Unfortunately
I
had
an
exceptionally
bad
experience
here
at
this
apparent
esteemed
restaurant.
First
off,
the
service
by
the
staff
was
terrible
-
they
just
quietly
stare
at
you,
no
smiles,
no
welcomes.
We
went
on
a
Friday
night
-
it
was
empty
except
a
couple
of
people
sitting
around
the
bar,
so
it's
not
like
they
had
much
to
do.
The
second
thing
was
the
food.
We
read
the
reviews
and
was
expecting
some
amazing
pizza,
since
it
seems
like
they
were
famous
for
it.
Unfortunately,
soggy
bread
and
tasteless
chunks
of
meat
were
on
it.
We
also
got
a
giant
bowl
of
salad
that
were
untossed,
in
a
bowl
that
couldn't
fit
them.
Fine.
I
decided
to
feedback
to
the
manager
on
duty
-
who
immediately
told
me
that
as
for
my
first
feedback,
it
was
because
the
staff
are
new.
Personally,
don't
think
it's
a
good
excuse
to
give.
New
or
not,
as
a
waiter,
the
job
is
to
make
customers
feel
welcomed.
If
you
mess
up
the
orders
or
things
like
that,
fine.
But
friendliness
isn't
something
trained.
Secondly,
he
also
tried
to
excuse
the
pizza,
telling
us
some
story
about
how
it
didn't
use
to
be
like
that.
Honestly,
wasn't
even
planning
to
write
a
bad
review,
just
wanted
to
quietly
give
him
some
constructive
feedback
on
how
to
improve.
But
since
the
manager's
attitude
was
like
this,
I
guess
that's
why
the
staff's
attitude
is
also
like
this.
I
really
tried
to
have
a
good
time,
and
I
appreciate
that
the
manager
gave
us
a
10%
discount
of
our
bill,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day,
it
was
a
really
unsatisfying
experience
and
I
would
recommend
you
to
find
someplace
else
to
have
a
good
night
out.
