The ladies there were awesome they took care of me with professionalism. Even though I was in pain they really made me feel better. From the front desk clerk to the X-ray tech and the PA really made me feel like family, I will always consider CareSpot my go to spot when in need of help.

This is second time, I have used this place, in a small emergency. Both times this month have been the best by far experience even better than Baptist. I had a NP there for my daughter who treated her so kindly and w medications, she is so much better. Thank you. Then I hadn't felt great for month. The doctor did make me wait a bit. (Like every where). He was awesome professional listened to my issue and I feel so much better now. Wish went earlier.The staff were kind. 100 💯 rating from my family. Merry Christmas. Keep up great work, In these hard times with people still fall ill they are amazing. My own doctor is only telehealth now.

Staff pleasant and courteous. Professionalism was highly displayed at this facility.The waiting time was good. The Doctor's explanation was clear and to the point. Medication was sent to the pharmacy on time without any delays. The environment was patient friendly. Without a doubt I would recommend CareSpot Urgent Care to any person who needs help at this level.

The front desk lady was super nice.I asked her if she can help me with my driver license since I just got my nails done! And she helped me! She was even willing to put it back. What a great customer service! And super warm to patients. I was observing her with other patients and she gave stickers to two little children after their appointments with lollipops. Made my day!

Wonderful staff, very professional and friendly. Melissa, the PA, was very compassionate and knowledgeable. The front desk MA was very sweet. The back office MA, Julie, was kind and super quick with getting all of my information and vitals. The clinic was very busy but the staff moved quickly and kept everyone informed of the wait time. They also accept appointments which is great so it can help minimize the wait time. I will definitely be coming back here for any non-emergency medical needs and will be referring this place. It’s nice to go and receive medical attention with friendly staff these days and to feel like you’re being cared for and not just a number.

Had an emergency and Dr Soriano took care of me. Amazing doctor and staff. They all made be feel comfortable. The doctor explained everything to me in detail. I will tell my family and friends to go there for any future urgent care needs. I would give 20 stars if I could in this review.

It was a good experience! I was seen by the doctor super quick, only had to make an appt in advance. Co-pay was also charged when I had the visit.

Such a beautiful, clean facility! Normally when I make an appt/save spot in line - it takes forever!! But I waited maybe 5/10 minutes and was out fairly quick. Everyone was so nice and I’ll be back if needed!

This CareSpot is by far the best one I have been to. They are so nice and efficient. Julie, the MA, was very professional and attentive, and Melissa, the PA, was so knowledgeable and patient - probably the best PA I've come across. I asked a ton of questions, and she was able to answer everything so calmly and thoroughly. Great staff here, I will definitely be going here for now on.

I went to that place on Tuesday, February 7 afternoon, they treated me excellently, Mrs. Monica, the Doctor and the radiologist technician treated me with professionalism and a lot of human sense, thank you for that. 100% recommended.

The Dr. Was great. But the receptionist was horrible to customers/ patients that came in. She talked over them, and even asked a lady to leave because she inquired about the services They provide. Not to mention, she had food on her shirt while she barked at people. It was tragic.

I chose this location because it is five minutes away from my home and I’m happy to say that I had a good experience with the care I received at this facility. There was very little waiting time and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful and took the time to answer questions about my situation. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Was checked in and seen very quickly. The medical assistant was very pleasant and thorough. The doctor also was very pleasant, thorough and explained everything to me, to ensure I understood and felt comfortable. Script was sent to my pharmacy asap, and I was out. All in all, start to finish about 1 hour 20 minutes. Would go back and recommend facility.

Excellent Care. I could not raise my arm. The Doctor was kind, caring, thorough & knowledgeable! She took her time with me. Same applies to the nurse. I was given an injection and the treatment worked. The next day I could use my arm again! Highly recommend 🤩

I live in NYC and had just arrived in Florida from a cruise and needed to see a doctor. My son told me about the CareSpot urgent care and I called them asked a few questions about my insurance acceptance and they told me to come in. The staff was very professional, polite and courteous. I was seen by a medical professional in a timely manner, diagnosed and prescribed medication. Thank you to CareSpot for taking care of my medical needs while I was away from home. Also the clinic was very clean.

Was able to make an appointment online at 0900 for 1100 same day appointment. Arrived at 1040. Did the paperwork/copay thing. Was seen by the nurse at 1105, the Dr by 1110 and was in my car to go home by 1130. The Dr (Dr. M. Pelosi), was efficient, quick witted and kind. She wrote me the necessary Dr's note and prescription and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The Nurse was great too, and receptionist. All around A+ experience (even if I wasn't jaded by the usual dumpster fire I get with South Florida medical care).

The staff was very friendly from the beginning of my visit to the end. The wait was not long and the doctor explained everything that my back was experiencing. My medication was called in and I was out the door. I appreciate their help

All staff that I interacted with was courteous and professional. The PA was thorough and answered all questions. Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy while I was still at the facility. The entire visit took one hour. I highly recommend the Pembroke Pines location.

We were out of town, and I needed to take my daughter (who hates anything related to doctors) to get a sports physical. We were both pleased with the experience. Great price, friendly office staff, quick and competent P.A.--we were out in less than half an hour. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I don’t know if it’s because Google hasn’t updated anything or their website information hasn’t been updated but apparently this isn’t a testing site for covid? But yet it let me schedule a covid appointment? I needed a rapid test because I’m scheduled to work tomorrow but I just found out my brother has it hence the need for the rapid test. It said on google to call for the rapid test information, only to get told that their not a testing location? I don’t know I’m just very confused

Great staff and very efficient. We've always used a different urgent care provider and CareSpot is so much better! We came in for COVID-19 rapid tests and were able to get the test and results in about 30 minutes. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and professional. We highly recommend them, great experience.

I am unhappy about the recommendations made by the doctor during my father's visit on Monday 11/7/22. His name is Rigoberto Espinoza, is 89 years old and has Covid. The doctor prescribed a risky medicine, hydroxychloroquine. He also prescribed azithromycin. My father had an extreme reaction to these two medicines and could have died. We did some research and found that there are great risks when those two medications are taken together. Thank God I stopped giving this medication on time but he was really bad and it took longer to get better, I am still trying my best to help him. The day he almost died, we try to contact somebody in Care Spot to help us but nobody even called us afterwards to ask if he survived. Besides that big problem, I don’t have any other complaints, everybody was good and he got the attention we needed.

Very honest. Great staff. Unfortunately they couldn't help my husband as he needed to go to hospatal ER. They didn't charge him and they could have. Very nice to my husband.

The front desk staff was wonderful. The doctor didn't do a thing. Not even send prescription to pharmacy. Had to call them to remind them and they still haven't sent any prescription to neither pharmacy. So i, mommy came to the rescue and heal my child myself. I wont be back! First and last time!!!!! 2 star for both front desk staff.

Everyone was very professional. The PA-C who treated me, Paul Soriano, was knowledgeable, empathetic, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. The staff took of me very quickly. I would return if necessary.

I have to use carespot as a primary care due to the fact that I can't get an appointment anywhere else within 6 months ridiculous. But my overall experience at this location was pleasant and very professional they provided me with excellent service and in a timely manner will definitely recommend and definitely revisit.

The appointment was 5 minutes. She didn’t hear out my concerns and discredited what was happening to me. I believed to have had a mold infection, instead of ordering test to rule out things she dismissed me with generic allergy medication. I showed her a rash I developed and instead of taking a closer look and examining it, all she did was tell me to buy over the counter cortisone 1%. My worst experience with a PA, won’t be going back.

This was my first visit. I was a walk in the staff greeted me ,tooky info and a few minutes later gave me an Ipad to finish my info. My situation was taken care of and I'm following discharge instructions. No complaints, satisfied would recommend to others.

Urgent should not be in their name! I've never seen a more slow moving staff in my life. Came earlier in the day on a Saturday just to be told to come back at 5pm. Arrived at 5pm just to sit around for an hour!!!!! After waiting for an hour we got called up ...but only to pay and then told to sit back down...someone will come eventually. As I'm writing ...currently still waiting..oh wait... at last, here arrives the slowest moving doctor I've ever seen. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I mean anywhere else. .

CareSpot exceeded my expectations! I walked in on a Sunday and it was empty. The check-in process was super easy and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I was seen promptly and was equally as impressed by the nurse and PA who treated me. I will definitely be back!

After my visit/medicine I was able to recover quickly and greatly appreciate the care. * it was very easy to get an appointment - called and got in 1-2 hours later * it is an urgent care so I was worried about $$$ * you pay up front, before your appointment whatever your insurance copay amount is (for me it was $50) varies w insurance & what services you need done I’m sure

CareSpot Urgent Care service was quick, fast and efficient unlike other labs where they don't take walk ins after 7:00 am and there is 75 people in the lobby with only four chairs. And to CareSpot credit. They are open even on Sunday so anyone can go and take a test and don't have to rush. Very smart CareSpot.
