June 2022 update: Dropped one star, due to the negligence of the place. The toilets and facilities are in bad shape. The floor painting is peeling. The car race simulation is gone and there's an empty place (for hire). We arrived at 9:30 but the cafeteria opened only one hour later, so we had to go and buy coffee at the petrol station 200m from there - actually it's a far cheaper solution... September 2016: Great fun for kids, but very crowdy and noisy on Saturdays and holidays.

This kids loved it, but ... it's overly expensive, WAY under air conditioned, and they rip you off for another 7 sheks requiring "their" socks. And.... it's not kosher so all we could get was drinks, ice, or ice cream.

The kids had fun but the place is not maintained, dirty, the collar doesn't work, the cars collide don't work and the climbing wall doesn't work. The kids say the pizza is cold too. Terrible acoustics and bad music.

The airconditioner doesn't work properly, it's very hot especially for the jumpers, but for the parents as well

Poor experience, the place requires "jumping permit" which is impossible to print due to lack of maintainance of self service kiosks, very long lines due to only one cashier on the busiest day of the week. All of that to find out that a ridiculously small space is allowed for 3-6 kids. Disappointing to the point I'm not even going to redeem a discounted voucher we paid for and would rather driving out of the city for better service and overall experience. Air-conditioning does not work for over a month, and you can't imagine the heat and smell.

Really dirty, it's a shame that the place is neglected like this, it seems that there is no manager in the place!

Very recommended place to burn your kids energy with a lot of what to do for kids and not only. The service is bad. Feels like the place is running by bigger kids whit no adult managment around. A little chaos I would say. Also there is a cafeteria with icecream pizza popcorn and more...

We bought tickets for 12:30, when we arrived we were told that due to overcrowding we can't get in until 14:00. Only the 3rd teenager who was designated as Manger actually listened to my inquiry what would stop the same thing happening at 14:00. we got in at 13:00 but the energy wasted getting in made the whole ordeal just not worth it.

A great place for kids. Prices are very high. Little popcorn is 15 ₪, for example. Too much people, not too many sits or tables.

Just loved it! Very funny and joyful place for kids and their parents, and adults. The price is reasonable and they also making tasty pizza at the place 🤗
