Usually, the service and quality here are good, but not on this occasion. The ordering at the counter was quick, but the order took a lot longer than normal to come out. When I finally got my order the fries weren't fresh and the tacos were soggy & not hot. Plus, as you can see in the pic I've included, there was only a tiny amount of "meat" filling in a couple of them! It may be a long while before I visit this restaurant again.

Been here like 4 times and 4 times its the same thing. food quality is bad employees seem like they don't want to be there and like its my fault waaayyy too much lettuce, I mean what do you want me to do with that all that lettuce lastly, burnt ordered the Jacks spicy combo < burnt curly fries < burnt lg fries < old 2 tacos < taco meat? and lettuce lg Dr Pepper < taste like every drink (basically syrup) I am new to area living on south mountain but starting to see a trend in the fast food here in laveen.

I normally don't eat jack but my family wanted it. Though I've had to go to more than 2 of their restaurants just to be denied food. Or food of our choosing. The first store at 5115 W Southern Ave, Laveen Village, AZ 85339. Couldn't fulfill orders at all because they were short staffed despite no one ordering they then tell me to go to 6120 S 35th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85041 for them to tell they are also short staffed and can only do burgers and fries. Sign says breakfast served all day. It's not even for me it's for my lady and kid who's craving a croissant sandwich. Going to try another location hopefully I won't 3 out of 3 for bad service.

This was my first time at a Jack in s Box, and I stated this before my order. The cashier just smiled at me and didn't offer any suggestions or specials (if any). Not even a welcome to Phoenix. I felt rushed due to a line starting behind me. I felt confused about what to eat, so I just ordered the cheapest, which were the 2 tacos for $3. I ordered 6 and a 5pc mini churo. The meat inside tasted mushy and ewwww. It didn't give me the famous taco taste. Nevertheless, I do want to try them again. Because even restaurants deserve a second chance. So, I'll be back this time.

I was provided with Jimmy John Freaky Fresh napkins, no receipt, and the cashier gave me my debit card last (acted like he didn't want to give it back). I better not have any crazy transactions on my account because I will know where they originated from and I don't mind pressing criminal charges.

Is there anyone that can reach out to me who’s able to help me with a double charge? My bank said it was swiped twice therefore I’d have to reach out to the company to refund me directly being that they can see the transaction history and my exact order. I’d greatly appreciate it, thank you

I have been there three times since I recently started working in the area. Never a line but very long wait times for food in the morning, No "sorry for the wait" or anything that acknowledges their shortcomings. After the swiped my card I felt like I was being held hostage to someone's time table. Not a good feeling when you are trying to grab a bite before work.

We have been here at this location at least 3x now, and each time there has been issues but NOTHING as worse as today. I came through the drive-thru and placed a simple order for 1 meal just to get home and find hair inside my burger box. Not just any hair but this looks to be pubic hair. Very small & curly, waste of money & time.

Home of the microwaved pre-fried/cooked tacos. Lettuce is wilted and black/brown. West side Jack's all have fresh lettuce added to them so I know this is not protocol.
