While it isn't much to look at and please keep an eye on your surroundings do to location...this Rally's is the best in the valley. No matter who is working they are always friendly and the food is always good. We've been going to this one for years. The message is here "do not judge a book by its cover"!!!

I went to Rally's on northern yesterday and had a mother clucker combo. It was fantastic. First time ever having Rally's besides the frozen fries from the grocery store. Today I tried to redeem a 6.99 BBQ Buford combo coupon and after 3 different employees and the manager trying, they could not redeem it. I pay full price, but into my burger and it's actually chicken. Go to the drive thru and have them replace the chicken for the burger like I order. Fine, delicious then I go to try the wings I ordered and spit it out immediately. Dry, nasty wings. Should've got a refund for the wings, but I didn't want to go to the drive thru a 3rd time.

Customer service is Amazing, food is Great. We walked over to their restaurant and waited for our food, the man that took our order walked it out to us. I wish I had caught his name, but it was 11 pm on a Wednesday and he was very polite and courteous. Thank you sir. If I had the extra $, I would have left u a tip, I will definitely return to this establishment because of this man. Thank you. You are doing an awesome job!

Food was horrible 😔 The Hot Dog has no flavors 🤮. Burgers Gross 🤢 burner fish and sauce so bland 😞

Food was great as I started my menses today and wanted a burger which I rarely ever have. The cashiers seemed to play games with my card like it wasn't going through never addressing me and gave me my food without giving me my card back first ok.

Had the six dollar meal deal. Good meal for the price. Enjoyed Fanta strawberry soda. French fries were great. Love the seasoning and texture but the chicken bites were terrible. My friend ate his but I spit mine out after biting into it.

The burgers and fries at Rally's on 13th Ave/Camelback were good but they were highly priced and they had extremely poor service this is why I'm giving them two stars. Not only did they forget to include the fries, but they kept giving us Diet Coke when we asked for Coke three times. After the 2nd error, my niece went to the window to let them know that they gave her Diet Coke again and they started arguing with her. As the employee started giving her the drink as she stood nearby, he was pouring the Diet Coke again in front of her, she had to correct him that he was pouring Diet Coke, not Coke. My niece then asked for his manager because he was being rude and arguing, but the manager was standing there listening but didn't say anything. I will never go to Rally's again due to it being overpriced, and this location has incompetent, rude employees. In addition, their automated drive-through system is annoying and doesn't shut up when you're looking at the menu.
