They have enhanced charges and these are no more competitive. Still you get safe parking, nice ambience, receptive staff and nicely cooked well presented food. Do check your bill and ask for removal of mineral water charges if you haven't opened as these are there by default.

Avoid staying at this hotel at any cost. This is even worst than a 3 star hotel yet they charge same as 4 star hotel. No hygiene (used, unchanged sheets and bedding), nit cleaned room, leaking tap and flush, clogged drains and no sound proofing in room. The breakfast was also very basic and not fresh.

Chicken strips were too much yummy but after refilling taste was not horrible.

Attended a Hi Tea Party by a very close friwnd on her Dua e Khair. Dishes were excellent, tasty and environment was good enough. We sat in family hall. We enjoyed the food and aroma of the place.

I had an incredible experience, The staff is great and helpful. I was described in detail about all the complementary services I may get during my stay. Food was also good. Rooms are clean and cozy as good as any top class hotel.

I have been travelling for work since more than 10years now across Pakistan and from quite a few years to peshawar as well. I always stay at shelton rezidor due to some plus such as the room rates are fairly economical, the location is good, the hotel felt safe and the staff above all were very welcoming yet professional. To my utter disappointment my stay this month was not good at all. Few highlights as below:- The breakfast Managment has been recently changed and have zero sense of hospitality or customer service. Although it is a breakfast buffet on room rent,mind you they count and calculate what you are eating and how much you are eating. Plus the breakfast menu has been squeezed few items removed also there is something out of the order for example the toaster was not working bread wasn't fresh at all they would make such faces if ud ask for fresh omlete or egg and one day although there was just me alone it took them good 25min to serve me an egg. Now rest apart the rooms to my surprise this time had no locks at all and the sliding glass door in the bathroom has uneven sharp edges not maintained properly at all. And to top it all the rooms weren't sparkling clean unlike earlier times. I could see dirt in every corner and despite constant feedback and complains the room makeover was kind of like just making up the bed.. Only! No vaccume no dusting nothing!!! And and there is more.. The Internet WiFi is pathetic.. On off on off... Highly disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

Have been there several time for dinner and Hi-tea . They are giving many offers to the customers like Hi-tea platter , Hi-tea buffet , Dinner Buffet etc, so they can choose accordingly to their need . The meal is tasty . The staff is cooperative. There may be somewhat car parking issue , as you may have to park the car by the road side while dinning in .

Pros: Comfortable stay relatively, the executive room has twin double beds so that gives plenty of space. Hotel is well maintained, power backup kicked in immediately as power went out. They need to focus on cleanliness, showers clogged, a sharp water stream from shower throws you off balance, the soap holder was probably last cleaned in the first year of hotel operation. Forgot to take pictures. No terrace, no view.. Food Tried dinner buffet which is 1200 each so not much expensive but the food quality is equally cheap. I felt like eating at an average wedding reception but here some dishes were not even refilled.

One of the best places for Hi-tea. Had a good variety and taste . It covers the menu for almost all types of food - pakistani , Chinese, barbeque, fast food and even desserts had quite a variety. Another plus point is they dont serve a single glass of Mint Margarita instead had pitchers for refill. It's cost effective too. Overall a good experience 👍

The worst part of my stay was the ineffective air conditioner. i had to request a change my room, but they didnt change my room and yet the problem persisted. Even worse, the staff seemed unconcerned about the issue. staff atitude very bad, very bad experience, wifi also not working in room. poor services.

The housekeeping of the rooms is very bad. There is an issue with hot water though they have small electric geysers in the washroom they carry very small amount of water which is not sufficient for a bath

REPLACE ALL STAFF! I was staying there during a business trip. No breakfast buffet, staff didn't know what an espresso shot is and completely served the wrong breakfast as ordered. Function at 8pm which made it impossible to sleep. Reception staff had the audacity to tell me that there is no noise. Nice rooms but horrible staff!

A really nice hotel to stay in the provincial capital of KPK, the city of Peshawar. The hotel has rather small area but multiple floors makeup for the congested space. They’ve decorated the place really well and kept the touch of classic living rooms in their lounges. The waiting area on the ground floor is very well decorated giving a glimpse of royal charm of living. The rooms are spacious, well lit, separately air conditioned (no central air conditioning), provided with basic furniture and a TV with satellite channels. Washrooms are neatly built, but small and compact but workable. However they don’t provide hair dryer in washrooms. Despite everything being nice and cozy, the breakfast at the restaurant is very limited with narrow range of options. No muffins, croissants, fresh fruits, butter or even paratha and omelette were available. This pushes down the rating.

I think the buzz about Shelton’s hi-tea is incorrect or maybe it’s no more as good as it used to be. Anyways, this was my first visit to the Rooftop Hi-Tea with BBQ. The only thing on the grill was Malai Chicken and nothing else. The salad and chat table was so close to the soup and other items that hardly a person could stand there. If a female would come to refill her plate, it would become hard for both a male and a female. The wings were half cooked, yes, chicken not properly cooked. That’s dangerous man. None of the guests were wearing masks and how could they? They were there to eat but if there was a little more space maybe maybe the virus, the uneasiness and the awkwardness at the food tables could have been avoided.

I was there for a medical Seminar which was followed by a buffet dinner. When i entered the main gate i was amazed by their interior, small but magnificent, other services were nice, food quantity was .more than enough, quality and taste was good too. The buffet at zanibar was a bit disappointing. They had a very small list of items for the price they are charging for their buffet. My advice pay 200 extra and enjoy almost 150 % more items at Sheraz Ronaq. 3 star only because the food quality was not that bad.

This review applies only to the Hi-tea at the Zanzibar restaurant of Shelton Hotel. I have been visiting it for Hi-tea on and off since 2018. I regret to say that my last visit (July, 2022) was a complete disappointment. The prices have gone through the roof while the quality has hit rock bottom. Even the tikka boti in the main course tasted really strange. It was supposed to be Barbecued, yet it didn't feel like it. It was heavy and stuffy. Didn't feel like just barbecue, it had gone through some other process as well. The chicken wings were perhaps marinated with some flour and then deep fried. Never had chicken wings like that. There was only chicken but it wasn't good in any of the forms it was offered. The only likable item in the main course were seekh kebabs. That's it. Which doesn't justify around 1500+ PKR for high tea alone. I don't intend to visit it in the future and won't recommend it either. It offers no value for money. Better go to the adjacent KFC or some other place, especially if you have kids.

Staying at Shelton was the WORST experience ever. Yes, the staff was co operative but service was pathetic.... We booked an executive room and the floor was extremely sticky, got it washed twice but still was not clean.... Muslim shower in bathroom was on the opposite side which caused great inconvenience... Bed sheets were stained, pillows were torned. The sheets they brought after one hour of waiting, were again stained red I won't ever recommend this place to anybody
