Daniel and his staff are wonderful. I have a beautiful custom wedding set Daniel made for me that has been wonderful the last several years. My 3 year old son recently slammed my hand in the door, and the door got my ring just right. It smashed it down pretty bad, the ring actually split, and some diamonds fell out. I was so upset and took it to Daniel. Of course he worked his magic, and it looks good as new. So clean and sparkly! Ring is also shaped back to normal and diamonds were all set back in place! Thank you so much! Highly recommend, and use them for all my jewelry needs!

I would say I’m very trusting of my purchase :) My dad got me a Virgen Mary charm as a present but with out the chain. So I went shopping, and went to a pawn shop first but I wasn’t very intrigued, so I looked online and still wasn’t satisfied. I went here and to be honest I was very un trust worthy and skeptical but after talking with the owner who kept it real with me, I slowly gain trust. The more we talked and gave me advice and even gave me an opinion on what looks better he made me feel better about my purchase. But the thing that gave me the final yes is the fact that he was honest about it, he actually talks with clients and doesn’t try to make quick money by not caring and trying to get to the next; no he genuinely works with you instead of letting you do all the deciding which is something that I respect people about. He even measured my fingers for sizes and gave both the charm and chain a wash and even made promises. I am confident to make future purchases with him again, very satisfied my family liked it thank you very much :D

Went to get my watch fixed at the mall they wanted to charge me almost how much I paid for the watch was on my way home and seen they were on the same route and wow these guys are amazing from the details, to the over and beyond with the customer service!!! 10/10

I needed my wedding ring (men’s) resized and found this company on Google. The reviews from previous customers were high so I trusted these guys to fix my ring. If you call and they don’t pick up, leave a message and they will call you back. The shop is found inside the supermarket on the south entrance. Daniel, the jeweler, helped me pick out the proper size to resize my ring since my finger had gotten bigger since I got married. We decided to get it sized up to a size 10. Because there was a row of diamonds on the top, Daniel made sure not to change the shape of the ring, otherwise the diamonds would fall out he said. He cleaned my ring first then brought it up to the larger size. He was done in an hour and a half. He gave me a call to let me know it was finished and I picked it up the same day. I had called other stores but they had at least a week wait to get my ring done. Cost was $90 to size up from a 7 to 10 for 14 carat white gold. I’m so happy that I found this store on Google. A very satisfied company because of the personalized service, great work on resizing my ring, and for their professionalism. my wedding ring is as shiny as the day I bought it years ago. Bling bling! I definitely would come back to get other jewelry fixed in the future. Five stars!!!

Customer service is great! Called in to see if I could get a ring fixed ASAP as it was gift to be given the next day. Daniel heard the panic in my voice and asked to see the ring. Came in, was reassured that it was an easy fix, and in 20 minutes the ring looked better then when it came in. His attention to detail is superb. Daniel, you are a life saver. Thank you!

I was highly satisfied with the service received. I had diamond ring repaired here. The stone had fallen off and a nail was broken. Dan was very kind and courteous he explained what had happened to the ring , and how it would be fixed. In addition to that he also explained how he knew the diamond was real and reassured us that it would be fixed. He had it fixed in two days very fast and good prices. Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody looking for someone to repair their jewelry.

Stopped in for the bank next door and seen the shop on the way. I walked out with two beautiful gold rings, of course price may vary due to design however the price is very affordable! Definitely will be back for more!!

Daniel was great to work with! I have a very dainty chain that I needed soldiered. After reading other reviews, I emailed him and he responded right away. I stopped in to have him fix it and he did it on the spot. Only took 10 minutes and he only charged me $20! If you need jewelry repaired, go see Daniel!

I was sooo upset when my ring bent and I was panicking cause it means a lot to me, but after heading sooo many positive things about Jewelers by DRF I stared to feel better cuz I knew my ring was gonna be well taken care of, and the results were higher than what my expectations were!! My ring looks like nothing ever happened to it! The customer service is amazing, and I would highly recommend you go there for any of your jewelry needs!!!

Absolutely the best customer service, quality of work, and professionalism I have ever experienced. Daniel is knowledgeable and takes pride in his craft. He has jewelry for sale too; some he has made and others. I had several watches adjusted with battery changes. He is quick, does an awesome job, and radiates positive energy.
