My grandson had a minor incident and needed Urgent care. Upon arrival from the receptionist Ashley to the physician Dr. Brown, the medical assistant & radiology technologist Khalille and Sarah who is also a medical assistant. He was treated with care and attention from all of these wonderful professionals. I was attended to immediately with professionalism and respect. Even though it was a minor incident I was not left with questions or in a waiting room with no help. I want to thank them all and recommend this urgent care facility to anyone that really needs reliable medical assistance as well a feel safe in a clean and sanitized environment.

Took my husband here on 07/03/2023 staff at the reception desk were very kind and friendly. The wait time was brief. Unfortunately, once he was taken back for assessment, etc, he experienced an emergency that necessitated a call to fire rescue and was then transported to Memorial Regional. I do not remember the doctor's name but she and the staff there were amazing. They were incredibly compassionate and provided me with the information I needed to get to the hospital. They asked me if I needed water or if I was ok to drive, even calling me personally later in the day to make sure I was ok and check on how things were going.

I loved it there they took really good care of me when I was sick and they fully informed my mom on everything that was going on when I was sick. More importantly they kept her in the loop with everything and updated her with more test results so they could tell me what I had or not. 10/10

Dr. Arti and medical assistant Joy were absolutely wonderful and attentive. Highly recommend. I was a walk-in and was seen under 20 minutes! The staff were all friendly and professional.

I had an amazing experience today! All of the staff was phenomenal! The medical assistants were so kind and patient and listened to what I had to say. Dr. Brown (female doctor) was so so sweet. She gave me sound advice and truly cared about me as her patient. Will definitely come back!

My husband went to this location on Monday afternoon. Every person we encountered from the front desk, the nurse and Dr. Coll were all professional and friendly. My husband felt both the nurse and the doctor were very thorough and knowledgeable with his exam and treatment. The facility was very clean and we would highly recommend this Urgent Care location.

Arti was amazing! My son was getting stitches for the first time and she was very thorough in taking him through the steps. We truly appreciate the attentiveness and care received today. Thank you for making him feel so relaxed!

I have been to several different urgent cares over the years. Memorial Urgent Care is by far my best experience to date! The front desk staff, nurses, and Dr. were very knowledgeable and caring. They were also able to refer me to a Memorial Dr. when needed. I highly recommend Memorial Urgent Care.

Dr.Arti, Austin,Khalil and Paola made me feel comfortable and listen carefully of how I was feeling. I left happy with the treatment and results. Was a first time patient, my experience here was truly amazing! The clinic was very clean. I walked in and was greeted immediately by the manager Ashley who was suuper nice and informative. She made me feel at ease because I have a bit of an anxiety when I walk into hospitals or clinics. It only took a few minutes to get checked in and was seen soon after the nurse/assistant and then by a Dr. brown who was recommend others to ask for when you go here, she's amazing!. Overall I would recommend this Urgent Care to everyone. PS. sorry for the late review. but I promised that I would. <3

A few days ago I took my daughter to Memorial Urgent Care (on Sheridan). To be honest, I prefer to go there than to our Primary Doctor. We saw Dr Brown. She is exactly what you would want your Dr to be. I can’t thank her enough for just listening to our concerns, stopping to think what is best for us, and just being professional, yet firm. She truly is an asset to Memorial. The staff as well (no matter what time you go there) is always pleasant and accommodating. Althea and Ashley D. are equally amazing!! Thank you so much for making those times when we don’t feel good….. the best experience possible!

Awesome facility and staff. I drove out here instead of an urgent care right up the street from me because of Memorial Urgent Care’s high reviews and they did not disappoint. Dr. Brown was fantastic, knowledgeable and very accommodating which was very much appreciated, especially because I am from Ohio and only visiting Florida for 8 weeks. I recommend this urgent care to anybody, 5 stars!

Arti and Novelette were super professional and very nice. The Doctor heard my concerns and checked me. She was able to find the problem right away. The attentions was phenomenal and I would recommend the urgent care to anyone.

I enjoyed my visit to the urgent care. It was quick and they have friendly staff. Joy was very easy to talk to. It’s clean and well managed. I’ve seen Dr. Brown a couple of times and she is always on point with her recommendations.

It was my first time visiting this urgent care and I was pleasantly surprised. I came as a walk-in, only waited about 15 mins and the whole process was fairly quick. They didn’t have me waiting in the room for long periods of time. The nurse, Faith, was so sweet and gentle. Dr. Coll took his time with explaining what I was diagnosed with, my medications, possible side effects, etc.. He was very kind. I had an overall positive experience and will definitely return when needed.

The PA Arti and her assistant Faith were very kind and professional with me and listened to all my concerns. I was able to get a comprehensive response to the issue I came in with and was taken care of promptly. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need to.

Honestly, this is the best urgent care I've ever visited in my whole 32 years of life. It was quick, smooth, and everyone wad SO nice. From the lady in the reception area (I didn't catch her name) to Austin, to the doctor who treated me. I would seriously drive an hour just to be seen here. I don't think I'll ever go to any other urgent care. 10/10

Memorial is always clean and efficient when you need urgent care. Zip in and zip out when you have an appointment, and the wait time without one isn't bad either. Ms. Althea was efficient and pleasant with the diagnostic basics. And Arti the PA was lovely. I appreciate when medical professionals ask the teenager directly how they're feeling. Taking into account what they feel is going on is important in the diagnosis, as it clues them into taking charge of their own medical condition. Once they at adults they can better express to the doctors and nurses what they need. Nobody likes being sick, but the best care always helps.

Arti, Aldo, Althea the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The doctor was very thorough with my wife’s current conditions at the Kidney Transplant patient. We are super satisfied with this location and will recommend it to anyone.

I had a very positive experience here. Dr. Brown was kind and attentive. Dr. Brown actually took the time to look at and consider all of my child's symptoms, which led to a proper diagnosis, and not just the usual "it's a cold". I also want to give a shout out to Austin the medical assistant who had to get a strep test for my child. He was patient, kind, and very calm. He had an amazing attitude! Great experience.

Love this urgent care! They are always so efficient and courteous. I got to see my favorite physician, Dr. Brown- Warburton. She is always so nice, sweet and personable. She gives you all the information you need and ensures you know the signs to look out for if things should get worse. Obviously making a visit to the urgent care isn’t fun but Memorial Urgent Care makes it easy!

My wife and I visited for the first time this Memorial Urgent Care center for a last minute appointment. We were processed quickly by Medical Assistant, Sarah, and got to see the attending physician, Dr. Brown within 30 minutes of walking in. The staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend this center.

Always a great experience when I visit this memorial urgent care facility. The Location is always very cleaned and well maintained. Staff is very organized. I’ve been treated by nurse Sarah twice and she has been very professional and sweet. Dr.Brown is very attentive and knowledgeable. Wait time is very minimal which is rare these days.

While in the area from out-of-state, I needed medical care. A Google search listed three Urgent Care facilities and I chose Memorial. I was very pleased with the check in process, my nurse, West, was easy going, yet professional. I didn’t wait long before Dr. Coll came in to check me out. His quick diagnosis and treatment options were spot on. By the next morning, I was feeling remarkably improved. Because the facility was not crowded, I was in and out in under an hour. Very clean and everyone was kind and considerate.

My experience at the Urgent Care from everyone starting with front desk, triage, nurse, xray tech and doctor was FANTASTIC. SHOUT OUT TO Arti , PA Alicia, Larixa, Austin, Nathalie and Dr. Brown they were all companionate, friendly, caring, informative and plain ol' fantabulous!!!!!

Went to Memorial Urgent Care for an injured finger. Ashely S at the desk was patient and efficient. Dr. Brown and Khalille the medical assistant / radiology tech were warm, caring, and patient. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time and constantly advised what my treatment plan would be and follow up. Then sent me on my way with good wishes. Fantastic staff and modern facilities. 10/10

During my visit I was met with professionalism from the staff. I was informed of wait time and seen timely. I was truly not at my best and appreciate that medical team Arti, Paola, and Althea took the time to listen and provide the care I needed. I took my husband to Memorial urgent care Pembroke Pines on Sheridan Street. Much to our surprise it was awesome. From the moment we walked in Francy at reception was welcoming and sweet! Then when we went in the exam room area Paola was just as warm and accommodating. Then Doctor Heather Brown took such great care of my husband explained everything and made sure he understood. When needed we will definitely go back!

6.16.2022 - Visited the urgent care due to a finger injury. In a lot of pain- was taken care of upon arrival to help stop the bleed. Waited for the official call back and was greeted by Althea. Who was amazing! She was so patient with me. I am currently pregnant and trying not to pass out or throw up from the sight of my bloody finger! She helped make me comfortable and stayed with me the whole time, and checked on me often. Dr. Shapiro came in and stitched me up, he was very kind and patient with me as the numbing shots weren't my favorite... He fixed up my finger and I felt way better. Overall, great urgent care experience and thankful for kind people especially when you're scared and in pain!

I was impressed by my experience here and know that if I ever need to I would definitely come again. This facility is new and clean and everyone and everything was very efficient. The nurse that triaged me before the doctor came in was AMAZING. He was friendly and caring and listened to all my symptoms. I'm glad this facility was available so near to me and that my insurance covered it.

All the staff were super nice and professional. I want to give a very special recognition to West Jean, he was exceptional when caring for my daughter. She was very apprehensive but he put her at ease and made her feel secure and comfortable. He definitely made her day with a doughnut, she was so thankful. Please thank him again for giving us the Memorial experience that makes them a step above the rest!!!

It is a pleasure to visit this Urgent Care when you need medical care. Everyone is so nice and the facility is very nice also. Dr Coll and Sarah took care of me today and they were wonderful. I was in and out quickly too.
