There are several packages available and I bought a combo pass that cost RM75 for 3 attractions - The Rainbow Skywalk, Top Boutique Aquarium & Jurassic Research Center. The place was not crowded when visited during a public holiday. However, there is no obvious signboards or instructions to indicate the entrance as it really took us quite some time to search for the entrance.

Great view. Reasonable prices. Good service. Not busy. Child-friendly. Had birthday tea with my five year old daughter at the Top, they brought in a little cake with a candle. Go at sundown as it starts to get dark and you see some awesome sunsets.

3 hours and rm300 worth of lunch for 5 persons. Superbly worth it as it includes the entry ticket as well. On top of that, because you have a reservation at Top View restaurant, you get the chance to go up via VIP lane. No need to que at all. The meal ? Fantastic. What a way to enjoy a tasty meal with the best view from level 68. Must try !

Enjoy the views and the glass walkway, the rainbow walk. It was not busy so we did not feel crowded so we were able to take our time. Due to Covid restrictions the number of people in the elevator is restricted so plan to wait in the line a little longer.

Not too crowded as we went on a weekday. Female toilet was dirty, wet, cubicles did not have tissue. Staffs were limited to certain areas/elevators only, not sure why.

Mandatory to pay salary on the 7th but often THE TOP company enter the salary on the date after one to 2 days(Info from THE TOP STAFFS). Promise is a promise. It's okay when 7th falls on weekends.Treat them as your staff. THEY ARE NOT YOUR SLAVE.

Gives you 360 view of Penang. We came at around 3PM so we only enjoyed the observatory at level 66. The open air deck at level 68 was way too hot to be enjoyed at that time. It's better to come later in the evening so you can enjoy the sunset. We came on Saturday but the place is not that busy (maybe because we come when it's still very hot).

Recommended for checking out the views of penang. This building is visible from a lot of places because it’s really tall. The facilities are quite old because it was built more than 20 years ago. I bought my tickets on klook.

We brought 9 attraction package. Skyline walk at level 68 was definitely worth it. We had lunch in the restaurant at level 68 and food was ok 3/5 and coffee was 2/5. Level 65 is a bit boring and the view is limited by glasses. You get a much nicer view on level 68. Kids play and Jurassic park are at level 5 and 6. Lots of cars and rides for kids.

This tower is so much more casual than the KL Tower and less crowded! The views are spectacular! The glass for you to take photos is great and not crowded since we went on a Tuesday afternoon! The 68th floor half walk was amazing! Again, as petrified as I was, you would never know! We didn't do the rest of the cheesy kid stuff. The reason why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathrooms reek of urine! My husband says the Men's is bad too! Why? We went both near the entrance before going up to the top and then again on the 65th floor! This is the first place I've ever been at in Malaysia that has smelled this bad! Even the hawker food areas don't smell like this! I mean it was ridiculous!

An Indoor theme park located in the Komtar building. Easy to find and park inside the building itself. Few many attractions to choose as a package. Skywalk is also located at the top floor of the same building. Staff are friendly but entry tickets are a bit pricey though.

Lunch at Topview Restaurant, the view is beautiful from the 59th floor, we can see the whole city of penang from above. Besides the view is good, the food is delicious, we get a three course meal which you can choose from any menu, starting from appetizer, main course and dessert. The staffs are friendly and fast response to customer need. Really worthed with an affordable price. definitely will come back here again if we go to penang.

Definitely a must go when you're in Penang. You are able to get city skyline views 65 floors above sea level, and if you're lucky enough, you can get a really cool sunset! There's a restaurant located right next to here, and you can also get magnificent views from there as well. There's also something called a lucky chair here, as well as a love lock over there. There are also chairs and shelter in case it rains.

Nice place, especially for kids. I booked a ticket via Klook and redemption is easy at the 6th floor. It comes with the entrance to aquarium, dinosaurs and the rainbow skywalk. It was a very nice experience, a lot of fun. You must visit here if in Penang, it’s in Komtar very near to Prangin Mall and First Avenue Mall so its very convenient location. I will come back with friends for sure.

Feels like going to another place. Theres tons of things to do. RM90+ per person to get into 9 different rooms/place. I love the dinasour, and sky/city view, science center and so on. Bought the tickets from online to the skywalk, so we did not have to wait at the queue. Purposely had a 25min ride from my location just to come here. After getting to the counter to get our tickets, staff told me that it was raining so they had to close the area. But the tickets were able to be used in 3 months. Alright, I'm okay with that, and so we came the next day again. The experience was suprisingly better than i thought. There were not much people lining up to enter. Once we entered, the staff leaded us to the lift and brought us all the way to the 65th floor and showed us a clip of what shall we do on the skywalk. After that, we have officially entered the area. I paid RM1 To use the telescope for a minuite but it seems to be malfunctioning, But it's alright. You'll have to wear some plastic slippers before you can step foot onto the skywalk, but i'm not sure what's that for. I reccomend you to come not long after it opens as you are able to take some good shots without people interupting. Other than the skywalk, there was also a fountain and a chair that makes you lucky? Have absolutely no idea if its real or not but you definetly should try it out. There were getting more and more people after lunch hour. Since we've already explored pretty much everything, we said goodbye. Worth the excitement? Well, I'd say it depends on yourself but i'm pretty sure there are better places than this. Not sure if I will be back again.

So many attractions here at such an affordable price. More discounts if you're a government staff. They have Jurassic Park, a very large Science based attraction, 7d theater, fish aquaria-like, observatory walk at level 65 & 68, etc. A must visit and spend one day there. But be aware of the time. Some attractions close earlier and has schedules for shows. Most recommended place to bring your children along for learning and fun!

The Top Penang is located in George Town. It’s a Theme Park with so many indoor activities. It has the Jurassic Research centre for kids who love Dinosaurs, Magic Mirror Maze, Aquarium, UFO-X , zombie outbreak, Tech Dome a science centre etc. A lot to do for both kids and adults . Can’t finish in a day but it’s best to go early and spend the whole day .

Had a lot of fun here with the skywalk , Gravitaz which is on the 65F. Apart from the great views you get to go for several challenges . We chose the half challenge which was 79myr. The instructor who guided us was quite professional and a nice person, he ensured our safety and putting on the safety gear. Overall looked the challenge. Also there’s a viewing deck on 68F which we didn’t get to go this time

Visited the aquarium, Dino park and the rainbow walk here. The maintenance and upkeep of the attraction definitely have seen better days. However if you happen to be in the area and have some free time it might be worth it to check it out. The view from the top floor is amazing, especially if you are there at sunset.

It's fun, the dinosaur park is hilariously funny - so bad it's good, all dinosaur painted same and the robotics Avery jerky. Top of the tower offers a great outlook of Penang - probably the best view of the city and bays.

Please improve the cleanliness of your female toilets. I went to 3 different toilets in different floors and still couldn't do what I needed to do. There were broken doors, flooded toilet floors, clogged toilet bowls. Smelly, filthy and no soap! Here we are trying to adhere to SOPs but there was no soap to wash our hands after using the toilet.

Amazing view for the whole city. The restaurant and the rainbow walk is at the same level. I recommended buying the voucher for the dinner so you can use those credits and you go up anyway to the top level. The only catch you cant enter the very small walk which is fully crowded with ppl anyway.

Great experience from buy ticket till end of our trip. Long queue but no long wait as will limit time for every single group in the skywalk. Nice view. We spend 4 hours there including dinner. This is a romantic place for candle light dinner yet the price is affordable, worth.

A group of us took up the offer of a set menu to dine at THE TOP on 26th February 2021 to celebrate the end of CNY. Due to current SOP our group of 30 occupied 15 tables (for couples) all set out nicely in a private area. Our contact Mei handled the complicated booking arrangements (including allowing us to pre-order our main courses) seamlessly. She stayed in regular contact and was able to cater for some variations along the way. The food was delicious. Main courses ranged from pizza; chicken; salmon; beef tenderloin; and spaghetti alio with prawns. They say you can’t please all the people all the time, but I have to report that not one person was unhappy with their meal choice. We were also able to enjoy fireworks up close and personal. So all in all it was a most memorable night.

We had a very wonderful evening there. The food was very delicious compliments to the chef and the waitress named Christine was very nice, humble, friendly and pleasant. Lots of choices for kids themed park adventure. Place is clean but it is a bit dated. Staff are friendly and it is not too crowded in the morning. Great place to bring kids to sweat it out in Dino Gym or learn some cool stuffs about dinosaurs. Do remember to bring a pair of socks, if not you can still get it at a reasonable price of RM5 a pair. Food options here are very limited. Suggest that you plan your time well and don't waste your calories since in you are in food haven Penang.

A must place to visit while you're in Penang, especially the Rainbow Skywalk at Level 68. The cost to go up there for Skywalk is RM 68 nett per head. But if you're in a big group or come with children you can purchase all of 9 stations - which cost you almost RM 100 per head for adult and child different price. Recommended place for those who travel and come to Penang. Can see the view of whole Penang island. Also have many attractions in one building.

Went to Penang for just 2 days around October 2019 and visited this place, it was really nice. Luckily it was very close to our hotel that we went walking. A little pricier than expected for expats in particular but it had A LOT of places to cover. Make sure you go early so that you have enough time to really go through everything and wear comfortable shoes, theres a lot of walking.

Really comfortable visit in current time. Easy go anywhere with kids using stroller because currently not lot of people visit. If don’t visit right now until may 2021, you will faced lots of people visit. Go!

The environment is cosy and good. Can see the management has put in the best effort to make it good. A lot of new things to try. The views from the top are amazing

Read some reviews for lunch and dinner the food is average, so we went for hi-tea and it's good! Worth the price, with the breath-taking view 💕

Overpriced for their stupid attractions. If you got free ticket, it is fine to go there. But if you need to pay, I would highly recommend to add more budget and go to Universal Studios Singapore (USS) instead for a better experience 🥳

The top was great for photo shoot. They have glass walk too. But the dinosaur park and aquarium was normal, only suitable for kids

Firstly, for any newcomers wanted to come to The Top, please take the lift near the carpark. During my visit on 23/11, there are no signage asking us to take the car park lift and we waited in front of the Main Entrance and the side entrance in Komtar waiting for it to be open, but thanks to the guy that own a shop near there told us to take the lift. - The Top Aquarium Not really as good as Aquaria but it's good for me. - Jurassic Research Center Hmmm... I swear there was an indoor intro show before proceed to the outdoor of the Jurassic Research Center but we were told to straight move to the outdoor section. Kind of a bummer since there is no transition from our world to the research center like we hope for based on some videos on YouTube. The Dinosaur animatronics is good some seem better days and the theming is actually good too as if Dinosaurs is invading Komtar but I really really hope that at least make a lake section or anything that has water since it was really really HOT during the afternoon so at least the water can cool us down - The Top and Rainbow Skywalk There is an indoor section and outdoor section. The indoor section there is also a window glass floor that you can take instagrammable pics. Sadly, Gravityz is not opened during my visit On the outdoor section, the skybridge there will be a photographer take pictures of you and your family but don't worry, after the take pictures of you, you and your family can personally and freely take pictures using your own camera. And later, if you want to buy the pictures that was took by the photographer, they will ask you to pay RM100 for two pictures and a folder, from my experience, just straight ask for a soft copy which costs RM25, they will not tell you until you exit from the photo booth.

Worth for the visit at dinosaurs park. The size of each dinosaurs is based on 1 to 1 actual size. Choose the time in the evening when you can watch the scenery on The Top before lights appeared in the darkness of the city.

We got a pass to visit 3 places: dinosaur park, aquarium and the view from the top. Tickets were 75rm per person. The dinosaur place was really captivating. The amount of thought put in decor, storytelling and dinosaur animatronics is amazing. The aquarium was below average. Nothing extraordinary. Just small fish kept in even smaller tanks. The view from the top is beautiful at night. There is a pricey restaurant available there as well.

I recently purchased a combo pass for RM75, which granted me access to three attractions: The Rainbow Skywalk, Top Boutique Aquarium, and Jurassic Research Center. Visiting on a weekend, I found the place to be pleasantly uncrowded. In my opinion, the aquarium was particularly captivating, while the jurassic research center fell short of expectations. This venue is ideal for families and children looking for a fun outing. However, the ticket prices can be a bit steep, especially for larger families. Keep in mind that the Rainbow Skywalk is closed during inclement weather, limiting the indoor experience. Nevertheless, the highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the stunning view of Penang Island from the 65th floor of the Komtar building. Overall, it was a worthwhile experience.

Would not recommend the aquarium and dinosaur park. Recommend the rainbow walkway if you are first time visiting penang. Went on a weekday so there is no queue. Suggest to book tickets on klook. There is discount for senior citizen.

Drinks n foods are amazing. Seating near the window aisle were superb with Andaman sea as the view area 😍
