Great coffee. Probably the best in Perth city. It's smooth tasting, the milk is hot but never burnt and service is fast and friendly. The toastie is perfectly cooked. Crunchy edges, generous fillings, and great mix of flavours.

The atmosphere of this small Cafe is fantastic. The interior design is so cool blended with the soft music playing inside which is very relaxing. Because it is a small cafe it seems like most office workers in the city are grabbing their takeaway coffee in the mornings, however there is some fairly trendy seating insidr and outside to accommodate anyone wanting to dine in. The staff were super friendly. Called me by name and always smiling, well dressed and just very customer service focused people. The coffee itself is very smooth. I loved it.

If only I could eat the terrazzo tabletops; they looked like the most delicious nougat. Smooth operator is the kind of coffee shop that you should walk across to he city to get to during your lunch break. If you live or work nearby then clearly you are blessed.

Coffee at Smooth Operator coffee is great! Awesome, cosy little cafe just on the edge on Perth CBD. This cafe is well situated for the various offices and hotels in the Western part of Perth CBD. The coffee is very carefully brewed and served by the barristas and friendly cafe staff. It tastes great, smooth delicious coffee, great for starting the day, or relaxing and unwinding while on a coffee break. The chilled mysic drifting through the cafe helps promote the relaxed atmosphere too. If you're feeling peckish there is a good good selection too. From simple vegemite on toast, through almond croissants, to other delicious treats! Smooth Operator Coffee is on the whole a great cafe in Perth, and a wonderful place to get your coffee from.

Absolutely the best coffee in Perth. The vibe is right, the staff are top quality and the coffee couldn’t be more on point - attention to detail 10/10. Almost croissant was perfection. Other cafes take note - this is how it’s done! Even under pressure (both times I’ve been there was a line out the door) staff are cool, calm and the product was faultless. A rarity in Perth!

This small cafe is an absolute gem. Their coffees are beautiful as they use a bean that is smooth and leaves no after taste. Their lattes are to die for. We stayed 4 days in the hotel across the street and every morning had our coffees there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I Highly recommend it if you are a coffee lover.

Easily the best coffee in Perth's CBD west end. Outstanding long mac and the cinnamon babka was delish.

Arguably the best coffee shop in Perth CBD. This place is a quaint little shop and easy to miss (look out for the ‘coffee.’ sign), but they dish out the creamiest, smoothest coffees. Highly recommend the oat milk in your coffee of choice - you won’t go back to dairy milk! Coffee is always well presented too.

Consistently good coffee, that's what you want. Using the Twin Peaks roasted beans they have the staple Seasons Best blend as well as rotating offerings to try out. Had an Ethiopian origin long macchiato today and have the Seasons Best at home. Coffee made by people who love their coffee and I am happy to support that.

I have been going to this place for a few years now but I thought it’s time to also leave a review. The coffee and toasties are consistently good, above and beyond all other cafes nearby. Definitely my favourite place for a long Mac topped up.

Hot morning? Too hot for coffee? Never! Smooth Operator has great coffee, and if you want it chilled, a great range of chilled coffee and tea selections. It can get pretty busy so pick your times wisely. Great coffee!!

Great coffee shop, friendly service. However the best bits the awesome toasties. The pastries are also delicious, recommended the mushroom danish.

Hands down one the BEST toasties I have ever eaten. Easy to order online and walk down rather than having to line up and wait. Staff were lovely too. 100% recommend!

Super friendly staff can’t fault the friendly nature and the store but unfortunately our coffees were below standard. Under extracted shots and not properly textured milk, which results in a bad coffee.

Great cafè with warm atmosphere. Service is chill yet efficient. Feels like a cosy bar with nice tunes. Coffee is strong yet smooth – as the name suggests. I like the lady-gaze branding 👀. I think it would be even greater if espresso with fresh cream was available. Coffee is slightly more expensive comparatively but worth it.

Wish they had more seating - I was lucky to have a table vacated just before receiving my order that I initially had to-go. Staff had no qualms plating the toasties instead of boxing them up. The Italian toastie was super tasty and I loved the fragrance of the herbs. Probably the best coffee I've had so far on my trip (5th day so far). Perth's coffee is decent, reliable, to a point where all flat whites end up tasting very similar across cafes. The flat white from here made me perk up a little.
