The hotel has nice rooms and facilities and a nice view however my biggest issue was Noisy rooms. Can hear next room all the time. Connecting door with other rooms. Can hear everything. Shower. Toilet. Noisy corridor. Kids and people shouting and opening closing doors all day. Very bad soundproofing. Will never stay here again. Booked suite for privacy but not able to get good sleep in this hotel. Very frustrating and annoying. Lots of kids and children in the hotel. They should have separate floor with families and kids and separate for business and solo travelers. Not give same floor.

Beautiful western style hotel with the NICEST STAFF! Great service. Gorgeous amenities. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Rooms were nice, comfortable and average/small in size rooms compared to the size of the hotel. Nice bathrooms with a great shower (double shower heads). Elevators are not air conditioned, but everywhere else in the hotel is very comfortable. The extra "bed" for a third person is a seat whose cushions unfold at floor level. It is not a fold out twin bed at normal bed height (more like 3 sofa cushions put together as a bed on the floor). Our 17 year old did not complain. :) The hotel is attached to a fantastic mall with anything you need and a lot of food options. There is a small night market across the street. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great hotel, highly recommended. Rooms are nicely decorated, facilities are excellent esp. the pools. Restaurants food are very good with reasonable price. The location is convenient, just above the Terminal 21 shopping mall.

I recently had the pleasure of staying this place , and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay. The resort/hotel grounds were stunning, with well-manicured gardens, pristine pools, and breathtaking views. The dining options were also top-notch, with delicious food and a great selection of drinks. Overall, I can't recommend enough - it's the perfect destination for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Fantastic hotel located just beside Terminal 21 shopping mall which has 24 hour access to Foodland. The swimming pool is to die for. My infant son loved it. A stone throw away from the beach and Chinatown. Transport is convenient by taking the songtheaw which cost 20 baht.

Very convenient location attached to Terminal 21 mall The check in/out at front desk is quite busy with guest queueing making the experience less than pleasant, considering the level of hotel. But the professional staff dealt with queue in timely manner a more relaxed check out times could have alleviate this with staggered checkout times

Great value for money. Excellent rooms, breakfast, restaurant at level 32. Decided on last 2 nights of holiday to spend a little extra and get a room with a view, was more than happy with a city/ocean view on the 30th floor. Would happily stay here again.

Good breakfast and lots of activities for the kids with a water park and kids club and gaming tables. Very nice facilities. It loses one star for being a dry hotel and not serving and alcohol at the bar. Very strange for a Pattaya resort not to serve alcohol but I believe they are catering to a certain clientele that doesn’t believe in drinking alcohol. Another star is lost due to the beds being very small. Why no king size or queen size beds? Another problem is they do not provide enough toilet paper daily for a family stay. Toiletries need to be replaced daily and run out quick. Could easily be a 5 star resort if beds were bigger and bar actually served alcohol.

Great location. Nice room. Nice amenities. Service for the most part was excellent. The front desk, doorman, and valet team were exceptional. Some of restaurant staff, particularly, rooftop and breakfast cart seemed to enjoy talking about and laughing at their guests. This made the whole team look bad and very unprofessional. However, majority of service staff were very good. They go above and beyond for great customer service.

Very new and nicely managed hotel. Facilities and amenities are in good condition and very clean. Staff are very professional, attentive and friendly. Breakfast is superb, don’t miss. Also great swimming pool and fitness center as well as game room. Hotel is located in the same area of Terminal 21 Shopping Mall. Recommend.

This hotel is great for all that I asked for. Easy parking for guest at level 2. Easy access to terminal 21 to shop and for food. Great amenities,service and cleanliness of room. It was souch better than our stay at Bangkok after here.

Really Amazine facilities in this hotel, there are full of activities, games table, swimming Pool, fitness, big water park for children especially with the Snack and Drink coin vendor machine selling very cheap price like 20thb+/- and complimentary ice maker machine is for free!!! which available nearby the elevator. The room is not big much as standard 5 starts hotel, it smell is a little weired but it went fine overnight with cool AC 😊 The bed really comfort especially the pillow is really soft but overall only ONE thing to complain about is hot shower in the room the water flow very slow when I increase the temperature 😭😭 Lastly, breakfast buffet looks interesting there are variety of foods but taste are soso 😛😛😛😛😛😛😛

We stayed here with a large conference group and we’re treated exceptionally well. This is a true 5-star hotel: the rooms and bathroom were immaculate, attention to detail and cleanliness. If we had requests/issues and called staff came within minutes. Sometimes their English is not perfect, so misunderstandings may occur, but remember YOU are the guest in their country… The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. I can not even begin to say….

Best location. Best staff. Best breakfast. Best of all, access to terminal 21 mall. If you are travelling with family this hotel should be your first choice. Transport available just outside the hotel. Lots of activities near the hotel at a walking distance.

It's really very very nice experience with such stay, staff, clean, safe, comfortable and lot more. Once I stepped in, the staff was so great welcoming and even the stay in the rooms was amazing. My words will not give them what they deserve.

This is definitely the best hotel for the money we have ever had!! The rooms are amazing with stars in the ceiling of every room! The toilets are TOP NOTCH!!! ALL the linen is changed daily. The interior deco is very well designed and layer out. I can't even begin to express how good the staff here is!!!

Amazing hotel with hospitable staff. Rooms were clean and had amazing views of the city and sea. We felt secure and safe at all times. The location was very practical, easy access to the shopping mall below, taxis across the street, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and markets within walking distance.

Room was small. The hotel was a bit further from the pattaya beach. Was denied an entry to the breakfast room despite waking up at 10:20 and coming down at 10:40, knowing that they were just started to collect the food soon as instructed by a staff. They didn’t provide anything in order to compensate. They only had one charging station for EV cars too, drivers needed to ask for a queue which took us almost a day for us to be able to use the charger which later found out that it charged our cars up so slow, needed to go find another charger with more capacity. The location of the hotel was ok though it was not that close to the beach. The room was smaller than expected.

Nice hotel, rooms on the smaller side however has great fit out. Staff are all friendly and attentive. Reception is very busy at check-in and checkout time. Facilities and breakfast are awesome. Convenient for shopping at Terminal 21 however it is a little far to walk from other activities.

Staff was friendly,Nice Clean Rooms,Bed is Comfortable but pillows could be little more firm, no neck support,nice hot stand-up shower, free snacks, drinks and instant coffee in my room. Family kid type theme with waterslide at the Pool,games and plenty of lounge chairs at the pool , SkyView roof top area with restaurant. Prices are competitive for overall quality. I would give this Hotel almost 5 stars but one thing I noticed is the breakfast buffet is good but it and the lobby can be very busy , the hotel is catering to big families and BUS TOURS so for a single or couple it might be a little hectic at times but if you grab donuts the night before, drink the free coffee and juice in the room avoid the busy times in lobby then this is great pick if it's in your budget plus attached to Terminal 21 Mall which is a Airport city Gateway theme and very cool displays design of gateway cities with lots of shops . I Give this Hotel 4.2 out of 5.0 Stars, besides what I mentioned being a busy hotel its not to bad I enjoyed my stay.

I come here for have quality holiday and vacation. I have bad experience when I want have towel by the pool. The staff [Younger man with glasses] was impolite with high TONE when He speak to me. It might be because I'm ASIAN? I felt like discrimination feelings. It might be different when my partner ask for the towel because He is WESTERN. If you are not ready to work on 5* HOTEL who always need good manner. Just quit your JOB and find your passion. I know It's hard to work specially when you are young. Kind Regards

The staff and facilities were excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our 2yr old had a fantastic time in the kids room and waterpark. The staff were also very accommodating to him. The staff catered to our needs and happily arranged a birthday cake for my husband. We would definitely return here for another family getaway.

We had a fantastic time at the Grande Centre Point Pattaya. We stayed 5 nights in December just before Christmas. We couldn’t ask for a better location being close to Fairtex boxing camp (where my partner attended) and having direct access to Terminal 21. All staff were well trained, super polite, super friendly and super efficient despite the place was operated close its full capacity during the weekend before Christmas. Special thanks to Khun Jeerapach, Khun Champ (breakfast room), Khun Oat and Khun Kong (bell boys) for being extra helpful! We highly recommend this hotel (if you don’t mind a crowd during weekend).

The hotel is located on Terminal21. This is suit for the family with kids to enjoy many activities on F Floor. On weekend, water park was very crowded. Breakfast was so perfect with variety of food station to choose.

We could not afford the best rooms available and there were no vacancy. Still the deluxe rooms are cozy and high quality. This is a newly established hotel and many facilities are still new. This can be a favorite place for children since there is Kids Club room. The hotel shares the building with the shopping complex Terminal Twenty One. The parkings are available for the hotel guests at the designated floor and there are one the same compound with the shopping complex Terminal 21. For the first time visitors, just drive to the entrance of Terminal 21.

The view was pretty good actually. The staff are super nice, but we have to wait till we get the room. It took use over an hour due to the number of people here. The room is clean and nice.

The bathtub is too big for small people like me LOL. But other than that, the room, the view, the location (connected to Terminal21), staffs and services are very very nice. Most of the time I spend in hotel area like the pool, the Sky 32 restuarant. With เราเที่ยวด้วยกัน campaign. I've saved a lot of money. Worth every baht I spend there ;) The only thing that I think could improve is might be adding heater system to the pool?

An excellent hotel for family with kids! We are a family of 4 and had an excellent stay here. Great location - conveniently situated right next to Terminal 21 yet walking distance to the beach. Facilities are well maintained and serviced. Kids club is clean and has lots of activities for kids to enjoy. Our personal highlights are the pool (sliders, water fountains) and sky walk. Most rooms have sea view but we highly recommend a panoramic suite. It is larger than normal room especially the bathroom which has panoramic sea view (see picture attached). Standard rooms are pretty standard size with NO bathtub. We also love the hotel breakfast. There are so many varieties to choose from and they taste good! For example, noodle station, Japanese food (miso soup), congee, boiled rice, western breakfast, dim sum, bread and pastry. I'm deducting one star for crowdedness during weekend. It's so hard to keep social distancing when we are still living with COVID-19. The hotel should also not allowed people without proper swimming costume to go into the pool for hygiene purpose. As a family of 4, it's a great hotel for us but this may not be the best hotel for a couple without kids!

Time flies very fast while we are staying in this hotel. Our family spend time & a lot activities inside hotel. We almost didn’t go outside because hotel is located nearby department store Terminal 21. We are very happy & fun especially game activities in hotel. The hotel is a paradise for kids and families!! I went there by myself with two kids (crazy right?) so I was a bit worried with never ending sister-brother fighting but they were so entertained that they didn’t have time to fight! The swimming pool is not massive but well sectioned with quieter deeper pool, shallower area as well as exciting water park with fun sliders. My kids loved the sliders just again and again… not that only the pool that is amazing but the hotel offers a Lots of activities for kids and families. Several times in a day, they run kids activities like games and kids Zumba as well as free slushy and marshmallows! They also have a (fake) lawn areas where kids can sit and do crafts and mini soccer, badminton and archery all day. The free air hockey, table tennis were also so much fun - we woke up early and did a bit of sporting activities before the breakfast. Also they had 3D games for kids and adults - that’s not something my kids do often so added another memorable fun moments. Staff were all friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast was excellent with lots of made to order choices - salad, cheeses, breads, sweets.. all were so good and fresh. Room was tad small but good enough (as we were at the pool side all day.) for us. Conveniently located on top of Terminal 21 that has supermarkets and lots of restaurants. We loved our stay and will come back for sure!

Staying at this hotel is the best you can ever get. These guys really made our honeymoon as perfect as it could have ever been. Kero took care of every need we had and was always helpful and truly kind. The breakfast buffet is top notch there is nothing that you will miss there. The staff is super friendly and always very very kind. All of the bellboys, especially Kong, were super friendly and gave us helpful tips and tricks for good restaurants and everything. There is literally nothing we would have changed during our stay. Thank you very much for making our honeymoon as perfect as it was. We will definitely stay there the next time.

The pool area is really nice and even has a kids Waterpark and slide. Super kids friendly atmosphere so it would be perfect for families. There is a pool bar and a skywalk area. There is also a ping pong table and an enormous life size chess board. The gym is nice and there's also an area with a pool table and fooseball table near the towels. There is also a restaurant beside the pool area. The hotel is connected to Terminal 21 mall and just a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach. There are vending machines in the hallways in case you want any snacks. There are plenty of massage places just down the street and a grocery store only a few minutes walk away. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Do not stay in this hotel !!! You will pay a premium and the pictures are deceiving You will feel like you paid big money for living the same or worse than at home! The Panoramic room is the only real 5 star rating all others 3 star tiny rooms the Hilton Hotel will be cheaper and far more luxury I lost my hard earned money after complaining it’s Non Refundable for a reason … because they just want to grab your money when you go to see it’s too late. Go somewhere where refundable or see hotel first !!! I hate Agoda or online bookings now this hotel is the worst

This is one the best hotels in Pattaya especially for family who have kids below 10. The kids and water park on the F floor is really good. The view from our room is spectacular. The only thing we don’t like is that there were so many people checking in at the same time. Took a long time to get the key and guested they are short staff. We all together 5 rooms everyone is happy. Thanks to the hotel staff!!!

Check-in was quite time-consuming and a bit complicated. The room, which was not ready yet even though we arrived after 2pm. is modern and functional with enough storage space and sockets, the safe is placed in a very user-friendly way. In the bathroom, the WC with integrated shower function is particularly noteworthy. The pool for swimmers is quite small for so many people I saw and could be deeper at least on one side. There was a foam party in the non-swimmer pool at the weekend for the younger children, which was quite fun. The selection at the breakfast buffet (we had to queue for a while to enter the breakfast room) is very extensive, but not so much for westerners; personally I missed wholemeal bread and a larger selection of fruit.

Absolutely fantastic! Stayed for 6 nights with 3 kids/teen-agers Perfect in every way - rooms (higher has better views), cleanliness, comfort, food, wifi, location, connection the mall, small water park, kids area. We will definitely come back!

This hotel is so overrated. Despite awfully high price charged esp on long holiday, their operations very awful esp reception area. It took me over 2 hrs just to check in. They were not well prepared ,and guests were all struck there at lobby waiting and standing at there as not enough seats. Instead of giving queue card, they asked guest to hand them ID card and once its their turn, they would call out their name / walk around reception area to find them. No wonder why its very hectic. My stay ruined from the first moment i stepped in to this hotel. This's not the vacation I imagined. Wouldnt recommend anyone to stay esp on long holiday. Better to stay away. Otherwise, prepare hour(s) for chking in process. Management seriously need to pay attention to the operations at reception. Other areas seem ok. Their staff are nice and polite. They offer breakfast with variety of food and good quality. While room is clean and well maintained. However, not quite soundproof, you can clearly hear people talking walking in the hallway. I found this quite loud compared to other hotels i have stayed.

A great 5 star hotel to stay in Pattaya. The rooms were quite modern and really well maintained. Every room has a small balcony and a pretty good view of the sea. What's more they also provide complimentary snacks and beverages every day. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The service was simply great. The breakfast spread was really amazing with wide range of options in different cuisines. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to many sightseeing places like "Art in Paradise", Alcazar show, Tiffany's show and many Street food options The hotel is located adjacent to Terminal 21 and the mall has many shopping options and also a great food court (a must visit) which has many choices at really cheap rates. Overall a good place to stay in Pattaya !!!

Warning: Do not stay at this hotel. At check-in, the hotel informed us they would be working on the power the next day, and the elevator and power in the rooms would be shut down for a period of time. That the pool would also be shut down. We are on the 26th floor. I told them I felt it was a safety hazard, and I would like my money returned. At first, they said they would need to check with management and let me know. Once pressed, they told me it takes 30 days to get a refund. They charged my card within 24 hours of booking, and it takes 30 days to return money? Really, I'm supposed to be part of their fire hazard plan and wait for a refund. Such arrogance for a 5-star hotel. They could have easily notified customers by emailing well in advance. Such greed. In addition, most of the staff at the hotel are very unfriendly, adding to the poor experience. We've been in Thailand for nearly 2 months, and this is by far our worst hotel experience. Book the Grand Centara in Pattaya it's much friendlier, and they actually care about their customers. The hotel does have a nice view. But the food is just ok for the value.
