I love this location I’ve been coming here for a while now and the staff is honestly amazing and the location always clean and everything organized. But now they changing the hours and it’s no longer 24/7 and honestly that instantly kill the appeal of this place, as someone who can’t go during the day or afternoon I love coming after midnight but now it seems that is no longer possible, truly it sucks but I guess it’s time to look for a new place.

I came in trying to get help, and have been waiting for 45 minutes. They have a sign saying 'in bathroom' but nobody has shown up. Horrible service, no employees seem to be in the gym at all after walking around looking.

Nice staff, clean, and well maintained compared to many of the of in the Miami area. One of the better PF around with planty of cardio machines and resistance training options.

Julian gave me fantastic customer service and great insight on some of the things that I could buy and also he helped me with using some of the equipment. #planetfitness

I’ve been going to this particular for over a month now and I have to say the employees here are great especially Gio and Dani! They helped me understand the equipment, the etiquette of the gym, the benefits of being a black Card member as well aside from being able to go to any gym around the world. Any time I see them it’s great and my time at the gym and this particular location is great. Always willing to help and explain as well.

Rosa the manager makes up rules that aren’t on my agreement, she’s very condescending and what a way to get people to leave the club. Once a happy customer now I’ll be looking for a new gym. And apparently she’s the boss and there no one for me to talk and get this issue resolved is her way even there’s no trace of what she is saying anywhere in the contract agreement I signed.

This place is THE best place to workout, you have space to yourself and the staff is extremely kind!! (talking about you, Shaq! Keep up the great work.) I come here daily and never once had a bad workout.

Great gym. The machinery are always clean. Comfortable atmosphere. Staff was extremely friendly, especially this one worker, Leanne. She helped me reset a machine back to normal and she was extremely kind and attentive! Amazing service 10/10 love going here.

I’ve really fell in love with the atmosphere at this West Pines location for Planet Fitness. The staff members are amazing! The gym is highly well managed with Tracie and Sam doing an amazing job. Thus, the trainer John has a high-level of fitness knowledge along with education/fitness dietary mechanism. The whole entire gym including the locker rooms and showers are incredibly cleaned as if it is a five star resort or hotel. I am very happy and proud to be a member of this West Pines location. Thank you for doing all that you do guys!

Super clean , always cleaning but people still don’t rack weights back or clean up after themselves sometimes but all in all great gym

Love this gym and the staff!! I was helped today by Caden and really do appreciate how kind he was to me and helping me with working the massage chair in the black card spa. Very helpful staff, highly recommend !!

Laura and Joshua exhibited great teamwork while signing me up for a black card membership. Both were very knowledgeable of the procedure and knew all the specs of the membership agreement from the top of their heads. Laura and Joshua were kind, nice, and honest. They greeted me immediately with there genuine smiles. They showed great customer service and I appreciate them. They took care of me in minutes with great clarification and professionalism. Just want to say thank you again for their hard work! It's no wonder that Joshua was promoted to a higher position, and I'm sure Laura will soon be as well. Thank you so much.

This summer camp isn’t a great idea. Too many young kids without supervision and they are not coming to exercise, just talk and have fun. They take too much time using the equipment.

It’s a good location and the conditions of the equipment are great 👍

We’ve been coming to this gym for years now. We always have our cross bag with both our towels gloves and water bottles just so we don’t have to leave it on the floor or on the machines where there’s a lot of germs/bacteria. Walking in to the gym today a young man by the name of Gio who’s an employee came up to us (which for the years we’ve been coming here this is the first a employee is coming by us) to say we can’t have our bag here it need to be locked up in a locker (there was multiple people in the room with bags but he only approached us even after we explained why we have a bag) across from us there was a young lady with even a bigger bag which he didn’t approach. It’s not an issue of following rules but if your going to enforce it enforce it for everyone. Photos show multiple customers working out the same time. We both have black card membership and they just lost my business. And now I know why all the customer are moving to the Crunch down the road.

Best Gym ever!!!!! The staff here are amazing, they treat you like their own. I’ve only been here for a week and they know me by name. I recommend 100%. This is my favorite planet fitness.

Great starter gym! Spent three years here before switching to a more specialized training facility. Highly recommend for people who want something accessible and affordable. Staff was always super kind and nonjudgmental.

I've only been there twice but both times I've enjoyed my workout. The machines are available and it's not crowded. Good bargain for $10/month!

This is my first time working out at a public gym. I had a talk with a staff before I checked in asking for advice considering it’s my first time working out. This planet fitness location is very clean with well-kept equipment...the staff members are super welcoming, especially Alyssa she is helpful and always cleaning, working staying busy. She goes out of her way to say something to make you smile.

Been coming to the pines location for over a year now. Since signing up Sam has always been so helpful and sweet. Sam is amazing and such a pleasure to see here. Sad to see her leave. The location is great but limited on some machines. Always clean and the staff is courteous.

Very spacious, the staffs are very cool. A lot of machines. Always get my workout done with no issues. I would recommend Planet Fitness is a good place to stay fit and a good health.
