This hotel was the perfect place to stay. Lovely hotel with nice rooms and sea views. ❤️The rooms are clean and have enough space to stay. Best of all, the bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size. Good roof top swimming pool.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with gorgeous setting. The room was absolutely perfect very romantic. The beach is not the nicest though. But the hotel grounds are absolutely perfect and stunning. We stayed on a weeknight and our price was about $102 baht equivalency. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with a wide variety and selection of foods. The wait stuff could’ve been a little bit more friendly.

Love it, full of services mind from staffs. Quiet place to stay, we can have activity inside the place without going outside, because the beach not so beautiful, so they provide customer with facilities inside the place. Great breakfast as customers recommended, I like Tom yum kung so much, also have Mango sticky rice when I stayed there ❤️

Overall it’s a nice place to get away from Bangkok for a few days. The location isn’t ideal as it’s around 15-20 mins drive to the city (Central Pattaya/ walking street) but it serves the name ‘Nature Escape’; relaxing and peaceful. The beach is right behind the swimming pool but it’s too dirty. The hotel itself is quite nice, the fitness room is useless, the swimming pool is lovely and the best part is the breakfast buffet 🥞 - an absolute brownie point gainer! 🌟 The room is alright, very clever with the space management. The mirror installed in the middle of the room gives the illusion of bigger space than it actually is. However, I don’t like the toilet as it’s too small! And the pillows are so high that they give me and my husband a neck pain. We enjoyed our 3-day stay mainly because of the break. Sadly on the departure the hotel informed us that there wouldn’t be breakfast buffet as it would be served to the room instead 😞 a big disappointment.

the female staffs are kind and nice to assist us to check in with a angel smile, but the parking and cleaning staffs are relatively bad facial expression when we talked to them, they dun even have any smile on their face. Updated on 9.8.2023, I could see the instant improvement yesterday and I appreciated the rapid follow up by the management level in this hotel! I would visit shortly in future! Thanks for your respectful and sincere follow up.

Poor service and unfriendly staff. Rush every simple tasks that was asked and did it without care. Wine glasses was served with dirt stain and when I told them they shrug it off without care. Only good thing was housekeeping which were the only friendly people in the hotel. Will not recommend anyone to stay here. Not worth the money spent

Marvelous breakfast that match with Thai customer yet other international. They offer well ingredient and tasty both spicy and mild dish like Tom yum kung soup, Tamarind river prawn garlic which so juicy to take with steam rice. The river prawn is premium grade as it big size and freshness. Unlimited of mango sticky rice is the most impressive that rarely found in normal buffet line.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room is clean. Price is very reasonable. Food quality is amazing. Breakfast also includes prawn and mango sticky rice! Definitely come back!

Great, well designed hotel, with friendly staff and superb facilities. The breakfast, just like all the other reviews mention, is excellent (Tip: go down a little later and enjoy it as a brunch). It's very stylish, just a little bit away from the city centre, and easily the best I have visited in Pattaya. The only negative was the room service food we ordered was not high quality, and the staff didn't understand our request for wine glasses (sent up beer glasses instead). These are very small issues and I will still give this hotel 5 stars as we enjoyed our stay very much.

What an escape. The hotel was so good. Right on the private beach, water so warm. Room had private pool, super quiet. For those that are traveling may find this place off the beaten path but it is worth the luxury.

The food and the room was good, but when it came to the beach the water was very polluted and most of the sand was brought from somewhere else. When the water went down we could see all the disgusting trash. The pool was rather nice and the service was okay. Overall it’s a good place to stay

This place is dilapidated and smells muggy. It's nothing like the fake photos and fake reviews. The water on the beach is muddy with a lot of floating trash, and the sand is full of garbage and large ants. Did I mention this place is old and run-down? The service staff is very nice and tried very hard to please but unfortunately my experience with the facility is very underwhelming. But I do have to say that the breakfast buffet was outstanding!

Stayed 6 nights in pool villa here.we love here so much.very quiet ,So relaxing. The breakfast is good, a lot of different choices, and it's till 11am. They refill all drinks and snacks and bath products in your room everyday ,even you didn't finish it yet . At the end of stay, our desk was full with snacks and drinks. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service is also a great thing 👍🏻 the restaurant is not expensive, and the food is yummy and good quality. Massage from the spa center is also good. The best massage we had this trip in Thailand...

The hotel is truly stunning and positioned away from the hustle and bustle. It's a place where you can unquestionably find tranquility, if it weren't for the mosquitoes or sand fleas at the beach 😅. Regrettably, swimming in the sea isn't always possible due to frequent low tides, and the insects can be bothersome in the evenings. Thankfully, there's ample space in the swimming pool for everyone 😊. The staff was friendly, with the cleaning crew standing out. The shuttle service proved to be very beneficial for us. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and offers everything one could desire. I was particularly impressed by the children's facility. We really enjoyed our room with pool access, but it lacked a wardrobe. Unfortunately, there weren't many storage options. Thanks to the Navana team for a wonderful time!

I was blown away by the structure and design of the hotel. I have learned that North Pattaya has such a short beach so that there is no beach for swimming. So staying in hotel is a super nice option as it has its reserved beach area for customers to chill and hang around outdoor.

Actually everything is great, just the pool is too cold for my taste. Very quiet, relaxing place. Food in hotel restaurant was good. Easy access to main road but at the same time rooms are very quiet. Would return if looking for some peace.... wish the pool was hotter than it would be a favourite. Excellent hotel for couples. The breakfast was acceptable need more improvement. Otherwise everything is good. I recommend this place for family or couples.

Best breakfast! This is a boutique hotel offering spacious rooms. The landscape, bar, or other public space were fantastic and well designed, exept the groomy hallway. The service was up to standard and staff were pretty responsive, however, they could be more professional and attentive. The breakfast served here was beyond excellent. Fresh ingredients, variety of menu and drink, and their tastes were 10/10. There was a Pancake cooking corner, allowing guests enjoy such a little morning activity and good for kids.

nice room nice pool super nice breakfast (river shrimp, pork ribs, manggo sticky rice, rice soup, pancake, fresh juice, patonggo, soymilk, pasta, coffee machine, roti, soup, cake, etc) but ugly beach (dirty, many garbage). If you want hotel without beach, this is prefect place.

The hotel is on the quiet edge of Pattaya. We were happy to escape here from noises of cars and motocycles. There are plenty of birds, cicadas and cats here - they sound better, then traffic. We got ourselves an amazing room with pool and had wonderful time. Food in the hotel restaraunt is affordable and delicious.

Beautiful and tranquil resort. Polite staff who can speak english. Rooms are clean, well-maintained and staff regularly sanitized the common areas! Bfast buffet was great too. Complimentary shuttle bus to Terminal 21 mall.

It was a quick one-night getaway. The place was just like its name, very natural and peaceful. I loved their selection of furnitures. Just one con about my room. I felt like the central swimming pool was too close to the rooms, which decresed the privacy (I could literally hear conversations from the pool). Anyway, still love the place.

Location = Superb!! One side of hotel is main street. Opposite side is sea shore. No need to enter in ally. The morning buffet is amazing both of food and dessert. The buffet has various kind of food. Tom Yum Goong with large prawn, Stir Fried large prawn with Tamarind Sauce are delicious and unlimited. The desserts are so nice. "Recommend"

There is some confusion about breakfast. Because we can't use the service at the restaurant due to Covid situation so we have to eat in the room, no table of which of course you may not be getting the food you want.

Here is such a great experience with exceptional price including breakfast. I chose Deluxe sea view , room was great with free mini bar. Magnificent breakfast , for me I prefer Thai style than American. U can get river prawns fro breakfast and sticky rice mango 👍🏼👍🏼.
