    Nothing better than being asked for money while at the menu ordering my food. Literally two people standing there requesting all my money. Then they get upset when I say no, I currently don’t have any. I will not be coming back to this location again. Unbelievable that they allow this type of behavior for their customers to experience. Absolutely shameful.

    AVOID IF POSSIBLE! This place is just awful to say the least. It’s lobby is always messy, dirty, smells like urine. Bathrooms are locked and horrible. Staff is rude all the time. No pride or quality control on its service.

    If I could give this place a 0, I absolutely would. I’m top of that call the health department on them. I come through the drive through today and order my food no problem, get to the window to receive my food and an employee by the name of Andrew is there and he proceeds to hand me my drink. Not only did this drink have TWO BUGS in the cup, but it also did not have ice in it. He proceeds to say, “Oh it was the machine” and laughs. Mr. Andrew did replace the drink with ice, but at this point I drove off and am disgusted with the food overall so it went to someone who needed it more than I did.

    Would I call this the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to… Yes! Is this a 24hr McDonald’s as advertised?: Definitely not! They close whenever the staff feels like closing. Is the food fast?: No! This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. You could order a well done steak at a regular restaurant and receive your food faster. Is the restaurant clean?: Definitely not! You are more likely to find a junkie shooting up in the lobby than a paying customer. Go to any other restaurant in the area but here, I am surprised that this place has not been shut down. Added a picture of my dog since photo added reviews are more heavily weighted.

    Great Customer Service! Nice and friendly staff! Tasty food! The dining room is now open at this McDonald’s. This McDonald’s is located in a bad area! There are a lot of homeless people, derelicts, and drug addicts hanging out in the area! The traffic in this area is horrible!

    Nothing worse than eating a sandwich and you taste burnt bread. Tried no good. Called store phone constantly busy. Fries old and limp. Won't visit again

    This was probably the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to in my life! I have travel to every state ate at thousands of McDonald's and by far this takes the bitter beer cake. I ordered online and it took 35 minutes to get my food. I asked for a refill and the manager gave such a bad attitude as to say " how dare you bother me" food nasty and cold. No place to bring a kid and the bathroom... Sorry I just ate. I would ask for 2 star's back from them if I could. -2 stars never gonna go again even if it's cold and I'm starving and they offer warmth and free food.

    This was literally the nastiest McDonalds I have ever been to. I was a department manager at McDonald’s for 2 years and if my super saw the store like this one someone would’ve been fired. The bathrooms were disgusting with bio hazard on the toilets, trash all over the floor and trashes overflowing. There were more than enough people to have that restaurant clean. The lobby was also a mess, I understand you aren’t in the best area but cleanliness needs to be a point of focus. After seeing this I ordered nothing, my bf only got a drink and if you let your head of house look like this I could only imagine what it looks like behind the counter. - I hope you guys do better and hire management that actually cares about customer satisfaction and their well being.

    I once saw a homeless dude get rocked outside one day it was very interesting but as far as McDonalds go it's sketch as hell but there are always kids and young people here even late so I guess you'll be fine coming by but their food is delicious and well when I go there which isn't often the food is always good so that's something and the mornings are pretty quick which is good since it's busy but they handle it good 10/10

    I have been going here on and off for almost 15yrs. and I must say, the service and staff have really taken a nose dive down over the years. The most irksome thing about this place is they are a 24hrs. locale. Yet by 9:40p until the morning you'll never be able to purchase any of their ice cream products. I worked fast food, i know what one does to clean the ice cream machine. Believe me nothing they do is so special that they can't break it down, clean it out, and go right back to producing ice cream again to customers. I imagine this store loses a lot of revenue by denying people their creamery products. Another peeve I have is the last line I went to eat here, I came in and asked to use the restroom because I wanted to wash my hands before ordering. The lady at the register was so rude and curt. She said I had to order 1st before using the facilities. With 5 or 6 people already in line and her foul disposition, I told her never mind. I'll take my money somewhere else. That was almost a year ago and I haven't been back since. This place really needs to do a lot of work on the way they conduct themselves. Until then I doubt I'll ever be back again. Shame, this was always my fave place to eat. It really suck! You suck! I have to find others places to eat at because of your sorry service, what a disappointment after 46yrs of loyal service and support on my end. Only to end up like this.

    Constantly busy. So many homeless people in this store. Barely any parking. Takes longer than 30 minutes just for a drink sometimes. The fries are fresh though. Saved them all the time.

    So how can you MCDONALD'S SCREW UP a quarter pounder with cheese & BURN IT SO BAD ITS BLACK & HARD & DRY & COLD??? THE FRYS WERE LITERALLY STYROFOAM HARD COLD??? So for the FIRST EVER TIME IN MY LIFE I HAVE EATEN FROM A MCDONALD'S THIS IS THE QUALITY????!!!! (To clarify...I've had fruit&granola & pancakes there before...& the vanilla cones are epic....) I TOOK A SINGLE BITE THATS ALL IT TOOK! NASTY!!! Horrible experience & NOT FOOD AT ALL AT ALL

    The McDonald's is pretty nice and clean. I was a little disappointed that the dining area is still closed down when most restaurants are open now. The service was pretty slow. It is located near downtown so it is convenient for some hotels near the area. It's also a bit hard to get into from the street due to construction.

    Food was horrible. However, that was not my main concern. Phoenix is known for its stunning scenery and nature for picturesque landscape. This McDonald’s is not an exception. We managed to do a whole photo shoot (can’t show those pictures) and took some pictures of the beautiful landscape. Not the best place to eat, but the perfect spot for pictures. Highly recommmend!

    I absolutely LOVED my visit here going through the drive thru! Louis was AMAZING! Sooooo super friendly! Very peppy! Made my whole day better! Order was correct no wait! Super fast! DEFINITELY will be back! I wish more McDonald's were like this one!

    I like this location. The staff are nice the majority of the time and they are really good about getting orders right. They are fast and food is good. Inside is always clean and so are the bathrooms.

    Overcharged me about $5. And didn't give me a receipt. Using their app to file for the overcharge but it's almost impossible to find the store number. Of course they don't answer the phone it's busy I get it. Person was unwilling to help much. Needed to get to work so didn't have a lot of time spend there. I will update my star rating if they decide to fix it. Otherwise I have to go to my bank to file a dispute.

    Pros 1. Order accurate 2. Employees I could see hustled Cons 1. Slow service - maybe they do not have enough workers I’m not sure Final Thoughts: If you can you may want to avoid this location until it gets more staff. Your visit here may be slower than expected so consider that.

    Nice place for a delicious burger. But fair warning for other flaggers out there! My husband and I were told we could not bring our traffic control signs inside. We work hard and just wanted a good hot breakfast on a cold day. It wasn't even busy!

    Came in and there was no one in the register we waited about 10 m and we were patient because we saw them really busy and I understand how this type of work is but the thing that bothered me is that there was no type of notice for us they never turned and said Iam sorry I will be with you in a moment .. but other than that it was pretty quick when we got our food .. now at the end I went up to get a refill and once I got some girls attention she just had a bad attitude bad vibe it was really unnecessary for her to act like that I was polite to her I just think this place should have better costumer service ….

    Instead of writing a novel that no one will read, I'll summarize. Incompetent staff, VERY poor customer service, and VERY unwelcoming atmosphere. The food is just okay but not consistent. Is it worth it? Not for me.

    I only order the fish fillets meals, for which I enjoy. The restaurant was clean and not crowded so I had the picks among the seatings. Their was a problem with flies while trying to eat, other than that It was a peaceful and fulfilling meal.

    Really good breakfast, coffee was good, however I paid for a chocolate drizzle that wasn't there🤕 they fixed it, but....not sanitary- anyways, they are so paranoid about those without a home ( good luck at these real estate prices!) That they have a sign on their door that says you aren't allowed to bring bedrolls in, bags, etc. (Not sure if they had problems before with people trying to steal their chairs, decor or whatever) but it's highly inappropriate to chase off your public, I'd think-if you are there to do business. I'd assume you'd want to embrace the customers money no matter where they sleep in the area. 😂 A couple of people tried using the restroom, but the staff told them they needed to make a purchase first. 🙄 why not just start charging for the restroom, if you're going to be that paranoid? Sad to know if I was catching the bus and needed to pee really bad, I'd have to pee in the streets in front of McDonald's, if I didn't have any change? Gross ... that's creating a public health hazard, that's for sure...ok, but for the record, they have no problem allowing customers to use their restrooms, to wash their hands before a meal, and that's a good thing. The staff are fairly nice and work hard. Thank you! I hope all your dreams come true.

    Great meal, friendly service. Actually was surprised on how well kept the restaurant was despite being in a highly transient area. Even the restroom was pleasant and not destroyed. Keep up the great work!👍

    I wish I could give a zero for this McDonald's. Haven't had their food in awhile. Thought I would buy my lunch here. Was offered a special deal buy one double cheese burger and get one chicken sandwich for $1. I added an ice coffee and small fries with my order. Got to work and guess what I got. A quarter pounder burger, small fries, and ice coffee. I am missing my chicken sandwich. And by the way, I ordered fries with no salt. Receipt showed everything I ordered as requested but I got salted fries. Needless to say this McDonalds will be axed from my list of places to eat. Never will I come back to this place again. Tried to call them, no one answered. I wasn't about to waste my lunch time to go back and get my chicken sandwich and fries with no salt. Spent nearly $10 for craps. Awful. Note to yourself. Always check your bag before leaving premises. These days lots of fast food workers just didn't care about paying attention to orders. Either missing one or more items or screwed up special requests or combination of both. Keep these in mind when you go there. Turn around and go elsewhere.

    The food was good. I made a wrong choice. I parked my car to order my meal inside to avoid the heavy line in drive through. I thought I would get my order much more quickly. I Waited at least 15-20 min. I went there around 9am on a sat morning. Yeah, It was busy. I would avoid the 9am traffic and get your breakfast super early.

    The service "in my opinion" is maybe just above complete failure. Often no employee at register, yet the employee(s) appear to only make one order at a time and it takes them time. This morning #207, I was 208 picked up his order only to return stating his scrambled egg. Muffin and sausage plate was missing the sausage. I called out to the one or more employees in the kitchen. The customer did so as well. No response for a long enough time he went and sat down. When my order of two large cups of ice, two hash browns and egg McMuffin was called, I let the guy know order 207 was missing sausage. AND the two large cups of ice, that he brought to my attention rang up as ice tea would be ice only, but he brought me Iced try.

    No napkins, messy tables, no one at cash register, machines with credit card processors ripped off, homeless people outside. Would never dine here again. Front door is also covered with wood, was there a break in here recently?

    I don't usually do this but come on people do better !!!! The cashier service it's the worst and the food was horrible, fries ware not fresh at all and the spicy chicken was super greasy. I'm not a picky guy but this Mac it's bad.

    This is the worst McDonalds on the planet. The service is almost non existent. Every time I go in there it takes 15 minutes for my order to come out. The staff is snobby and not very helpful. Today I went there for lunch and the doors were locked. When I finally got someone to come to the door, she tells me the inside is closed due to staff shortage, but the drive through is open. That didn't do me much good since I was on foot. I ended up going back to work hungry. Even though this restaurant is owned by a friend of mine, I won't be going back. Can't wait until the next time I see him. The only reason I gave them one star is I couldn't post this unless I picked a star. If they would have offered a negative five stars, I would have picked that. This place blows.

    It is a McDonalds and does what you would expect it to do. However, this location is at a little less pleasant area of the town. I got a little COVID-ish vibes, especially with the homeless people next to the restaurant.
