No greeting/smile from counter staff No mention of wifi password No mention of breakfast if provided No mention of checkout timing Mentioned the wrong floor, had to go down 1 level Corridor was dark and creepy Toilet was dirty Water heater was very hot and could not be switched off using the knob, had to turn off the main black switch. Water came out black for 30 seconds. Tried to switch channel all was empty Safe box missing 1 battery Service was below average Not recommended.

The staff barely responded when we greeted them but were exceptionally nice to white people. On our second night there, the night time caretaker tried to confiscate our room keys and harrased us. Tip: If you have brown or black skin, you're better off staying elsewhere.

Hotel location is very good. Its close to beach.hardly 50 meters ajay from beach. Room are very small.Do not expect anything more in terms of leisure. It's budget accommodation. Rooms are air conditioned, hot water and fridge is also available.Breakfast is complimentary and not up to the mark. But location is prime and you will get many hotels nearby.Rooms are well cleaned. Good option for single occupancy for 1 or 2 day stay

Hotel so close to the best part of the beach and on a street without noise, you will not find. If you're a solo traveler and a man, go outside any time you don't feel sleepy. Cleaning every day! and charging socket next to the bed. In back rooms, check for turbine noise.

The room was nice, the breakfast was good and the location is great. However, we had booked for six nights and every morning I would wake up to banging amd drilling at 7am in the morning. They were doing some construction wich I understand, but I felt starting at 7am was ridiculous (starting at 11 or 10am I felt would be more acceptable). We were on holiday and even after I requested that they try start later in the morning we as guests were not taken into concideration at all!!! I was very unhappy through my whole stay and couldnt wait to get home where I could could sleep in peace!

They kept taking my clean towels from my room and leaving me with nothing, everyday this happened. I would have to go downstairs and get more. There was black mold in the bathroom on on the air conditioner. Breakfast was small The staff was friendly, and close to the beach. Get what you pay for I guess.

If possible I would give it 0 stars. It is extremely noisy every single night from the bars and clubs near the hotel! and during the day there is construction work so you will not be able to sleep 1 night at this hotel. In addition to this, they windows do not have blinds on them allowing the lights outside to shine through into your room. I am going to check out 3 days early with no refund. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT book this hotel!!!

The room is big and quite comfortable with all the basics except wifi internet access on floor 4 extremely slow and unusable. I had to use mobile data most of the time to watch videos and news channels. The TV in the room also not usable as only Thai language on all the channels. I liked the abundance of electric sockets around the room. The big fridge, although quite old was very welcome. The King size bed is very comfortable. The air con works very good even though the remote control is old and faded but fully functional. Rooms are cleaned every day and fresh medium size towels everyday. Not worth paying almost twice the price for the rooms on the 5th floor even if they offer Netflix and a bigger screen TV as well.

A mixed experience at Sureena Hotel in Pattaya. The hotel's proximity to the sea and easy accessibility is a plus for travelers seeking convenience. However, the stay had its downsides. The noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, hindering our sleep quality. Additionally, the room's brightness throughout the night due to the building's design was less than ideal. While the location and accessibility are notable, the issues with noise and lighting affected our overall comfort. Rated 3/5 for the blend of positives and negatives.

I got the last room and it was a disappointment. Small insects and dust. Tv did not work but bed was ok as well as the shower. Staff was helpful and breakfast with fruits better than expected.
