The Pattaya Blue Sky is a nice hotel and it's only a block from the beach which makes it very convenient and is one of the closest hotels for that section of the beach. The room was very clean and I was happy with how comfortable the bed was. The room was very nice size and had a balcony which looked out onto 2 other buildings which I normally would have something negative to say about but the area it overlooked also had many trees and bushes and plants so it actually was quite nice and it was very quiet. I don't think I ever heard anyone when I would sit out on the balcony and I don't recall ever hearing any cars or motorcycles either. The street the hotel is on is a very quiet street. My only problem with the room was that when I checked in the first night the TV wasn't working but it was 130AM so I didn't say anything and when I returned to my hotel the next morning from a walk the desk staff, all extremely friendly, informed me that the housekeeping staff had discovered the TV was not working and that they were sending someone up to fix it for me which they did. Unfortunately the gentleman who came up thought he had it fixed but it was only the lower channels working and none of those had any English speaking shows or movies. I mentioned how friendly and nice the people who were working the front desk were but that applies to everyone who I encountered that worked there. They always had a smile and said hello and did some things I requested like calling my driver for me with no problems and were all always very helpful There's free breakfast but I think only on Saturday and Sunday and it had a nice variety including some western foods and fresh fruits. They also have a limited room service menu and everything I ordered from that was good. I plan on staying at this hotel whenever I go to Pattaya because I was extremely happy with my stay there and if you stay there I think you will also be pleased

I had the pleasure of staying at the Pattaya Blue Sky Hotel recently, and I must say it exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were not only comfortable but also well-maintained, offering a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring Pattaya. What truly stood out was the complimentary weekend breakfast they provided. It was a delightful spread of both local and international dishes, making sure every guest could start their day on the right foot. The hotel staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Plus, its location was convenient, with many attractions and the beach within easy reach. In conclusion, Pattaya Blue Sky Hotel is an excellent value for money. With comfortable rooms, a welcoming ambiance, and the added perk of free weekend breakfast, it's a top choice for anyone visiting Pattaya on a budget. I would definitely return on my next trip.

Not recommendable! Rooms have paper-thin walls, you hear everything from your neighbors which quickly results in sleepless nights. Most rooms have a view against a wall from neighboring hotels. The so-called gym room is a bad joke, there's no equipment for a decent workout, only cardio machines. Breakfast buffet, strangely only served Saturdays and Sundays, suits for Asians only, not for Westerners. The coffee is absolutely awful, an undrinkable brew. Orange juice is undrinkable as well, an orange colored sugar water. Very little choice of fruits, no papaya, no pineapple. croissant and toast are uneatable. No real bread, no cheese, no muesli, no cereals, no oats, no yoghurt, no nothing, only eggs and more eggs. No restaurant and room service after 5pm. Rooftop pool is pretty ok.

Me and my husband had a hard 1st day because the payment didn't go through so they wanted us to pay down 3,000 Baht when it was already paid. The breakfast is fair . They serve cereal, eggs , juice and milk, and breakfast like toast , chicken , fried rice , sausage , and more. Our room had a balcony which was really nice and good space. Overall the receptionists are nice but service needs to be better, their professionalism was not that great .

Loved my stay here. If you are in Pattaya, highly recommended. Location is great, you find lots of places and the beach walking distance. TV is smart TV, you can watch some YouTube. The patio is nice. Not much view I had but it was fine. Room was decent size, clean, the cleaning lady on the 5th floor deserves a raise. She was so nice each time she saw me, talked to me and smiling.

Up until recently, this was an excellent hotel with friendly staff and good service. But since my previous visit one month ago, (Jan 19), six experienced staff have left or been let go and have not been replaced, with the result that the Reception, Restaurant and general hotel standards and facilities have fallen considerably. Also the promised Gym/Fitness room has not been available for guest use for at least six months due to an on-going dispute with the external operators. The breakfast service is now quite slow mainly because the waitresses are required to operate the egg station and replenish the buffet without any training or cookery experience and consequently hygiene standards are also falling. This is all a great shame as it used to be a quality hotel, but no longer.

The positives. Rooms are old school key entry but nice, big, great shower. Swimming pool, excellent! The staff are deplorable! If you went to a store that sold rude, arrogant and deceptive people then asked if there was a lower level, that's blue sky Pattaya. 4 of us staying in a 7 floor hotel and rather than clean the rooms when we were gone for 6 hours they stayed downstairs in the exact positions they were when we left in morning then jumped in same elevator as us and said I clean now! My friend who is getting used to working at night sleeping in day tried to order off room service menu. No speak English. Guy says he does not know what burger or coke means whilst he sits Netflix and chilling with his girl. Staff asleep on the guest couches. No greeting when we come or go, staff just keep going with their conversation like they are at a friend's place! Tonight we get back after bars closed and they had put an aluminum barrier up at the entrance to lobby! The guy on reception, who is talking on his mobile just points and indicates we should move it. After I shoved it out of the way and walked passed yet another staff member sleeping on the lounge I decided check out in the morning with 4 nights to go on booking. It's the only time in over a dozen trips to Pattaya that I felt the need to count the money in my safe, they are that dodgy. There's cheap then there is this toilet!

I don't understand the 8+ rating. Very basic hotel, very noisy. Staff (house keeping) makes noise from 8:00 am. You hear neighbours talking till late. Swimming pool is OK, restaurant OK. Just nothing special. Old fashioned key to open the door and turn on power. Air conditioning is OK but noisy too, keeps clicking every 10 minutes. Reception is very friendly nevertheless.

My best hotel stay in Pattaya. Stayed there 2 weeks. Can only have positive words for that place. Located in Soi 5, which is one of the quietest as no bars in the near surroundings. Hotel is quite new, my room was located on third floor, room 303.Staff was always friendly and would always greet when you pass by (stayed in other places where they would just ignore the guests). They have a pool on floor 8. I would use again on future trips.

Good value hotel in a good location. Stayed here 3 nights, free breakfast on Sat and Sunday, which was surprisingly tasty. Bed was very comfortable with nice bedding. Would certainly stay here again.

Clean nice room, OK for price (700 THB). Close to beach. Don't know its quiet because now (June 2021) all is Covid-quiet. WiFi lame 6/1.5 MBit/s TV: many channels but low quality on LCDscreen, looks like 1990

Stayed here second time. Was disturb by loud music from club until 3am every night .During breakfast in the weekend, staff were more interested to engage conversation with the Westerners than to the Asians. The pillow case and bed sheets smell terrible. U try smell it yourself when u check in.

good location, clean n tidy. I would give 4-5 stars but one staff put me off by asking 1,000 baht for my friend came to visit for a cup of te, less than one hour. she was the night manager, and finally we negotiated to 500 baht, she took the cash without writing a receipt. It was in June last year.

A good hotel near Soi 6 or Central marina, Terminal21. Location, cleaning, rooftop, spaces and balcony, swimming pool and basement parking zone. Reasonable prices and qualities for visitors. Good : No deposit, location and space Bad : weak wifi, one key, night sound shaking(near a club)

A real gem! Happy to find this place and will stay again in future. Iโ€™ve stayed a lot around Soi 4 & 5 and enjoy the chilled vibe. This hotel is super clean and well maintained, everything works and yes the staff are all happy and helpful as others have said. Amazing value on all levels.

really nice hotel, stiff beds like many hotels here, but wonderful everything else. I wish they had more compact key holder, makes the pocket too full.

The hotel is located conveniently in Soi 5, 2 minutes away from the beach on foot. There is a Family Mart on the west end of the soi and a 7-Eleven on the east end across the road. The room was spacious, but cleaning was lousy. The toilet was not flushed when we checked in; two cockroaches showed up in the room during the first night; the blanked was stained with disgusting bandage tapes. When we called the reception about it at night, the staff told us to make do before we insisted it should be replaced. The hotel was apparently understaffed due to COVID, which explains the lousy cleaning and service. Despite the downsides, the roof-top pool was decent and clean. Rates are cheaper at the hotel than on reservation websites, such as Agoda.

Loved our very brief stay with Pattaya Blue Sky. Wish we had booked for longer than a night. It was the best hotel among many others on our Thailand trip. Want to take a moment to thank and appreciate the staff working there! Kudos. โ˜บ๏ธ

The rooms are actually very decent, but my interaction with the check in staff was very weak. They would not give me a high room, I was staying here during the Covid-19 scare and there were only 20 rooms occupied. Just a very poor first impression. An update to March 2020 today is end of September 2022 and things are back to normal, staff attentive, friendly and engaged. Rooms nice and clean with all the conveniences you can need. Highly recommended.

The room was great, service is fantastic when you ask for something otherwise you are left alone, which for me is perfect and the price was very low. The only thing that could be complained about is that they currently have a limited menu, but since there's a large number of restaurants within 200 meters it's not a problem.

I stayed here in Feb 2017: The pools was excellent The work out room was ok. Had some free weights and bench plus the normal exercise equipment, it also had an good AC so you didn't die working out in the heat. The room was clean and nice except for the bed.. Hard as concrete. Only bad thing about the hotel. I have contacted them recently and they say they have gotten rid of the hard beds so I am looking forward to my stay in May 2018. Morning breakfast was good for the price and the location is close to beach and some relaxing beer bars, short walk to SOI 6
