Made
an
appointment
online
for
5:30pm
on
a
Thursday
and
no
one
was
in
the
waiting
room
except
me
when
I
got
there.
Receptionist
was
nonchalant
but
processed
me
quickly.
She
was
more
giddy
with
the
young
guys
that
later
came
in
after
me.
They
won't
give
prices
over
the
phone
so
as
a
FYI
I
was
charged
$48.60
with
my
high
deductible
healthcare
plan
which
was
not
too
bad
for
x-rays,
to
see
the
doctor,
and
get
a
finger
splint.
After
about
10
minutes
of
waiting
I
was
called
in
by
the
nurse/radiologist
who
asked
me
the
usual
health
questions
and
than
took
x-rays
of
my
finger.
After
the
x-rays,
a
short
wait
and
the
doctor/nurse
practitioner
shows
up
to
explain
the
results
of
the
x-rays.
I
think
his
name
was
David
Kevin
Douglass
but
he
calls
himself
Kevin.
The
doctor
was
the
kindest
person
I
have
encountered
so
far
in
this
facility.
He
was
informative
and
told
me
how
to
care
for
my
injury
and
even
included
a
printout
from
the
internet
of
information
on
my
hand
injury.
He
also
referred
me
to
follow
up
with
a
hand
specialist
to
make
sure
my
hand
heals
correctly
and
even
went
so
far
as
to
look
up
two
hand
doctors
to
send
me
to
if
I
needed
it.
I
was
hesitant
about
going
to
a
hand
specialist
at
first
but
was
so
glad
I
did
or
I
would've
healed
with
a
deformed
finger.
Four
stars
because
the
staff
seem
nonchalant
like
they're
just
there
to
work
and
get
paid;
no
passion
for
work.
The
facility
itself
seems
worn.
Five
stars
for
the
doctor/nurse
practitioner
who
was
very
kind,
informative,
and
has
bedside
manner.
I
left
close
to
6:30pm
and
by
that
time
there
was
one
family
waiting
in
the
waiting
room
and
one
more
coming
from
the
parking
lot,
to
give
you
an
idea
of
the
busy
level
here.
