Waited over 20 minutes in line to be served for two coffee and a piece of cheese cake. Had to repeat my order 4 times to the person behind the till. There was no apologies for the wait even tho the cafe wasn’t overly busy at the time. The Cheesecake I ordered was thrown and served in a paper bag. When ask for a plate, was told there was none. Had to wait a further 20 minutes for the coffee and one was the wrong one…. End up just leaving because had enough by this point Coffee wasn’t nice. Was very bitter

25 Min wait for coffees. No way. The Cafe wasn't even busy, more than half the cafe was empty. Imagine when it is busy. If there are events on at the exhibition centre, put more staff on or staff who can keep up.

Called in with friends for a drink and a spot of lunch. Waited in line for approx 5 mins. When served ordered burger and chips. Waiting 15 mins asked how much longer was told 15 mins. Lady ordering at that time got her food 5 mins later. Half hour goes by ask again where food is told it's still waiting to be cooked. Asked for refund as friends had already finished food ordered and drinks. Was told I wasn't able to have refund as it's being cooked. It's a patty that's it. Food arrived 5 mins later. All it was is one pickle one little lettuce one tomato and patty. Absolutely shocking service. Tables weren't cleaned and prices through the roof. Save your money and time and walk somewhere else.

Absolutely unprepared for a busy day, clearly inexperienced staff who don’t seem to be in any hurry at all to get through the long line of people for the mega bingo - what a disappointment

Poor on the cafe behalf, when you have multiple events on and the food has run out by 9am and told there wouldn't be more muffins etc. Very ill prepared

Grabbed a take away latte from here today. Staff were lovely, but unfortunately it was the most tepid, weak coffee I've ever bought.

Slow slow slow bad service. Took 20 mins to make a coffee that was cold. Resulted in being late to conference - the only reason for being there.

It’s a very pretty restaurant/cafe but that’s where the goodness ends. The cabinet had slim selections and half the stuff was missing. The service was the worst! The boy and girl working at about 11am on 29/10/2023 were so rude. They didn’t even serve, the totally ignored! Just went onto the other people despite standing right in front of them for a couple minutes… don’t waste your time or $$ even going here

Rang this establishment to ask if they still take cash 💲💲 and they said no 🤦‍♀️. I won't do business with them when I go over to WA. NO CHOICE NO SALE. STAND UP AUSTRALIA. This was an excellent experience (i had coffee over 3 days and a wrap to eat on one day). It really surprised me to have such good service at a convention centre cafe - all the staff were engaged and communicated very well. wish other businesses in perth could be this service oriented!

I have never waited 45mins for an average take away coffee.

Discovered this unique, hidden find on the way back to my car park after work. They have great local wines, served by knowable staff. Will definitely be back.

No food for anyone with dietary requirements. Not enough food to cater for theatre goers. Poorly staffed and equipped for large show audiences. Staff were friendly enough. Overall, very disappointing as the only cafe in the area. Lunch and a show? Go elsewhere.
