In
the
Drive-Thru
I
order
tacos
it
sounded
like
the
guy
taking
the
order
was
either
asleep
or
completely
stoned.
He
was
mumbling
and
he
was
super
quiet.
I
got
three
chicken
tacos.
One
had
no
cheese
but
lots
of
lettuce.
One
had
no
lettuce
and
a
little
bit
of
cheese.
One
had
very
little
chicken
hardly
any
lettuce
and
just
a
little
bit
of
cheese.
Come
on
guys,
we
can
do
a
lot
better
than
this
can't
we?
These
are
simple
tacos.
You
don't
have
to
be
a
sous
chef
or
go
to
college
for
this,
just
add
some
ingredients
fold
it
in
half
and
give
it
to
your
customer.
Sheesh!
Yes,
Another
update...
After
living
here
for
27
years
and
visiting
this
place
more
times
than
I
can
count,
I
ordered
more
chicken
tacos
like
normal.
Well
once
again
I
had
two
of
the
five
tacos
with
no
cheese.
Not
even
a
flake
or
string
of
cheese.
so
naturally
being
sarcastic
as
I
am
I
added
as
much
as
possible
to
show
them
in
a
photo
how
it
should
look
for
all
the
cheese
that
they
owe
me!
Hopefully
with
all
my
updates
you'll
be
able
to
tell
which
ones
which.
Update
January
21st
2020
After
the
last
four
visits
this
month,
something
has
changed.first
of
all
I'm
not
seeing
the
manager
that
usually
is
there
all
the
time.
The
current
crew
reflects
this.
They
are
not
friendly
at
all.
They
do
not
say
please
nor
thank
you.
Allow
me
to
rant...my
last
for
interactions
have
also
been
with
younger
people.I
believe
all
of
them
still
teenagers.
why
on
God's
green
earth
are
we
paying
these
kids
more
money
and
they're
getting
more
relaxed
at
work.
My
last
visitI
went
through
the
drive-thru
and
ordered
10
chicken
soft
tacos.
The
young
man
repeated
the
order
back
to
me
correctlybut
when
I
got
home
I
found
that
they
were
all
beef.
Today's
befuddling
issue
was
another
young
man
named
Saul.
I
ordered
six
regular
tacos
and
a
small
strawberry
shake
for
a
buck.
I
asked
him
why
the
big
giant
20
by
30
poster
right
in
front
of
me
with
a
picture
of
my
$1
shake
on
it
advertised
the
shake
was
$1
but
I
was
charged
a
dollar
nine.
He
looked
at
me
and
mumbled,
I
don't
know.
He
then
handed
me
my
shake
and
receipt.
He
went
to
the
shake
machine
to
make
pour
a
small
shake.
Moments
later
he
called
my
number
and
when
I
was
walking
to
the
counter
another
lady
in
the
back
said
I
already
made
his
shake.
He
forgotthat
45
seconds
earlier
he
already
handed
me
my
shake.
I
don't
know
about
all
of
youbut
I'm
starting
to
see
this
more
and
more
in
the
fast
food
industry.
Wages
have
gone
up
so
the
prices
have
gone
up
and
the
customer
service
has
gone
straight
down.
Whatever
happened
to
good
old
fashion
customer
service.
Why
aren't
we
training
these
people
properly?
Last
and
certainly
not
least,
with
those
six
tacos
I
ordered
today
every
single
taco
shell
was
broken.
Can
we
not
at
least
serve
up
a
non
crushed
non
broken
taco
shell?
is
it
protocol
to
just
give
them
all
a
little
fist
bump
before
you
hand
into
the
customer?
Geeeez!
This
manager
has
a
very
good
crew.
Everybody's
always
attentive
and
very
kind.
Taco
Tuesdays
are
my
favorite!
