The accommodations were as expected. We knew it was an older resort but it served its purpose well. We had 5 suites, one of which was the ambassador suite which we used as a family gathering place. It was perfect. We were disappointed the poolside bar wasn’t operational at North Pool but we brought our own drinks poolside and it was great. The lazy river, water slide, and pool were great for the younger and older kids in our group. Although the mini golf course wasn’t fancy it was enough for us. We had 14 in our group and there was something for everyone. The basketball courts were great for my nephew, although we wish the hours were longer. There is also a nearby playground-park which we walked to for my young niece to get some energy out. Some adults in our group used the fitness area and we were able to get a good workout in. The staff was accommodating to some of our special needs and or requests. The location was perfect. It is a short drive from airport, Tempe, and Old Scottsdale. Take out and a drug store are walking distance if needed. Again, the rooms are older but everything was in working order. We knew what to expect and were very pleased.

The Lazy River was an unexpectedly great surprise - much longer than anticipated, very nice layout and speed, lots of interesting decorating, little frontier town setting, foliage, and all around a fun place for the kids to play. Also has a mini golf course layout along side the river, for those who are interested in something a little different than just pool time. The pools were great, three of them that we found. The only complaint is that on a Friday night, they started trying to ask people to leave way too early, around 6PM if you can believe it. I'm wondering if it had to do with some kind of private event in an adjacent place that didn't want to hear kids enjoying themselves with laughter nearby - which if true would be disappointing that they don't allow kids staying at the hotel to enjoy the amenities. Overall, we really enjoyed the afternoon here.

We have stayed here before and really like it! We would stay again! Patty at the front desk was very helpful. The server Jeff at Hole in the Wall was very friendly and the most attentive server I have ever had! The River Ranch park is a blast and the servers there were always smiling! Beds are so comfy! They are about to do a $25 million dollar renovation in October to all the rooms and lazy river, but they are fine as they are now! I would recommend staying here either way!

Will not be returning, this is not the Hilton experience I have come to love. Pros: -Water Ranch is a perk if you are staying but it's not what it was 20 years ago. -Grounds and location are gorgeous. The exterior is much more -appealing that the rooms. -We were able to get the local rate so the room was pretty affordable, but you get what you pay for it seems. Cons: -Room - The carpet and couch were so full of stains I felt like I was staying in an Airport by the hour motel. My feel were black within minutes of walking in the room. -I paid extra for a newly 'updated' room, which was at least 5-10 years ago. It's time to stop charging for this. -The clientele seem to be using the hotel as a local party spot, rather than the family vacation it's advertised as. I don't recommend for young families. -The condition of the Water Ranch was not great. Most of the umbrellas were worn and tearing, many of the chairs were the same. The lazy river hardly flowed and the tubes were very very worn. The grounds of the water ranch were not nearly as well maintained as the rest of the property. There were lots of dead leaves, and trees, and spider webs everywhere around the park and it was not much to look at. The pictures of the water ranch that are online do NOT represent it's current condition. If you want to go with some friends for a drunken afternoon to party this seems to be a good spot. If you want to take your family for a staycation or otherwise, I advice against it. I cannot recommend this hotel in it's current state, even at the discounted rates. My entire 1 night stay was $218 including resort fees and taxes. This included both arrival and departure days at the water ranch, and I still feel like I was ripped off.

What was good: The River Ranch is great fun. A good slide, lazy river, mini golf and plenty of pools. Areas for improvement: The rooms are a decent size, but need updating and don't use all the space very well. TVs should be wall mounted in this day and age. The sofa bed is terrible. They are old and god knows how old the mattresses are. They need toppers as the springs can be felt when lying on it. The cost of food and drink inside is massively overpriced for what it is. Also no housekeeping for 2 days is poor for a Hilton. Lots of potential for this hotel if it was updated a bit. Enjoyed the stay

Well, the food was great, and the pool was incredible, but the room had bugs everywhere. Bathroom, hallway, bedroom & in the beds as well. The bathroom also had mold in the toilet & the bathtub wouldn't drain properly. We only stayed for 1 night, so there was nothing they'd do about the room. The only thing they offered was a refund on the resort fee. Personally, I think they should've refunded the room or moved us rooms but, they had nothing available.

We had 3 rooms and they all were nasty. The furniture and floors were old and stained. The TV and fridge did not work. And on top of it all we were over charged of what we were told the price would be on a recorded line. One toliet was clogged before anyone of us used it and there was dead bugs everywhere on the floor. The lazy river water was green and dirty. The big slide was out of commission on a holiday weekend also. This place sucked and ruined my birthday. Definitely not worth the price and I would never recommend or stay here again! Yuck! The best of it all is that the "manager" said he didn't care. They weren't giving a refund of nothing and told us to leave all the one stars we want. He also said if we dispute anything with our bank we wouldn't win.

We stayed here for a family vacation. We booked the executive suite, room was very dated. Gross carpet, weird smell and it just felt gross. Towels and bed didn't seem very clean. They do not clean your room but must be requested which was fine. The hotel overall didn't seem very clean. The service was AWFUL. Anytime we called the front desk to ask something they were incredibly rude. We had called down to ask a question and had pushed the button on the phone that said guest services but when they answered they said we had called the emergency line. We had advised that we just pushed the guest services button and they said obviously we didn't. They refused to answer our questions and were yelling at us to hang up the phone and to stop talking. Even when we went down to address the front desk, the staff was not friendly or welcoming and less than knowledgeable. We had called down for extra blankets and when I had requested they sounded super annoyed. They have very limited room service hours and charge you $5 to deliver to your room and a large fee on top of that. (Our room service for breakfast was $52 and with fees it ended up being close to $85) They do have a pretty good water park for kids with a lazy river - however in one of the pools the water was freezing. Overall I would say it was a terrible experience here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff are amazingly friendly and continue to be very helpful, however we are currently staying in this hotel and there has been no water. That means no showers, no toilets, no sinks. They’re making our 85 year old mother walk 1.5 miles just to use a bathroom. And the nerve to offer 80 $ discount off total bill. We’re a group of almost 20 and there’s no room for all of us to shower in the fitness center. What a disaster for our first trip post COVID.

This property had so much potential but it was not well kept. In the elevators there were huge chunks of the wall torn off and not fixed, a few elevators were not working. The first room #2220 we got assigned smelled like smoke, the carpet had stains all over it and the couch had huge dirty stains on it. I went and talked to the staff and they kindly gave me a different room that did not smell and did not have stains on the carpet and did not have a dirty couch. The rooms need an update and the building could use some update like the planter boxes don't have any plants in them. The ice machine is missing the panels to the machine, these small things make the hotel seem not well taken care of. The water park needs an update as well. As you go around the relaxing lazy river there are bridges that have huge chunks of paint missing and could be easily fixed so they are not such an eye sore. The water park closes way too early, 7pm was the perfect time to be at the park due to the heat but it closes at 7pm. At the water park there was a hot tub that was half full of brown dirty water and had caution tape around, so gross, They just need to fix it or empty it, it did not look nice at all. The staff at the hotel and water park were great, helpful and kind. I was just disappointed for how run down both the hotel and water park were. I did appreciate how I could check out of my room, leave my luggage at the front desk and go enjoy the water park on the day I checked out.

Overall a pretty run down resort. At first I was put in a non-renovated part of the hotel. AC was weak and the room was very aged. The staff was great and transferred me over to the renovated portion of the hotel. Huge difference. They should no longer be placing people in the old part of the hotel, the hotel is nowhere near capacity - just give people the good rooms. The staff has all been great, but they are just working with what they have. The restaurants are all closed except for the one at the river ranch. Swim up bars? Closed. Main restaurant? Closed. Lazy river? Dirty and over run by kids with no staff to be seen anywhere. The hotel cleanliness is lacking; the same pieces of trash have been on the ground outside all week. Overall a pretty disappointing experience. It's hard to believe Hilton lets this place keep their name, it is far from what you would expect in terms of quality.

First time going here. Place looks a lot nicer in the pictures online. It definitely looks a bit aged. Our room had been upgraded to a "mountain view" the pictures show you the view from our balcony. We had trouble with our digital key and tried calling the front desk but were put on hold. We walked to the desk and they said they had no calls waiting even though I was still on hold and showed them. But besides the rough beginning it was overall a nice stay. Poolside bar staff and restaurant staff were nice. Food was good.. typical overpriced food for a Hilton but still good. Just don't expect a very modern look to the rooms or overall hotel appearance.

I cannot say enough how awful this experience has been and I am STILL dealing with the incompetent people at the hotel. First, they completely messed up my reservation. Trying to get it clarified was like pulling teeth, and they were SO RUDE about me wanting to spend my money with them! The staff in their call center is some of the worst I've ever encountered. The hotel itself is DISGUSTING. I cannot even put into words how many things are wrong with this place. IF I could have found another place to go, I would have. The pools are gross, stains all over them, missing pool tiles. My door never closed all the way, so the room was hot. Refrigerator was warm and smelled like rotten meat. The elevators are in need of MAJOR repair. Stucco missing throughout the property. Irrigation leaks and flooding. Ice machines and vending machines were broken on all but ONE floor, (4 floors away from me). Everything was closed or closed SUPER early. I travel a lot, and this has been by far my worst experience. Then, I wanted a refund which they would not do, we agreed to half. They entered the WRONG information for my refund and then tried to blame me for it! It was THEIR chip reader. We are now over 2 weeks from my stay and promised refund and NOTHING has been returned to me. Their "apologies" are fake and rehearsed and don't do anything to make the guest feel good. With the exception of Ruth in their finance department and the maint. man that tried to help with the fridge. this place has awful service and I would never recommend it.

I am giving this 2 stars, not 1, solely because of the gentleman that took the time to give me a tour of the resort and explain the basics. The rest of the staff during my stay treated me poorly. Here are the facts. Location is prime. It's centered and you are at most 15-20 mins away from anything relevant in phoenix. Great location! Service - Less than favorable. Majority of the staff seem bored and displeased with being associated with the brand and franchise . I have been a Hilton Honors member for a while, so I know exactly what good service feels like at a Hilton Hotel or resort. Breakfast & service at the hole in the wall restaurant was not great. The fitness / spa location is too far from the rooms and the front desk reps, were EXTREMELY rude, unwelcoming and dismissive. The $/ night does not match the ambiance in the rooms. The rooms made me want to leave and explore the resort and phoenix more (Maybe that is the intent of not upgrading the 1980's feel of the rooms). Advice: It's 2023, either reduce the price per night / remove hidden resort fees / upgrade the furniture, linen and feel of the rooms. In 2023/'24, this is NOT a 4-star hotel.

This hotel is beautiful! I've stayed here twice now, and both stays were wonderful! The hotel is close to anything you'd want and need to get to in downtown Phoenix, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Although the hotel can be easily spotted from the main road, it is tucked away in its own little community. The hotel has several buildings with many rooms that are quite and peaceful with decks or balconies. Each building has its own open lobby, pool, fitness center, and more. (Not to mention the hallways smell great!) There are two restaurants at this hotel which are both located on the property and have yummy food and beverages.

The hotel overall is outdated. The pools, facilities, rooms could use an update. We were interested in the lazy river but that looked like it need a deep cleaning. We utilized the fitness area and it housed the spa. The lockers didn’t work well, the steam room had rust from the drain. There was evident water damage on the outside portion of the walls of the shower. There is a charge to checkin early and use the amenities. There is a charge to checkout late. You can use the amenities but have to be out of the room. Lazy River/pool area closed at 6. Price is high for what this hotel. It’s right off the freeway which is convenient.

I will start off by saying the only reason I gave 3 stars was because of the pleasant experience we had with 3 staff members. I would have done less if not for them. Stayed here end of September 2023. I booked through the Hilton website. It was not pleasant. The photos made it seem like we would be staying at a luxury hotel resort style destination but it felt like a run down motel. They definitely made it seem like the agave “suites” were an upgrade. The rooms don’t match the photos. They are small and cramped and have a very musty smell. No rugs, throw pillows on couches, dark. Our air conditioning was not turned on and the room was very hot and muggy when we got in. We had to figure out the ac and it took a while before it was comfortable in the room. I had received a text the morning of check in stating that the room was ready and to come get the key at the earliest convenience! I was actually happy since we had arrived to phoenix pretty early in the morning! When I got to the desk to check in (which is a little hard to find) I was told check in was not until 4 but I could pay a $75 early check in feel. I did show the staff member my text to which he replied “we were just saying the room was ready.” He did end up waiving my fee after I explained I had driven 30 minutes to come early. The toilet had problems flushing and we did have to call maintenance to come and plunge it for us. The maintenance man was so sweet and kind and efficient- one reason we gave 3 stars. We also noticed some brown dried stains on the bedding to which we also requested the sheets be changed. The housekeeping staff member was also very nice and efficient and we appreciated her as well. The agave pool area is nice. The river ranch water park was ok- the main pool and waterfall was a nice atmosphere. The lazy river is discolored. The service at the snack bar there wasn’t the best. The restaurant staff was so gracious and kind when we were lost- there are no clear signs to the entrance of the River ranch and the manager kindly walked us through the restaurant as a shortcut when he saw us and could tell we weren’t sure where to go. I am pleased with most of the staff we encountered but for the price they charge nightly at this resort I would not return. It is definitely not as advertised.

Beautiful hotel in a great area of Phoenix. I have stayed there before and had a great experience. Unfortunately, my most recent stay had reoccurring plumbing issues with the toilet. First, the toilet tank would not fill and then after fixing it, the tank leaked severely. The pool was nice but had a TON of bugs floating in it. I wish they had a skimmer that we could have just gotten the bugs out ourselves. There is no continental breakfast, which sucked. Hotels that nice normally have them as do most of the Hiltons and Embassy Suites I have stayed at. Overall, a good hotel.

The grounds themselves are very expansive and decently maintained. A few issues we had is that while we booked a suite it only comes with a small fridge. We were not able to reheat food nor was there a space to eat a meal if we chose to order food or try to save some money and buy some items. The beds are below standards. The king bed was very firm and by firm I mean so firm we both experienced back pain and hip pain. We tried to remedy this some by moving around sleeping arrangements and used the pull out (hide-a-bed) in the living room. This mattress was as expected approximately 2 inches in depth and filled with springs. Even my 6 year old complained of having springs in his back. We asked for a pillow topper for either or both mattresses and were told they have none. They did offer us the option to use blankets however brought us 2. There seemed to be a drainage issue in the sink which consistently smelled of bacteria and that as well as the toilet bubbled and gurgled thought the night. It being so close to the resort is nice but again the only meal options are in the resort itself and we’re not cost effective as a family of 4 traveling. The stars I did give were for the resort itself and the staff. If you are hoping for a good night sleep. This is not the hotel for you.

What a lovely visit. The hotel is getting older and it showed but the staff made up for what the building lacked. From the check in to the fabulous server in the restaurant we were really impressed. We will definitely be back for another visit. We didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful and everyone was having a good time

Great service and rooms are well maintained. The water park was really fun and the perfect size for our family. The only thing I would change is the TVs are pretty old with limited programming. It would be nice to able to cast to the TV from your phone or have a smart TV that utilizes streaming apps.

Check in was a 1. None of the rooms were ready after the posted check in time. Get to the rooms and the doors don't open. Not sure if it was keycards or locks but we had to walk back to our vehicle, load back up, drive back up to the lobby only to go back with maintenance and still have door issues. Our parents room lost the door handle to their room. How unsafe was that. The property cleanliness was a 1. It was trash all over, the couches were stained and dirty in the suites. The pool area was full of smoke from cigars and cigarettes. Cigarette butts all over. Random food and a huge bird infestation. Waterside area was a 2. The only good thing was the staff who were at the desk. They were friendly and very nice. It was a quick over night staycation, but not worth the money and we bought 3 rooms. The fitness center was the cleanest place on the property. The BBQ restaurant staff were pretty friendly the first night. I'd never stay there again.

Called to verify the lazy river was open before I booked. When we arrived it was closed for renovations, the hot tubs are broken, restaurants just aren’t open, fridge in room is broken, ice maker broken, our room smells terrible, and house keeping just “forgot” to come by. This place is a dump and the manager’s solution was to “find somewhere else to stay” or give us a pass to a sister resort for the pool…. on a holiday weekend. This is not the typical Hilton Resort, this place is closer to a Motel 6. I would never recommend for anyone to spend the money on this place. A big waste.

Rooms are dated . Old coffee pots and televisions. Maids took the trash out 1 time in 7 days. Didn't clean up anything. If you are going for the water park, don't. It was trashed. Both of the pools were nice though. For the price, you can find better Phoenix.

This hotel is really large, with multiple pools, a waterslide, and a few jacuzzis. The kids enjoyed being in the water with the hot Arizona heat. There was also a lazy river which was okay, the water seemed dirty as well as the bottom of some areas of it. The rooms weren’t too bad of a size, the only downside was that we asked for a room with a view, and we were told we would get just that, but we received a room with no view. Room service did not come once to clean our room, or bathroom, change/add any towels, etc. Room service is always necessary when staying at a hotel but they did not come to our room for anything. It has a good air conditioning system, the second you step inside you feel cooled down from the excessive heat from outside. Another downside is the pool floor is really rough and a lot of the people we went with complained about that as well. That is especially because almost everyone reaches the bottom since the deepest was 3 1/2 feet. Therefore, water shoes are highly recommended also because when you leave the pool, the floor is really hot. They need to upgrade their doors because we stayed in room 1344, and it was not easy getting into the room, for whatever reason. Also, when opening it from the inside, it was also difficult opening it, we resorted to pulling the handle up instead of down, which isn’t how it is intentionally supposed to be. Pressure washing is needed for them because their stairs are also really dirty.

This hotel is in serious need of a full reno. The first room we were given was right above a bank of temporary generators outside, did not have a working phone, and looked like it hasn’t been repainted or repaired in 20 years. The second room was on the main building, was larger, but had a carpet that was so old it was split down the middle of the room, and every time the HVAC turned off, there was a loud metal on metal banging. The pool was decent, but the hot tub tiles were in sore need of repair and cleaning. The positives of our stay were the towels in the rooms (very soft and fluffy) and very friendly staff.

The pictures of the "resort" are a total lie. Please read all reviews. The couch was nasty I was afraid to put my stuff on it even after I sprayed it down with lysol. There is no microwave if you want to heat up anything. The pool area was disgusting. The only good thing was the shower had amazing pressure. This is not a 4 star location more like 2.5 star.

We spent three days here to celebrate my great grands birthday. The rooms are very old and worn. When we arrived couldn't get help with our luggage. Lazy river, pools are okay but need some TLC, Jacuzzis never worked while we were there. Over priced on food and the look of the place.

Went for a business trip and stayed the week. I had one day, with the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. They came in anyways. Not too happy about that. The food and drinks are a little expensive. But it is Hilton. The Wi-Fi that comes with your nightly fee was spotty and slow. But for another 15 a night, you can upgrade. The people were nice and helpful. Unless I was going to use the water park, I am not sure I would stay again.

Decent place, but has clearly seen better days. Rooms need updating. But most importantly it's the poor service I'm calling out. I had a couple of important pieces of mail (credit card applications) to post. I asked at the counter where the nearest mail box was. The lady said she'd "take care of it" and took the mail to the back office. You know what's coming ... those applications were never mailed (Yes, I've been tracking my credit reports and the card issuer website daily and so far there is no record of my application ... thankfully doesn't look like ID theft). I'm usually the kindest reviewer (see my other reviews) and would normally have written this off to "postal delay" or "lost in mail" but I can't help but thinking my mail went into the trash.

The water park makes it a great destination for families with small children. The hotel area is showing its age but still nice and the grounds are well kept. Room was clean, housekeeping was great. Hole in the wall restaurant has good food and a nice patio but pricey.

Upon our arrival the sheets were not clean, had them come change the sheets as it was late and didn’t want to change rooms. The tv doesn’t work. The couch in the room looks very old and not clean. This hotel is rated at 4 star, I definitely wouldn’t rate it a 4 star.

This resort is a fun experience! Rooms / Building & Pool setup are identical to Tapatio Cliffs with the Added bonus of a huge Waterpark! The restaurant was overpriced for the quality of food served, but it’s always convenient to eat a meal on site! This is a great place to bring the family or hold a party / gathering! There are restrooms with changing rooms, and a bar inside the waterpark! Hard to enjoy in 110+ weather, so I would recommend visiting when the heat is a little more manageable to fully enjoy your time at the resort!

Just a couple of comments. First has to be, the corridors are extremely dark. Being that the ice machines are centrally located, walking down a dark corridor feels a bit unsafe. Especially in the central area of hotels. Second, with as large as the hotel is, there could be a few more ice machines, not just in the middle. You could tell they were short staffed, with the water park closed, and only one bar tender going between pools, people were being ignored. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. This is our second stay, we stayed in the end of September. I dont remember seeing any advertising of the water park closing for the winter while we were there.

The lobby and entrance are beautiful and look like what you would expect from a luxury resort view. The architectural design and landscaping are beautiful. However, the double room we were rented out; I determine was an older version of the hotel. I believe the area was called "The Point". For $360 per night, I would have expected a much nicer room. The carpet and furniture were dated and the room had a musty smell to it. The couch and carpet looked dirty. However, I did like the hotel and the amenities. The employees we came across throughout our stay were very friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. I will recommend The Hilton Phoenix Resort and will patron again in the future.

Had a wonderful time at the Hilton. There’s something for everyone on site, great pool scene and courteous staff. I forgot my golf shirts and the concierge graciously got one from the back room and gave it to me. Awesome experience and highly recommend staying here

Decent resort. Large, clean and well managed while I was there. However, some of the rooms may need some updating or fixing. There were cabinets which had clearly been made with fronts, which were just taken off and re-purposed. I was there for an event. We used their conference room, which was large and could adequately hold large groups. Breakfast was included, however it was only bagels and muffins. Although lunch was large and very well done. Over all, good experience here.

Pool was disgusting- so murky and so many people, it really has gone downhill in the last five years here. No pool service, the pool and surrounding pools and hot tubs are in disrepair. Tiles missing holes in the floor. Our suite would not drop below 80° and maintenance refused to fix it stating it was cool enough in our room. Only one restaurant open and they were using a swamp cooler and fans to cool the inside of the restaurant. This used to be a really nice resort and I’m not sure what happened but I will never be staying here again.

This place charged me twice. When i contacted them abt it they wanted me to screen shot my personal bank account and send it to them, as if i was lieing abt it. Also, they wanted to threeway my bank to speak with them.. They have done NOTHING to compensate me or make it right. Horrible customer service! Now I am left having to get it figured out. I will be contacting corporate and will NEVER be staying there again!! Save your money, go somewhere else.

So far, not very happy. Would expect a lot more from a Hilton resort. Im a native Phoenician, have stayed here 3 times in last ten years. Nothing has changed, rooms are old, outdated, furniture mismatched and scratched. No hot water, , working on it as I write, 3 request since yesterday. No room service, have to ask for towels, shampoo etc. Pools are dilapidated, pool furniture rickety, witnessed a lady fall from a lounge chair today. What a disgrace to the Hilton name! Oh, and the employee watching the slide, never put her phone down once.

Our suite was occupied by others when we arrived; front desk was incapable of resolving the issue. We left & will not go back! The property is run down and badly in need of a remodel.

No microwaves In the room and feels kinda dated. The staff was nice and helpful. Lazy River was relaxing, pools were pretty warm but it was HOT during the day, so it was understandable. Overall a good stay just wish there were microwaves and a little more updated.

The staff was very friendly, especially the lady who was working the river ranch the mornings of 9/15/22-9/16/22 I want the Hilton resort to know that she made our stay awesome. Wish I could remember her name to make it easy for them to figure her out. I highly recommend this hotel for any family to stay at. Our family had an amazing time enjoying the lazy river, pools, and on site restaurants. Better than most hotel experiences. I look forward to staying there again.

The word I would use to describe this hotel would be “okay.” The room was very clean which was great! The towels were actually normal sized towels, a bonus. The bed slept okay, it was very soft (too soft for my liking) but not terrible. In the king room, there is a door that separates a “living room” and the bathroom and bedroom. The shower and toilet are in a separate room from the sink. And another sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom. There are 2 pools specifically for the guests, 1 pool (at North Point) was closed so the other was incredibly busy. The water park was okay. There were only 2 lifeguards for the whole water park, which were at the slide. The lazy river was an unsupervised mess. Would I stay there again? Maybe. For the right price, it was worth it. The staff was very friendly.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this resort their customer service is ALWAYS on point and their staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make u feel welcome and appreciated. I've stayed in almost every hotel/resort in the valley and even during COVID-19 and everything was closed the staff and resort were still happy to help and provided a stay that let u know they really did care about their customers. It's my first choice for a quick get away and I've never had a room that was dirty or a stat that I left disappointed. They accommodate on every level and definitely worth every penny. Thanks Hilton at the Peak, you're the best!!

While I think some of these people have good points that there could be improvements made, my group and I were happy with the place. Well maintained, the staff was attentive when we requested extra pillows and blankets, and the rooms were spacious with great views. Water park and pool was a lot of fun, you didn't feel crammed into a room or right on top of neighbors. Had a good time !

My husband and I took my daughter and her friend to this hotel for a long weekend and my daughter's birthday. The pools were perfect for the kids. My daughter's friend is not a strong swimmer and most of the pools were only 3-4 ft. so we didn't need to worry too much. There were plenty of options for food right around the hotel and mini golf around the lazy river! The room was not as fancy as anticipated but it was perfect for a family thing with the kids. The girls shared the out couch and there was a Jack and Jill bathroom so we had privacy without being too far from the kids. There were plenty of courtyards right outside the room for the girls to play too. Loved the whole family experience and would go again.

David at the concierge desk was absolutely amazing and he helped us with everything!! Jim at the pool bar was amazing and worked really hard to get everyone with what they needed. The main pool and the water park was awesome. It was pretty empty on the weekdays and then got pretty busy on the weekend. We loved it and will definitely go again.

Last minute booking and we were very pleased with the result. We got upgraded because I was a Hilton member. Excellent room, exceptionally clean, stocked and well maintained. Staff was very accommodating. Resort has lot to offer. Totally recommend.

Service was great as far as getting checked in, but the room was hard to get in as the lock wasn't aligned a d when brought to their attention it was never fixed. I'd suggest you order out when it comes to your meals. Breakfast was fair, but the price wasn't. Ordered burgers for dinner, and they were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The swimming pool drink service was great.

Today my son and I were bored and decided to go to the Hilton and have some fun at the so-called water park, I absolutely would not mind paying the price I paid if it was worth it. My son has autism in his main concern was playing on that water slide which was broken. They could have updated on their website or something but did not so I literally paid $95 to float around a lazy river, I mean how many times can you really do that. While we were there and again I was greatly disappointed. $31 plus a tip for two burgers that were like hockey pucks in the french fries were literally cold and hard. I was very disappointed considering it was a Hilton and I'm sure I will never visit again. I really honestly wish I could say something, anything good about my experience but sadly I cannot.
