Here for quarantine and not satisfied at all. Terrible stay. Awful food. Old room. No service mind staff. As if I ask to stay for free when you actually charged some amount of the money from what my insurance paid. Ask to leave my iced coffee in the fridge bc they can send up again at 17.00 or else they’ll charge me 100thb for sending up now and your staff refused immediately, I wouldn’t do so if I was a staff though.

Room is very small. Clean. No view. Hot water temperature changes everyday. Breakfast buffet was disappointing. Staff demand money like we are going to run away. Half the staff don’t understand English. In room dining menu is disappointing and food quality is not up to mark. I request the Hotel management and staff to visit 4 star Hotels in Delhi ( India ) and learn the meaning of hospitality.

Room ceiling is a bit too low for tall people. Facilities are a bit old but worth the price. Breakfast is very good. Staffs are very helpful. Love their hearty services.

That's definitely not a 4-star hotel. Windows don't open. The AC is loud. Can't sleep because of this. It's situated by a very noisy highway. Not too many restaurants nearby.

I would not recommend this hotel. The first room had no hot water which could not be repaired. We had to move rooms but the second room had a very bad smell. There was a garbage like smell which could not be ignored. We had to move rooms again but the third room smells even worse. The smell comes from the bathroom therefor it smells like sewer. The service was good but the stay is not worth it!

Very bad experience.. Lifts are so little and slow.. we have to wait about 30 minutes everytime for lift... Bathroom is so short...

Worst experience in this hotel. Service is very bad. No spoken English of staff they know only Thai.

Good place to have lunch. Many varieties including local and international cuisine. Less crowded and the number of staff is also less. Free space between tables should be improved.

I did my ASQ here. I stayed for 10 days. The room was very comfortable. Room service was quick. My only complaint is they did not have any snacks or candy and when they did covid test they pushed the swab in so hard it made my eyes water. I will be glad when quarantine is over!

In my experience room is huge on 15th floor 👌with low ceilings(😞).Very less vegitarian options (😞). Have to go to other building for food(😞).Hotel have two lift which is enough for 10 to 15 people, but when I talk about group it's nothing. and one of the lift was not working.where as they manage to send customers through service lift. I end 👏
