A nice spot to relax in the city. With small gardens and benches to sit. Now are buildings in construction, but itโ€™s OK anyways. With a little port you can see the boats and enjoy.

The new waterfront entertainment and leisure precinct on the banks of the Swan River. I walk from the South Perth towards the city center and pass this lovely area. It has playground and even a water park for children. Lots of art works if you are an art lovers. It's easy access as well, ferry, train and buses station close by. Certain cruises are available for tourists.

Elizabeth Quay is officially my favourite place in Perth!! There is something truly special about this place that beats all other attractions, from restaurants to the magnificent backdrop of the city skyline to the swan river. There no words to describe how spectacular Elizabeth Quay really is other than a big WOW! You have to come see it to believe it! I absolutely adore this place so much and the walk across the Quay bridge with a spectacular backdrop on either side makes the visit extra special

Great place to visit on a warm evening. Has a good atmosphere. Get to see the lights of the city and be right by the water. I definitely recommend a visit here. A must for locals and tourists alike. We will be going back again soon for a meal and drinks at one of the bars/restaurants.

This is an amazing harbour (not sure if this word can be used for a river :) It gave me a Darling Harbour or Docklands feel except it felt a lot more cozy and everything was just so immaculate. The bridge that crosses the harbour is such a piece of art that is good for both walking on and looking at. The other major cities should learn from Perth!

This place is really easy to reach. All 3 public transports connect this place. Bus, train and ferry. It's easy if you have a transperth smart rider card to travel in these transports. The place is really wonderful during evening hours. A beautiful sunset and cool breeze makes it a very relaxing spot to be. It's good to try this place and have the great experience in person โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿซถ

I haven't been back here since the area opened quite a while ago. Big changes, lots of major hotels and a nice place to walk around. Great for young kids with the small amusement park and the water fountain area where the kids can cook off from the Perth sun.

Great place for a walk and enjoy the afternoon sunshine! Plenty of wide open paths with clear ramp access for those on wheels. Lots of construction going on in the surrounding buildings which is great to watch. Some great architecture around here and some really nice little cafes and restaurants scattered throughout.

We visited Elizabeth Quay in the evening. There is a nice bridge, restaurants, sculptures and a great view of the buildings. It was pretty cold when we were here due to the strong wind but the sunset view was great.

Elizabeth Quay has been turned into an Advent Funfair in the lead up to Christmas ! With rides that would rival any Royal Show in Australia, the wild screws and shrieks of giddy youngsters spinning around is a testimony of the fun to be had! Coupled with a dazzlingly colourful light display and a live band blaring from one of the many restaurants around the Bay, this venue has been transformed into an entertainment venue for all ages and budgets! What a great precinct for safe family fun and entertainment. (I just hope the people living in the apartments overlooking the area have good soundproofing on their doors & windows!) Great venue for families with teenagers and school-aged kids. The nearby restaurants were doing a roaring trade with office parties and other informal get-togethers. It has a party vibe rarely found in Perth. Highly recommended . Free entry... no tickets required.

We went to EQ to show guests around by taking the ferry from South Perth. Haven't been there for months there are lots of changes happening and it's still having development going on. The place is really nice to relax and enjoy the scenery and atmosphere. Being located in the heart of the city, the EQ is surrounded by tall buildings, the lack of greens like trees /plants made me have that corporate feeling. One suggestion is, during the night, the EQ would attract more visitors should it have more decorative lights with colours. The lights will also help the area look brighter. Overall, it's a good place to walk around and relax or bringing visitors along.

Elizabeth Quay in the heart of Perth is undeniably one of my favorite spots. This picturesque waterfront haven not only offers stunning views but also provides a vibrant atmosphere that I love to immerse myself in. The abundance of coffee shops and restaurants along the quay makes it a perfect destination for refreshments, adding to the overall charm. Whether I'm enjoying a leisurely coffee or a satisfying meal, Elizabeth Quay encapsulates the essence of Perth's beauty, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and urban energy. It's a place where the city comes alive, and every visit feels like a delightful escape. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking the soulful experience of Perth's urban charm.

We went down to check out the big Mining trucks that were there. They were awesome but we also rode the Amazing Carousel and the boys had a play in the water park and also the playground out the back. There are beautiful places to eat and enjoy the lovely view. The train also stops right at Elizabeth Quay which makes it very easy to access.

Elizabeth quay is really becoming interesting and fun. You can let the kids play in the sprinklers, go to the gelato place, watch game carousel, go to any number of cool bars and restaurants etc etc. We mostly spent the day finding many shady spots for lunch and afternoon tea. The only problem is where to park in a disabled van as there are limits to 1 hour which doesn't allow much time if your customer takes an hour to eat and you need to use the changing places facility.

Good spot to set as a target or halt during a jog or cycle run if you live in the Perth CBD area. You can sit and relax a bit on the stones fixed in front of the sculpture while you can also get some good camera shots to enrich your collection of scenery around swan river.

Charming place in a super location by the river. Good selection of restaurants, fun wet play area for kids that cleverly also serves as an attractive visual feature, and proximity to a metro stop. Only real downside is where to park your car ...in fact, don't come here by car, okay?

Gorgeous. My favourite spot in Perth. I would highly recommend coming at sunset and either have a drink at 'The Island at Elizabeth Quay' or sit by the water. You can also stand on the bridge and look out over the bay. At night the city is lit up and looks incredible from here.

A nice spot to wander around or just sit and take in the views of the Swan River of the Perth skyline. Can be busy on weekends however. Not the cheapest place to purchase food or beverages. Make sure you have your camera as there are many sites to snap away at. Currently dolphins have return and can been seen playing on the Swan River around the Quays.

Nice place to visit...ideal for tourists when they are allowed back in.. Regular ferry service to South Perth and Gondola service operating with people onboard and young kids enjoying the water feature in the warm sunshine. All added to the atmosphere...around the Quay... A chair lift from the Quay to Kings Park would add to a potential tourist hotspot...that Perth so desperately needs...

Booked a table for 7.30 on a Saturday night left at 11.30. Food was outstanding service was diabolical. 3 times we ask staff for water never ever got it. Drinks took forever to come. Food come out in stages so we didn't get to eat together. Main course started to come out before starter plates where cleared so had no where to put the plates. Had to keep asking them for service. Not once did anyone check to see if everything was ok. Asked for desserts told kitchen now shut. First time we see one of the staff move faster than a snail was when we wanted to pay the bill.

Stayed at the Quay, nice enough for a night. Room was clean and a decent size. Lovely bathroom. Pillows were hard so not a good night's sleep. The bed was fine though. The rooftop bar was nice. Didn't eat here as it was all booked up, there are plenty of places within walking distance to get food.

We went to the Oct 2020 school holiday "School's Out Fest". In the Elizabeth Quay location was the Fun Fair. Only $12 for a one hour session where adults and kids can go on unlimited rides. There were the bigger and faster rides for teens and adults, to smaller and kid- friendly ones. It's a good sized area where you can still keep an eye out for the kids if they run in different directions once you get in....just set a meeting area in the centre for safety. There were several toilets as well. Afterwards my kids and I had a walk around the area, taking lots of photos by the water. With The Reveley (3 levels of different dining options), The Island (with a playground nearby), Gusto Gelato, V Burger Bar (BHP Water Park nearby) and Amberjacks (fish & chips) among the places you can eat...there's plenty to see and do. Feeling a bit more special? The Ritz Carlton is nearby with their food and bar offerings too. Elizabeth Quay is a lovely place to enjoy the outdoors both during the day and night.

Elizabeth Quay at first felt like a punch to what was once a peaceful grassy getaway from the city not too far away from the train station. Overtime it's personally grown on me and is a nice place to visit and go for a relaxing walk. There's a few cafes and restaurants nearby which give it the added bonus to stick around or the excuse to grab a quick but whilst you're out for the day.

This is a very beautiful Quay in Perth City. We took a cool and leisurely walk around the city and chose to this area to end our walk, visiting the Quay, walk over the bridge and to the Bell tower. Perhaps because it was a bright blue and cooling day, every photo seems to turn out well. We were lucky to encounter an cute little bird (some googling later found out its called a "Willie Wagtail") that keeps wagging it's tail (reminds me of moulin rouge)! Very cute! And an Australian Darter - quite a big bird with neck that looked like a snake! The bay area has lots of photo opportunity of high rise beautiful buildings reflected on blue clear waters. There is also a nice playground where the kids had a quick run over the ropes, nets and slides, before we walk to the bell tower. Could hear the bells ringing a beautiful song (don't ask me the name of the song).

Beautiful spot to walk around, especially if you work in the city and looking for a lunch time escape. Unfortunately there are a lot of constructions at the moment which makes the experience not as enjoyable as usually due to the noice.

Great place to visit and enjoy the scenes of the area. There are plenty of food and snack options in the area. Not a far walk into the CBD if you want more options to drink, eat, or shop.

A nice place to take a walk and enjoy the breeze. Easily accessible from the city centre. Good to sit around and enjoy a meal too. Best time to come is probably evening.

It was quiet when we visited, but it looks like it would be a bit more exciting when busy and in better weather. Lots of places to eat, and there's a bunch of tour options

Terrific place to visit old planes. Better than the Museum in Singapore.

Went here with my students on a Sunday afternoon, and it was nice. It was cloudy, and a bit windy so be careful of that. But it was nice to enjoy the serenity.. If you have time, you can also take a ferry and cross to the South Perth

Awesome views, clean and well managed paths and spaces. Always love to keep walking at night around the Elizabeth Quay. Ever on one side and buildings on other with lights on, create a very nice ambiance.

A pretty little area which has been developed out of seemingly nothing, just a few minutes' walk from Elizabeth Quay train station. There's an attractive footbridge which takes you to The Island with its cafรฉ/bar where we enjoyed an early lunch. Great views across the Swan River and the waterfront. You can also catch a ferry to South Perth and the zoo from here.

Beautiful spot. Pretty waterfront walk, well kept, pleasant atmosphere, there was even a small market of various goods varying from clothing and local souvenirs to street foods and sweets. The only concern we had was that of finding a restaurant with the apparently defunct and rebuked "table service" of old (as it would seem). We looked everywhere. It appears these have all but gone from most touristic sites like this in WA. And the Ritz Carlton is right there, too?!? ...I wonder if the hotel's guests opt for the 'one' choice on the menu in these parts? The; "Purchase at the counter and find yourself your own table" special.

Beautiful area, randomly stumbled upon a boat adventure while walking along the Quay. Wild West adventures, highly recommended. Also plenty of things to see and do along the Quay.

There are always lots of fireworks shows. The best time to visit here must be in afternoon. Get your partner here and chill up for the rest of the day.
