Nice and clean place. We had one night stay. Rooms are modern and spacious. Cleanliness - good Bed - conformable Bathroom - very standard, it has bathtub. Clean. They also offered complimentary shuttle when we asked about the taxi to bus station. Very friendly staff Location is a bit away from Hussle. Close to Pattaya North bus terminal.

From my understanding the hotel has just been refurbished. The decor is modern and simple and the rooms are clean. It's very good value for the money as the room rate is very cheap. It's not too far from Pattaya beaches but you may still need to have a car or rent one. Has wifi / balcony / TV and quite clean.

Hotel is a newly renovated hotel. Beautiful room. Good service staff. Provide help as well. Travel to stay during the songkran festival but still manage well. Recommend staying

Nice hotel quite far from the city centre, but thanks to that its quite area. It looks very modern. Friendly staff and helpful. Room are vere clean.

The customer service was amazing! Fast reply and they gave us beach towels to go to the beach too. The staff was really nice and helpful. We booked a triple superior room but they upgraded us to the sea view room for free! It was really nice of them to do so. Despite being a bit far from Pattaya beach, it is a really nice location. There’s a really good seafood restaurant nearby that you can just walk to. The only downside is the location from the centre of the city.

1. Too far from the city 2. Elevator is unmaintained and unsafe 3. No deposit refunded. 4. Very bad and filthy. 5. Don't stay here.

First time staying here as KASALONG Resort and Spa was full.. But decent facilities, quiet and within walking distance to 7Eleven, Street cart food. Scenery was beautiful as my room faces the sea.. however it is a little far off from Pattaya town if your main aim is to be as near to Pattaya beach as possible. But RUENTHRIP Residences is NOT Bad, try it
