Really good hotel in a good location. Arrived early than expected and was giving a better room/a suite with no extra payment for the night with no extra charge. (Maybe rooms were over booked, does happen) the suite was twice the size of normal rooms. Staff was very pleasant as well and helpful when needed. Our regular room was good too. Not as but still very nice. Refrigerators does come stocked with a variety of drinks at an additional cost with all prices listed on the fridge. There is a family mart located directly in front of the hotel. Also there is a nice massage area located directly next door called Paanan. Few bars are located on same street along with nice outdoor restaurants as well one being 24/7 which was a plus. Some maintenance within the room was not as great but I could deal with it. Such as, hit and cold water was very finicky, took some time to adjust. Either you’ll get very hot water, or too cold. We did have a faucet that would not turn off no mater what you did. One faucet was not secured to the cabinet. The water pressure did feel a bit low for the showers but nothing to ruin a trip over. A few times it did feel like there was no hot water, like warm at best. But again compared to all the other things that were nice I’d say those were very minute issues. I’d definitely stay here again no problem.

Rooms were ok, the hot tub did not produce hot water but the shower did. Only real complaint. The rooms are legit a 4 star hotel rooms, comfy, clean. For the price, really good.

Things I liked about the hotel: the room was huge, lots of space to spread out. Had a king size bed with four very good pillows. These are some of the best pillows I've ever encountered in any hotel. And swimming pool I liked a lot, it was shade in the morning and sun in the afternoon. But the water was nice and cool and always refreshing. Things I did not like about the hotel: is the location is very noisy. I guess there's not much you can do about that but there was live music and at night it was very hard to go to sleep without earplugs. The bathroom had a really bad smell.

LK Residence (also called LK Renaissance) is a beautiful property and excellent choice for hotel in Pattaya. I am happy to report that it has reopened, and is as great as ever. My stay at LK Residence last trip (pre-covid) was beyond wonderful. I hope it is back in operation soon. It is my first choice for hotels in Pattaya.

Update 01.Jan.2023 .... All hotels of the LK Group ! Price very TO HIGH Less room Quality All rooms are not well mainted and are old... Cleaning at many locations inside the whole hotel are strictly nessary! All the problem exist now AND before Corona...that means nobody of the Top Management or the Owner itself are interested to change anything... More and more indians... Ask yourself....you want really to stay here, . .. . Betten zu hart ! Staff an der Rezeption oft unfreundlich...Location ist wirlich mies jede MENGE BAUSTELLENLÄRM und in der NACHT KRACH VON DEN BEERBARs....

The hotel is showing its age. Still very nice. The jacuzzi bathtubs should be replaced. They’re showing wear and tear and are hard to get in and out of. Location is perfect. Has a very good masseuse located in the same building and a dispensary.

If you're looking to be right in the middle of the nightlife then this is a good hotel. However, it is right next to a lively bar complex so expect noise until around 2am! Once the bars shut down it is quite quiet so all the more reason to stay out till the early hours! It is very close to Soi LK Metro which is basically a mini-Walking Street and in many respects far better. Further down the street there are even more bars and clubs to discover most offering drinks at low prices. There's also the usual road side food vendors and a pharmancy and 7-11 all close by. For shopping/restaurant you have Central Festival and Royal Garden Plaza all within easy walking distance. The hotel is a little dated, but the One Bedroom Suite was clean and well equipped and very comfy to stay in. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Laundry service was prompt and well priced. Even the taxi back to airport was arrange by the hotel at a very reasonable price.

Hotel is a little bit older, but in still good shape. Excellent service great location could use a little updating especially in the bathroom as there is no shower curtain and water gets everywhere but once you figure it out it’s not too bad. staff is super friendly and helpful, and very cheerful. Price is a little high but they clean the room every day new sheets, new towels I received a bit of a discount for a monthly rate. They also have weekly rates so you should ask all in all good place to stay very quiet, considering all of the outside noise in the neighborhood but it is close to many restaurants and bars and party areas. I recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again.

As soon as I entered the hotel I was greeted with a big smile from the reception lady and that gave me my first impression of hotel which was very positive. As I entered the room I liked the overall atmosphere of the place, nice big room with big comfy bed, a flat screen TV, in room safety deposit box and a nice balcony. The hotel is located in a very central location annd close to most of the tourist attraction places. The only thing that I did not like was the very high Jacuzzi bath tub as I had to climb up to get into it and climb out of it with my wet body which might be very dangerous.
