Excellent food and excellent service. We came in for lunch and there was no wait at all. The staff was very friendly and overall really great. We ordered our food and it came out really quick. The enchiladas are great. I would recommend this Mexican food place to anyone in this part of town.

My waitress Olivia was nice, and gave excellent service. They have the best enchiladas, and chimichangas that I've ever had! They used shredded beef covered with seasonings which made their meat so tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Their Spanish rice was really dry, so that's why I only gave four stars. This is my new favorite restaurant.

Had lunch here, service was very good, very pleased with my meal and my Margarita too. I don’t live in the area but if I did, I would go back. Nice full bar too!

The fish tacos were amazing! And the rice is one of the best I've had. My boyfriend didn't care for the chimichanga as it got soggy fast from all the sauce, but otherwise a great place i'll visit again.

I know I said other restaurants are awesome. Well here is another one for my rankings for restaurants. If you want that family feeling 💯 😌 of delicious yum 😋 yummiest. This place is it! Holy cow! I found another go too for Mexican food here. You have to try it if your in the area. I love the staff they were awesome, sweet and so funny 😄. The food was on point with flavor and taste of home cook meals. Do get me started on the drinks. Please try it and let me know what you think.

I was expecting more from this place. In my opinion, it's not that great, not as authentic as I'd like it to be, I consider it has a twist. The food is kinda salty and somewhat not that great, the pork I was expecting carnitas or something similar but it's just chopped up pork chops, which honestly I did not like. The one thing I really enjoyed was the salsa for the chips really delicious and flavorful.

While spending some time downtown with my Dad we decided to stop for some Mexican food. I remembered about five or so years ago I had stopped here and loved it. We arrived a little after opening and the parking lot was already filling up. I was pleased that we were greeted instantly upon entering and taken directly to a table. My dad is a bit hard of hearing and it was already pretty loud inside so we asked to sit at a corner table. It was a bit better but still quite loud so keep that in mind if you don’t like places like that. The menu isn’t very big, but it has some very good options. They had a few specials today for $10 which was great. Chips, salsa and water were brought over while we decided on what to eat. Last time I had been here I had carnitas, but today I opted for the chicken enchiladas with green sauce and added a shredded beef taco. My dad chose the special of two chicken tacos with rice and beans for the $10. The salsa had a bit of a kick, but not too bad. Chips were good but nothing over the top. Service was awesome the entire meal. Our food came out hot and quick. My taco were crispy on the outside and full of great flavored meat. My enchilada had so much ooey gooey cheese and a good amount of chicken. The rice and beans were good too, but the rice was probably the better of the two. My dad ate his entire plate and that says a lot about him . A great lunch for sure. Again, the worst part for me and my older dad was the noice level was so high.

Intimate, established. Feels like it's off the heavier intersections. Got a great neighborhood feel. Almost filled up on chips and salsa. Somehow finished my dinner. Looking forward to trying more on their menu.

One of the top 3 Mexican restaurants in PHX hands down. Great portions and authentic atmosphere, great service. If you like Albundagas soup, this place makes the BEST.

Dude charged me a random double price charge for ordering the same thing twice for my brother and I. Ended up being hella expense. Tacos weren't even that good. Very disappointed. More so at myself for not telling him I'm not spending that much. Lesson learned. Not going there again.

Food was decent, you get a good amount for the cost -> good value. I felt rushed by our server even though we were there for a late lunch around 2:30pm, and not too many people were around. Atmosphere was just fine. I didn't get to see more than about half of the restaurant in grand detail b/c we were seated fairly close to the door.

The best local Mexican inexpensive food you can get in town very authentic ! Great staff ,great atmosphere ,as you can see by the receipt I spent 25 bucks for lunch and the only reason I spent that is because I got the fajitas. They have great daily specials on margaritas as well as lunch specials they have a rotisserie chicken with beans and rice for $7.59. A MUST TRY!!

Excellent find! Thought we would explore the area & try someplace different. Amazing food, great atmosphere, Christian our server was excellent, gave great menu advice, very nice & friendly. Best margarita & we loved the fry bread dessert. A definite recommend! We will be back!

It is a very nice restaurant. That being said, it was hard to enjoy ourselves because it was so loud. Granted it was Saturday night. Maybe during the day it's not so bad. The food was okay, but I wouldn't score it a 5. The service was actually pretty good. Had to wait a little to get an alcoholic drink, but my son never ran out of soda or chips. The salsa was a little mild but was flavorful. The tacos were good. The enchiladas were just okay. Might try it again, just not on a weekend.

What a fun place to have a nice meal!! My mom and I went there for lunch today for the first time and we were greeted so warmly. All the employees were so positive and kind. The service and the food were excellent. We loved the warm chips and the salsa was sooo perfect because it wasn't spicy hot. We will recommend your restaurant and we will be back!❤

Great fast service, amazing authentic Mexican food. Great pricing. Definitely returning. Also got a free shot with my house margarita which was really good. Food portions were definitely set up for left overs. I feel like that all says enough of this place 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Cute little family style restaurant. The decorations give this place its own charm and the food seemed like home cooking. Don't let the surrounding places deter you from trying this place out. Great food and great prices.

  • 5/5 Dan A. 2 years ago on Google
Everything is pretty tasty. But my go to is the two taco - rice and beans lunch special. Shredded beef or chicken: can’t go wrong with either. Salsa is really good, and bottomless chips accompany the salsa. I wish I could get a warm chip every time. But that would be perfection.

Mi Patio is a Phoenix classic and a neighborhood favorite. Great corner location and parking is easy. Charming on the inside with a nice bar and a decent amount of seating. We tried the red burrito beef taco combo and it was fantastic. We also tried the fish flautas which were very good. Easy to drink margaritas and good service

Stopped in for a margarita on my lunch break and I got more than I bargained for! Not only are the margaritas priced perfectly and tasty, but the bartender Miss Leslie had the best conversation! Very personable and love her personality! I model and she gave me so many ideas for photo shoots without even knowing it! I’ll definitely be coming back! See you soon Miss Leslie!!

Upon entering you'll immediately feel very cozy! The service was amazing and the atmosphere is very nice. I must say the chips and salsa was very good! We then ordered a green chile and red chile burro for dinner. It is not the best tasting burro out there and I can barely taste the green chile, but it must be because of preference.

  • 1/5 Jessica B. 6 months ago on Google
Well we won't be returning. Food thrown together poorly. Waaaaay to salty. We knew to not expect much when the food came out in less than 5 minutes after ordering. Margaritas had NO ALCOHOL so you'll be drinking Margarita mix mostly. Not much customer service. They just want to get you in and out. We just moved to downtown Phoenix and we're looking for a restaurant to become regulars. This DEFINITELY wont be it!

Great atmosphere, good food, and amazing service! Love this little local spot! I’d especially recommend the Gyro Chimi! Unique mix of Mexican and Greek 😋

  • 5/5 Kate L. 1 year ago on Google
Oh My God! The gyro burrito blew my mind. I'm still thinking about it. This place was packed with locals the day after Christmas which I took as a good sign and I was correct. Not fancy, but has great vibez and delicious food. The rice and beans could be more flavorful but my boyfriend lived for his wet burrito and 👏the 👏gyro👏burrito👏 was one of my favorite things I ate at a restaurant in the past year.

Good food and service. We shared the Mexican Pizza and it was very delicious. Loved the amount of guacamole given when ordering this. Only downside was that it was a little too loud, especially when they're was young kids talking loud as was the 2 females that came right after the family with kids left. i swear to God, I don't think the restaurant needs to hear about your personal lives and who's doing who and what someone posted on IG. Turn down the volume! If you're looking for a more intimate atmopshere with a booth to sit in, you won't find it here. No booths, just tables in this establishment. Food and Salsa were all excellent. First time here, would comeback to try the other dishes that looked good on the menu.

My mother and I went for dinner. I got the #100 combo and my mom got the large soup and we each got a large margarita. I’ve been all over Europe, the USA, and Mexico. Grew up in south TX and south AZ. I think this is genuinely the best food I have ever had, anywhere. Absolutely amazing. Phenomenal service. Perfect margaritas. The soup was a taste of home for my mom. The beef tacos were absolutely perfect. The tamale was stuffed with the perfect portion of masa to filling. I cannot say enough good things. If you haven’t been, GO. This place is wonderful.

Family owned business. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Great crispy tacos at a very cheap price. Also, an awesome Greek Salad. You have to ask for it. They mainly serve Mexican food. The salsa is out of this world. Bottomless chips. I would eat lunch there every day if I could.

This was probably the BEST Mexican dish I've ever had -- Rajun Chicken Burro. Very good restaurant. It's a shame I live 40+ minutes away.

Mi Patio is great! It's comfortable, the salsa is super good, great prices on margaritas. We went for a late breakfast, everything was delicious (huevos rancheros, cheese enchiladas). Our server was wonderful.

  • 5/5 Kendra H. 4 years ago on Google
Lovely freshly cooked and prepared, delicious food. I had lentil soup and black pudding salad. Artisan bread with the soup would be better than sliced bread. The egg yolk with the black pudding would be better soft. The staff was attentive and the restaurant is lovely, I’ll definitely be back it can be difficult to find good soups and salads, especially at a decent price!

  • 5/5 Bradley H. 4 years ago on Google
Good food served quickly. We stopped with a couple who previously lived in the neighborhood while on the way to the airport. Parking at noon was difficult but seating immediately available. The service was very prompt and we waited no more than 15 minutes for our food. Each meal was very large and tasty. The salsa was home made and not too hot. The shredded beef was great.

I implore you to try the house salsa. The burnt chili taste along with a tart finish brings you back for more and may be habit forming. I'd say I've found a good place to recommend to anyone looking for good grub in this side of Oakland.

  • 4/5 BC 5 years ago on Google
Our server was helpful and attentive. Parking lot was good for going on a Saturday at 11 am but I can see it filling up quickly and becoming a problem on Saturday nights. Lost a star ONLY because the place is called Mi Patio and the patio is non-existent. The food was wonderful and those cheap margaritas got the job done, the second round was much stronger. They even helped my picky brother work through the menu without attitude. It's a Phoenix staple...we'll be back!

The place was perfect for unwinding while enjoying the food. Also the servers were ever present to provide whatever we liked from their cafe menu. I've visited Mi Patio only a few times prior to the unnecessary shuttering of our economy. Since then my family has ordered from them at least once a week. The quality of the food remains top notch, with their team working hard to serve their customers in a timely and professional manner. Support local!

One of my favorite local hangouts, by far! Mi Patio is a small, but very welcoming spot. Margarita specials all day, every day! I highly reccomend the Baja Chicken Burro; a sumptuous deep fried pulled chicken burrito, smothered in a delicious cream based sauce. All served with a side of rice and lettuce (although it wouldn't be complete without an al la carte side of beans)! If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out.
