Healthy dining concept. Service is good. Food wise it’s not bad just could be more flavourful. But the cheese meat ball and shrimp wonton is one of the best I have eaten before.

It's better to prebook the place before going as the space is limited. The soup has already been heated up upon my arrival and the fragance herbal smell emit from the stone grill is fantastic! Superb service 5/5. The lady is very kind, give recommendation and well explained on the speciality foods and drinks. The food is delicious and healthy! I ordered an set meal 75RM -consist of the coconut chicken soup, assorted vegetable, and the meat slice which is tender and fresh. I have additionally order an healthy drink -RM9 and shrimp dumpling (4pieces) -RM12 Lastly I packed away the soup as it is too nice but I'm too full for more. If you do not have a budget constraint, this is a highly recommended steamboat compared to others as it is healthier choice and also suitable for big group of people. Overall rating -4.5/5

Private rooms available upon booking. There are 3 small rooms that can be open into a big room. Excellent for private function & family / friends gathering. Very friendly & efficient staff. Always there to assist. Authentic stoneware pot with fragrant coconut chicken broth that is so delicious!! It gets even better once all the ingredients were put in 😋 A must try steamboat experience! Somewhat difficult to find parking as that area is a popular eatery spot. There are parking lots available just outside the shop or opposite on the other side of Burma Road.... But be careful when crossing the busy road, especially at night.

One of the best hotpot I had in Penang, besides Sawara. The fresh coconut and kampung chicken soup is so so so yummy! No MSG! Lap Mei fun is so so but chicken rice is good. My favorite is the fresh coconut and kampung chicken soup for hotpot! A must-try if you are here! If you plan to dine-in, call and book in advance as soup for hotpot needs 30 minutes to boil.

Cosy environment, outside also got place to park... Staff is friendly, and attentive... Coconut chicken - the soup is more to home Cook style, not so heavy...wont thirsty after drink the soup... But if u like strong flavour soup, this is not suitable for u.... The Chinese hotdog rice - the 'Chinese hot dog taste good but the rice just rice... The black soy sauce can't taste much... Conclusion: here is more for elder people or for those usually eat mild flavour... But overall dining experience was good.

Coconut chicken soup is refreshing and tasty. Claypot rice is also good but the lup Cheong is too sweet and contain quite abit of fats.

Waited for 20mins for the hotpot but it tasted good. Love the dumpling 🥟 Sad thing is the frozen fish was not fresh.

Prices here are more expensive vs other coconut steamboat.. But you can taste the quality in the soup and the ingredients you get. You won't get thirsty after eating.. Which means the shop owners don't use much msg. Free flow ice cream self service as your dessert. Private rooms available. Service is fast and efficient. The owner's name is Jason.. Very friendly guy who is always available. Parking a bit tough as limited parking. Can find more parking down the road. Or before Pykett school and walk a bit.

Coconut with kampung chicken soup was goood !! Not feeling thirsty after several bowl .. natural ingredients . Soup alone comes with generous amount of chicken . soup cooked in a ‘stone’ based pot , guess this is their signature . The straw based Vietnamese hat lookalike was use as the cover .. very traditional. The overall price is average . Spend RM150 for 4 pax with satisfied stomach ! the Fuchow ball was good , prawns was fresh and happen to have discount at RM20 for semi large 7 prawns , quite reasonable. Slice pork belly decorated on like laundry hanger.. nicely displayed but Small portion. After meal , you can roll a dice . If you score higher than the cashier , get a free gift … kind of surprise .. got a home-made dumpling even properly wrap in silver freezer pack ( not sure if i call it correctly) to take home . Waitress Aunty keep on recommend that home made dumpling which we didn’t choose because double the price of normal dumpling but get to bring back a few to try .. after draw the dice..that’s fun . Good promo strategy.. all other restaurants can consider . we will be back with bigger family group n will order that home-made dumplings for sure ! The shop english name Flavor Food was so hidden and not clearly visible. Only the big yellow Chinese words! Should consider for those don’t read Chinese characters. ‘ Flavor food ‘ …what a simple no-marketing driven name . The chinese shop name NATURAL STONE HOTPOT was self explanatory and draw curiosity , such a great shop name of vast difference with Flavor Food hotpot . Hey boss ! put some effort in the English shop name please !

Limited parking lot. Less crowded. The acclaimed Coconut chicken soup base is rather plain. Shall try its more premium black pepper pork belly soup base. There are various sauces and condiments at the back to spice up the taste, the captain recommended the combination of ginger Shacha, soya sauce, cilipadi and lime.

Must try their homemade, special made dumplings, meat etc. Friendly people, make you feel you're at home. This is how you should enjoy a steamboat meal.

Great place for a steamboat, must make reservation in advance. The chicken broth is cooked fresh in coconut meat. All ingredients are fresh. Great taste for a good price.

They have a very unique and authentic chicken soup that’s made only of coconut and salt without any MSG. The fish was very fresh and was told that they are organic fish fresh from the fisherman. Been here the second time after few years, the quality is still there. There are a couple of homemade dishes to order as well. So make sure you order the homemade “sui kao” and also the homemade meat balls. Do check out their drinks section as well as there are some nice drinks there ;) Nice environment and suitable for gatherings and birthday parties. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

Delicious coconut chicken steamboat. The extra side especially fishball, large dumplings and thin slices of foo chuk. Must try is the lap mei fan. Waiting time a bit long 30 mins as we just walk in and didn't do booking. Good service and all staff are attentive. Value for money RM101 for 2 persons

😠 I reached at around 2:30pm and still need to queue till 3:00 pm. Disappointed with the food because the deep fried fish roe and fish are hard rather than crispy. The gravy is also so so only.

👍 Queue seemed quite long when we arrived around 2.30 pm but we only waited about 20 minutes. I think they should have more signage to tell customers what to do so the process can be easier. There was only one waiter upstairs in the seating area so it was quite difficult to get his attention. Food is...
