Worst place ever, waiting for my two drink over 30 minutes. Instead of making drink in order, one of the employee decided to make her family of 8 drink first. I came before her family and only get two drinks. Even the people came after her family get their drink but not mine. Next time take care of your costumer equally!

2 days in a row of coming to this place at different times of day, and for some reason or another I sat in the Drive-Thru for at least 20 minutes. The first time I came through it was relatively busy but the line sat still for such a long time even after I had reached the point where I placed my order. The following day (today) I only had one car in front of me and still managed to sit still for an excessively long time. It was my knowledge that Starbucks had a policy that if you had to wait more than 5 minutes between placing your order and receiving your order, it should be free. Neither times that I had such a poor experience in this drive thru, was that policy honoured or upheld. I know that this location was closed for an extended period of time, and I have to wonder if this isn't why. And to top it off I just unbagged my cheese danish and there are burnt flecks of some kind of other food debris stuck in the filling

No walk in's on regular days, poor traffic configuration and a really dangerous neighborhood make this a less than ideal place to grab coffee. Staff is fast and friendly.

my go to stop on the way to work! it does gets busy in the morning but the amazing workers here keep the drive thru lane moving fast!

Ordered postmates, ordered a Venti triple longshot iced coffee with almond milk and what you see below is what I got. I also ordered a venti medicine call tea and a cup with just ice and did not recieve it. This store is the worst! I've had trouble with them through drive through as well. Never will I return here, you have no value in the starbuck brand.

Friendly staff with valuable recommendations and are always very accomadative and careful with my order. Will return again, next time I go shopping at Target.

A while ago I found out that the most disrespectful people I know work here they are very rude to everyone but white people I seen this first hand and it's disgusting the young white lady that works there said this to a man who was 2 people ahead of me she said just get out because you people can't afford Starbucks and you can hear co workers chuckle which is unreal I don't agree with it but that's Starbucks for you funny thing is the guy had money probably more money than the lady who was talking trash lol

The baristas here make the best drinks! Always super friendly and courteous. If I am not sure what to get and I am in the mood to try something new, I love how they actually give me genuine recommendations for what drinks to try. They certainly know their stuff here and the inside of the cafe is always clean.

They always get me through pretty quickly. It's nice.

The coffee and food are usual good Starbucks quality and the service is excellent. The problem I have with this location is they no longer offer seating for customers.

I ordered a pink drink but it didn't taste nothing like it usually does. It tasted as water maybe because I didn't get strawberries with it. I'll still drink! 😁

My favorite location by far and I have been to many. The staff here is attentive. They care about what they're doing. They welcome you into the store every time. I'm really going to miss them since I moved out of this area recently.

I used to come to this location everyday, but then I realized some of their baristas can’t make drinks. However, the girl who wears the pink mask has excellent service and makes the best drinks. She should be training all of your employees because she knows the correct proportions and is quick at making drinks.

I told him how to grind up a huge bag of coffee that I made and they did not do it properly and there was nobody in the store

I was there on 8/31 at like noon. I don't remember the guy working the windows name. But there was an error on the order, probably my fault. But the cashier was quick to correct it in a fast and efficient way. Thank you sir!

Major complaint! I want to know how much crack is in these drinks because my wife is addicted! All jokes aside we love starbucks and have ammased a great collection of cups. And will continue to purchase thier merchanise and products for the foreseable furture. I've also heard they have excellent benifits to employees who are attending college. That is just another plus.
