Great location and lovely ambience. Had to wait for 40 mins to get seating for 5. Front desk staff and the serving staff were very courteous and friendly. Had a nice three course meals. Menu selections were extraordinary and lot of vegetarian options were provided. Food was tasty. We die for their yummy cheese cake selections! Enjoyed the evening with delicious dinner in a one of the city’s post preferred restaurant located right next to Scottedale Quarter! 😊

We are from Canada and try to make it to the Cheesecake Factory when in the US. It did not disappoint! I had Sheila's Chicken and Avocado Salad and it was very tasty and the lunch portion was large. Can't wait to go back and try some other menu options!

I decided to take a chance on cheese cake factory and I was surprisingly delighted with the experience. I first want to preface my review that the meals we ordered were not healthy by any means. That being said, they were certainly delicious! I had the crispy chicken costoletta which had an amazing lemon sauce that was not only good on the chicken but the mash potatoes too. Make sure you ask for extra lemon sauce. My wife had the crispy pineapple chicken and shrimp. I’d say that dish was pretty standard and sweet. It was tasty but nothing that really blew our expectations out of the water.

Beautiful restaurant and very friendly service. I was a huge fan of the appetizers and cheesecake of course! Mains missed the mark for me, but the menu is enormous (maybe too large!) and I'm sure everyone can find something they like. Definitely recommend it as a one-time visit as the location is surrounded by beautifully lit palm trees.

Ah, the menu. So great. We were actually thankful that it was busy. Our excellent server Kevin did a nice job but we didn’t mind the extra minutes to choose our selections. My wife enjoyed a club sandwich and I had the breaded chicken with angel hair pasta (looks like a pizza). We ate outside under the heat lamps (in the back) and it was quiet, not crowded. Kevin was attentive and pleasant. Oh yes…the bread. So good! We didn’t have room for dessert but left happy and content.

WOW! I had not been back to The Cheese Factory in sometime, but while shopping in Kierland we decided to try for lunch and I must say what a "renewed surprise" they have added a new seperate lunch menu which is a must try and the best lunch I have had out in a long time. It is a menu featuring healthy fare but the selections are very up beat and very delicious. I ordered the Shrimp Tacos and the presentation was beautiful with three generous soft shell taco's. + a cold slaw salad with a twist that was nothing like anything expected so good. My guest had the Chicken Taco verison of mine and gave it raves as well. To top it off as soon as we sat down our waiter promptly delivered a selection of fresh warm breads that you cannot pass up! Our server during the entire meal was over the top attentive. 5 stars. Make SURE you do not miss this second lunch menu with all it's options. Trust me , you will not be disappointed. Like us you will be saying." Let's do this more often" !

I didn't see my usual favorite, but tried something else and it didn't disappoint. Our waiter Jayme, was super attentive and filling our drinks before they ever got empty. We never had to look for him. Our food didn't take very long and as usual the Cheesecake Factory is known for its large portions. Great meal, cool clean atmosphere, and delicious food.

Definitely enjoyed the cacio de pepe with chicken. Slight hiccup with curbside pickup also. Cheesecake is better without the extra cake surrounding it.

Great menu selection. This place actually has my favorite veggie burger of all time. Not the Impossible (that’s the worst) but their own house made burger. Service was really friendly and accommodating.

For a chain restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised. We had a large party, a dozen ladies, and our server was friendly, attentive and efficient. The facility was clean and organized. Food was well seasoned, served hot and quickly.

We had the 3 cheese pasta and the pizza style chicken pasta and oh man was it tasty and filling! Couldn't eat it all. Had to get cheesecake to go, cause who doesn't get cheesecake from the cheesecake factory? The 3 daughters Moscato wine was a great pairing with our dinner. And of course ate way too much bread.

It has been a very long time since I went to Cheesecake Factory. My youngest had to go to get...cheesecake. Spoiler, he did. He loved it. The menu for food, drinks and desert is huge! For those health conscious, there is a light menu as one meal could get you to 2k calories easily. I would go off peak times as it is busy. They do have gluten free options but make sure you ask.

Just what you expect. The menu is too big for anything to be great, but it is all good. Service is mediocre, but OK. Don't be in a hurry, just relax and enjoy and it will be a solid outing each time.

Cassidy was amazing! Ask to sit in her section, you won’t regret it. She was fun, attentive and very knowledgeable about the vast menu. We had dinner this past weekend and had an amazing time, my kids are already asking to go back. They had Mac and Cheese and chicken strips while hubby had the steak tacos and I had the chicken parm sandwich. Yum yum yum!!

Solid place. Nothing super great, but always a decent, consistent meal. I ordered the Renee’s special with a turkey sandwich and chicken tortilla soup. The turkey sandwich was a turkey sandwich, nothing special. The bread and turkey were fresh. No complaints on the turkey sandwich other than the portion size might have been a little small. The chicken tortilla soup was very tasty and I would definitely order it again. The vegetables were fresh and it was not too salty. The soup was lukewarm and needed to be a little hotter. The meal also came with a garden salad that was decent with a good balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The food came out a little slow and the menu is entirely too large and confusing.

On Father’s Day my daughter treated me to take out dinner from the Cheesecake factory; what a fabulous gift! Large portions of delicious food and dessert, delivered still hot. Loved the gift, loved the food. Feel like dining out, while staying in? Cheesecake factory is just the place!

Nice location with great tasting food. Lots to choose from. Portions are large so you won’t leave hungry! Nice ambiance inside as well. Only partial negative was the service. Our waitress was friendly but we never got refills on drinks or bread refilled. I know it was nearing the end of the night but still… Nevertheless, I still plan on coming back again in the future.

this is my first time ever visiting the cheesecake factory, where i went along with my family (total party of 4).we waited for about 40 minutes to dine in, considering how many people waited to eat inside. it was busy and there were numerous customers inside. to add, the servers were amazing & patient when serving customers! the menu had multiple selections, it took a while for me to choose. there were cocktails, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, gumbo, thai, more, and of course, cheesecake! however, the food(s) were very high in calories. although, they contained a separate menu inside the main menu that listen “skinny,” otherwise known with low calories from 250-550 cals within those specific foods. the cheesecake is HUGE but very delectable. i enjoyed my time here! it’s a very fun place with delicious foods. the only downside is the amount of calories involved within one meal. other than that, the workers & food is splendid!

I just stopped in for quick dessert. I decided to go against my norm (anything chocolate) and got the pineapple upside down cheesecake. I'm glad I did! It was so good. My sis got strawberry shortcake. It's huge. It looked really good but nothing like what she was expecting and ended up not eating the the "biscuits" (shortcake). That was disappointing. Side note; I don't like when restaurants put your silverware on the bare table.

Had a great lunch - staff was friendly, nice quiet atmosphere and delicious food. The sweet corn tamale cakes were amazing with the salsa verde, and the Truffle Honey Chicken and Chicken Piccata were delicious as usual. Our cheesecakes were phenomenal as well.
