is the dining area with the view of the sea. Would stay again though considering quality hotels in this area with beach proximity are few.

Been here for Pattaya fireworks 2023. Great location since the firework is right in front of the hotel. Due to the peak period, not so comfortable with overall facilities i.e. slow-to-no wifi, not enough car park, long queue for breakfast. We couldn't leave the hotel since the allow double parking both sides with break lock!!!! Need the hotel staffs to call the customer one by one to move the car... A breakfast staff loudly gossip/complain about other customer!! (I know this is tough day for them since there's a lot of customers, but they need to be more patient) For fireworks, I recommend probably to book Twin room which faces to Hilton side with more chances to view partial fireworks (I booked a Premium Deluxe type with a king bed so the room head to the other side)... But I think if you couldn't book for Paronama one (oceanfront) then better simply go to the beach to watch...

The room I stay right now , the veiw is terrible with the scary building .The bed is not comfortable . I came here for resting but the room seem like just for sleep only. It’s not exactly what you see as the picture in Agoda application. The reception The receptionist did not provide any assistance. Just tell us to contact the agency we booked. Not friendly at all This vacation is very disappointing.

Right on the beach. Next to hard rock hotel. Very easy to locate. So you open your balcony door and you can listen to free live music. Hotel is well maintained. The lobby has a luxurious touch to it. There is ample space in the cafe for breakfast. Didnt feel crowded at all. The breakfast is decent. You can enjoy the view to the beach all the time. Rooms were good. Does have all the stuff (just makes it). Balcony offers good view of the beach. The curtains were blinder ones as needed. On the misses - Beds werent comfortable. The linen provided were quite old and some had old stains on them. Cleaning team is understaffed and were struggling. AC thermostat were all over the place. The stores and bars are atleast 10 mins away. So keep that in mind as well. All in all good. Especially for the offer price.

Great hotel, from parking in the under ground car park through check in and to the room was so easy and staff very friendly and helpful, lovely rooms with sea view and very spacious

I was not really appreciated since step in the hotel. First, I drive into the hotel, park the car at the car park underground and the doorman just follow me and ask me tht do i hv any luggage, i said i hv one carry bag and he just went away…. Second, I booked as a double bed, the lady at reception just told me that I booked as a twin bed. I said no, and show Agoda booking to her on my phone. But she told me to show as an email, ( yes, she didnt believe me, very disappointed on tht even i showed her my booking) then i showed her the email confirmation, so she just believed me and ask me to wait. And no one leads me to the lift or help me carry my carry bag. I was the one who ask the staff where is the lift. Moreover, when i step into the room, I was looking to the slipper, and quite surprise tht as the pandemic covid situation like this, the hotel still keep reuse the slipper and not sure they are clean or not. At the end, i dont dare to wear it anyway. Next, toilet…. The decoration is fine but the cleanliness is… as you may see on the photo, there are some mold in toilet. Plus the towel and face towel are terrible, old and dirty including bathtub and shower floor area. The wall inside the room is spoiled. This is will be my first and last one to stay at this hotel. Really disappointed.

First time staying, but it won't be the last. Good location front of beach and whatever you wanted you can reach by walk distance. My room was quiet at all times, and the room and bathroom were big enough. Restaurant staff members were very attentive, and the doorman (poter) team was also great with a nice smile always.

It's a nice place to stay at. It's near to the beach you just cross the road and you are there 🏊🏼‍♂️ The room is beautiful and modern but missing some stuff like iron. The WIFI connection is really bad. It disconnects all the time. The breakfast option is limited.

A very nice pretty new established hotel. Everything is perfect, looks new. The only downside is the soundproof is not top notch. Especially when you stay above the gym room, it is a bit noisy. If you can avoid room 315 will be good for your entire stay.

Dear staff, you need to clean the gym more often. All the sport equipment is terribly dusty and dirty, the yoga mat crumbles into small particles. Buy a new one. It's very frustrating to workout there. 😕 During check-in at the hotel, no one took our bags and showed us to the room. They just gave as the key and pointed out where the elevator is and that's it. Only one thing I love - breakfasts. Really good 👍 very friendly and polite staff, fresh fruits and salad bar, a lot of different food a rich selection of Thai dishes, the menu of traditional cuisine changes from day to day.

Very boutique hotel with an excellent decoration. A big cosy king bed And comfort furniture in the room. Price per night is very friendly during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Great location of pattaya,on the beach close to everything, pattaya has to offer restaurants and bars and baht bus goes right pass the hotel..wish I had a better view I was looking at a roof next door

They only provide extra 2 water bottle for one room It does not enough for the tropical weather. Also the TV doesn’t up to date, no YouTube on the TV. Also shampoo doesn’t great enough, it makes my hair so dehydrated. However the sea view is quite good and swimming pool is quite quiet l, which provide a private pool for me lmao.

8 days 7 nights we stayed in this hotel. Everything was perfect They’re upgraded my room from Deluxe to Deluxe premier. Breakfast was okay chef and staff in their so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping she cleaned my room very well but in the room have to much dust make me and my boyfriend get allergic from it. The AC in the room so loud you can not control it much.The bed and pillows a little bit hard they will make your neck and your back hurts for next day. Gym so small for 1 person. The location was very nice next to the beach and shopping mall(Central festival )

The hotel is clean, good service, spacious rooms, reasonable price, breakfast will focus on western food. The mirror in the room is very large with a view all around. In front of the hotel, next to the beach, you can walk to play. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and clean.

Very nice place and the staff were friendly.

Overall a disappointment. The good - The stuff providing excellent service and the breakfast is decent. The bad - The pool is very small and max 1 meter deep. The ugly - worst wifi ever, cheap mattress and the pillow don't provide any support.

Really loved the hotel .It's a luxury hotel under economy price. The view from balcony to the beach is also exquisite.

Had a very difficult time checking out as they tried to charge us on the items we didn’t use/ nor taken. Stay was fine, but this wasn’t the way to treat your guests. Mera Mare 👎, Never again

Came here on our honeymoon. Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and great housekeeping. Honest and Hospitable. Breakfast selection was awesome. Would definitely come again. Great Value for money. WiFi isn't great on 7th floor and pool isn't very deep @ 1mtr but it was well kept and I enjoyed it and its sunrise views over the ocean.
