Nice hotel some 2 minutes walking away from the beach. Basic but clean and nice with aircon and fan, TV, very good Internet. Staff is nice and friendly. Neighbourhood is nice and full of small restaurants and stores, the night market is 5 minutes away just as the Buddhist temple. You get more then you pay for.

Had a booking with agoda. The guy called his boss who said they had no rooms available. Obviously every hotel is practically empty at the moment so i assume they mean they just didnt have a room ready because they werent expecting any guests. Don't advertise rooms if you dont have them. It wastes people's time. Edit to reply to the owner's comment: I came to the right place. I had a valid booking (pay at the hotel) and was turned away.

A nice quiet hotel. I stayed on the top floor which is pretty large but suffers from a few issues. The shower and sink water pressure are weak, oddly the bidet hose is powerful. Ants were present in the room. The worst offender is the thin dividing wall. I could hear the couple in the next room far too well for comfort! But overall for the price it's a good hotel to pick, the beds and linen are good, there's a fan and aircon as well as a fridge. The top floor has its own courtyard, kitchen and viewing platform and is particularly quiet. I would definitely stay again.

The hostel is located just few minutes from the beach. the street is very quiet and safe by day and night, also easily accessible by public transportation. It is a very good location. The staff and managers are adorable, attentive and very professional (especially compared to other nearby hostel). Motorbike and laundry available and good wifi. The room are clean, every bed in dormitory has curtains and saftybox. The price is a great value for this high quality.

Jomtien hostel is in a nice location because I love to stay in quite atmosphere. Hostel owner Mr. Jon is a great person, very smart and talent. I noticed that always he tried to cooperate his gust just because he is very very very helpful person. Once I saw that he went to the hospital with his sick guest. And about the facility of the hostel, in one word I would say everything is awesome and perfect to stay but dorm's washroom is tiny. Anyway.... I guess if I ever been in Patty again off course I will stay Jomtien hostel. Anyway I am wishing him good luck and have more success in life.. Thanks Shaheen Dhaka Bangladesh.

the rooms with balcony to the south are absolutely quiet at night and for the price one of the best values in Jomtien.

Nice affordable place to stay in Jomtien Beach. This guesthouse gets all the essential things right. Spacious dorms, good AC, one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve had in Thailand, comfortable bed linen, Each bed has a private curtain, WiFi, room cleaned to a high level, free water. Good quiet location in Jomtien area away from loud bars. Only 300m to Jomtien Beach. The manager Jean was very helpful and the other staff as well. They have use Glass bottles of water for reducing plastic waste. It’s a great idea. One of the better places I’ve stayed in Thailand at this price.

Call the places like any other hostel place the service is not a good under cleaning is so right not perfect but all right a location is a little far away but for the price is good it's no bill to the beach for there but it's off the bed inside in the alley

I had an amazing stay at Jomtien Hostel and everything was just with one word: ENJOYABLE! Receptionist did his best to accommodate every need that arose. Well managed run business and I will be returning every time when visiting Pattaya, in future.

Highly recommended !! Really good value for money, good location (next to the beach, family mart, bars restaurants etc... We also appreciated the fact that it's pet friendly as we have a dog. Nice big and clean room with 2 beds, desk, aircon, sofa, bacony, hot shower etc... Will definitely come back when we come back to Jomtien beach :))

Having good time here at Jomtien hostel, quiet nice air-con room just 150 meters from the beach at the super price of 360 thb with all facilities. WiFi, cable tv, cotton sheet bed, balcony, scooters for rent (with local or international license) The boss is super cool and speaks several languages fluently (English, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Arabic}. Also monthly rooms starts at 6000 thb ++ Option I may take as I want to stay around here for a while.

This hostel is quite nice for the price. I think the price was about 240 for a night in a 6 bed dorm. The dorm beds are slightly comfortable, the pillows are really great. The duvet/blanket is more like a big towel. The air conditioning worked really well and there was even a balcony (which doesn't look at much). The locker space under the bed had lots of space and was very secure. You also get a key card which lets you into the hostel at any time of night. There's not much atmosphere in the hostel so maybe not the best place to stay for lone backpackers.

Pro: this premises have elevator wifi and kitchen but look filthy and unorganized free drinking water only on a first night Con: First I have got standard room on 4th floor (401) next to the elevator and trash bin LoL secondly most of the stuffs are dated except flat screen Tv kettle and fridge doing o.k Aircon not working properly you have to turn wall fan to get quick cool down thirdly there are only 2 tiny bar soaps no shampoo in the bathroom and the last issues is you have to walk all the way down to the end of the road(200 meters from the beach)that almost hit Jomthien 2nd road anyway the front guy gave me really good service that 's awesome though 👍👍

I stayed there 3 month ago.I did not like it at all.Staffs stare at me when I was sitting downstairs or when eating in kitchen,I got disturbed.and there was a very bad smell coming from corridor.I got disturbed to stay there.

I rented a private room for a month. It was clean, well managed accommodation with friendly staff.

Located 300 meters from Jomtien beach got upgraded due to holiday season thanks to receptionist that's a compliment my room located on 4th floor but don't need to worry there are elevator in the bldg look old and clumsy but worth if u have big suitcase or elderly with u also a huge fridge free 🍼 good pillow but mattress is harder than usual may fit local needs bathroom is o.k with good hot and strong shower and also big closet with safty box and sofa on top of that strong air-conditioning fan and big flat screen tv that's awesome overall satisfied make sure book early will get good price my room 407 with balcony have a great view and the biggest ones nice!!

The owner (or at least the person at the reception who introduced himself as John) told us a very sad story about not getting a Russian visa as if we were responsible for that! Should I be instantly responsible for all the Russian policy before someone even knows my name?! (he never asked!) Or is it OK as long as you are Russian? Seems you will have to tolerate this kind of attitude (a little racist to say the least)! Made me feel awful! Ashamed, embarrassed and extremely disappointed with the choice of a place to stay. Ruined the whole impression of the place at once. Don't recommend it to anyone from Russia and to anyone who is sensitive to racist claims.

It is exactly as advertised and what you see on pictures. The hostel is situated at the end of a quiet street, not far from the beach and a few restaurants in the same street. Nice touch: free drinking water provided. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, good working A/C, hot shower, fridge & TV and a good sized room & balcony overlooking an empty but green plot. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay of almost a week and would return anytime again.
